if I could rate a half a star I would. My husband waited 12 minutes last night for his order which they took at quarter till eight. I'm sorry 7:44 PM When he got home 15 minutes later. We only live five minutes away. My Whopper Junior with no Ketchup & tomato , could've been amazing. However, they put so much mayonnaise on it. I couldn't even eat it. The fries were cold and screwed up my man' meal as well. I will not go to Burger King, on McIntosh Rd. In Dover, Florida. This isn't the first time, but it'll be the last time. This was by far the slowest location I have been to in years. I had two or three cars ahead of me in drive-through. However, I think I sat there for 15 to 20 minutes after I put in my order. I ordered nothing except a whopper with cheese, so I wasn't waiting for the fryer or anything. Well, I don't expect the sandwich to look like the commercial things were just thrown on there. We were on the way home late from the airport, and decided to stop in for a burger. My wife loves the Impossible burgers, and we had been flying all day and didn't have a chance to get anything to eat. So she was really looking forward to this. We checked the website to be sure they would be open, and the website said they are open 24 hours. However, when we got here and pulled up to the window to order we were told that they were closed because of maintenance. Why do you keep all the lights on advertising your business, when you're not really open? You've got a big electric sign out front where you can post the fact that you are closed for maintenance, or simply turn that light off so people know you're not open. And update your information on the website. This shows a total lack of interest in customer service, as well as management ineptitude. Can't give them more than one star for that. read more

Food is always fresh, service is always friendly you can tell they work as a team, I usually go through drive thru but I ate in the lobby a few days and the employees care very much about their customers food quality, another person had received the wrong sandwich and they were pretty upset but the manger and crew members were happy to remake it and apologized for the inconvenience. Honestly, this review is for the Burger King on Fowler and 301. It's a new store and not listed yet on Yelp. I've been eating Woppers with cheese for decades and I know how they are supposed to be. The one I got today looked like someone sat on it. The bread was crusty, the burger patty was over cooked, the tomato was barely there. Honestly if that's how they were all the time, I would avoid Burger King like the plague. I have the review two stars because the Macintosh store was not the one I ate at. read more

I would like to bring an issue to Management. I went to this location Sunday 8/27/23 afternoon. Place an order from the drive through. The young girl at the window could not hear me. I proceeded to move to the window. When speaking to the girl at the window Tamia explained we were missing 2 burgers from the order. The manager Karida who was pouring drinks right there said with an attitude that we couldn't add anything to the order at the window. I was not adding, Tamia was humble to explain she couldn't hear me when I place the order. The manager was rude to Tamia and also disrespectful towards the employee. I dont like to leave negative reviews but this one I had to. Managers are dealing with people constantly put youself on the other persons shoes how you want to be treated. This BK needs new management in place. They never have items in stock. The bathroom is gross. Managers cussing out loud for customers in lobby to hear. They close the lobby doors when they dont want to deal with customers in person. District manager Kathy is not doing a very good job with this BK. Stopped by on way to Tampa on Friday. The ladies room was filthy. Trash overflowing. Sink was dirty. I had to wipe down toilet before I could use it. I immediately told the staff. While waiting for our food (a bit longer than we thought we should wait since it wasn't busy) we also noticed the floors were a mess in the main area. The floor was also sticky. As we ate our food we expressed concern about getting sick but luckily we didn't. I used the ladies room again before we left...you guessed it...no one cleaned it at all. read more

The service at this restaurant is consistently atrocious. Due to traffic reasons I didn't want to go to McDonald's across the street so I thought I would stop in for a quick cheeseburger for my kid. After a 30 minute wait in the drive through I received a cold cheeseburger. The next time 2 weeks later I was at the drive through speaker for a full 10 minutes before I could order. Keep in mind there were only 2 cars at the side by side speakers. I ordered a sprite and cheese sticks for my kid and it took 25 minutes from the time I pulled up to leaving. This time I spoke the manager and told her of my experience and she just non chalantly said, "well I don't know to say about that comment" and walked away. My husband and I went inside at 10:30am and the lunch menu was posted. The manager took our order and, when I told her I guess breakfast is over, she checked with her employees and said they have two biscuits and two eggs left and the coffee was just brewed. We got our breakfast. She didn't smile or look me in the eye because she was so busy, but she accommodated us when I feel some businesses would not, and I thank her. She was quick, efficient and was trying to accommodate us. The food and coffee were very good. I appreciate the service! read more

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I have to be honest... The service here is constantly terrible, ESPECIALLY at night... It was around 10:00 PM and my girlfriend was craving a milkshake, so we tried McDonald's across the street and there ice cream machine was "broken", so we went to Burger King hoping for better luck... We pulled up to the drive through and say there for about 5 minutes, I saw another car that was there before me just pulled off and leave, so I'm assuming they sat there for a long minute too before giving up, I pulled around to the window to see if maybe they were closed, but they weren't... the lights were on and 2 employees were standing around playing on their phones and chatting... I pulled back around the the drive thru and proceeded to wait patiently... I was hoping if they were having technical difficulties they would just get in the intercom and say that, I'm a reasonable person, I know things happen that is out of their control.. but that didn't happen.. I waited for 20 minutes before someone hopped on the intercom.. Then I was told me their ice cream machine was broken too... moral of the story- skip this Burger King entirely if it's dark outside... read more

Generally good quality food but order accuracy could be much better...don't dare ask for any variation from the standard burger such as extra onions..it won't happen.. I ordered a Whopper JR with extra onion and I guess to be smart they only put one slice. See my picture I posted. Almost every exit in Florida seems to have detailed signs for fast food and gas stations (a sign of tourist country, I guess) so it was easy to find this Burger King to grab a quick lunch. The service was friendly and efficient as expected with any Burger King. The only truly noteworthy thing is that the back of the parking lot has a fair amount of shade which made a nice place to eat our sandwiches with the breeze blowing through the rolled down windows. read more

I had a great experience at this burger king. I ordered the vegetarian burger and it was done exactly right. The person I was with said the regular burger he got was the best one he has had at fast food in a long time. There was a very nice girl behind the counter who actually smiled and was patient as I tried to order. Everyone looked great as well, all the children in the restaurant were well dressed and well behaved. I liked seeing some black people and white people at a table together. It has a nice neighborly feel and the employees appeared to care about doing a good job. read more
