The food was okay. Hot. I had ordered from the drive thru and I gave my card to the host and she gave me my card and receipt to me. As I was getting ready to pay for my plane ticket I noticed that I was charged for someone else's order. My order was $11. This other order was for $17. I called them and all I got was a busy signal so I called another phone number and they said they would investigate and get back to me. It's now 8/19 and they still haven't gotten back to me about this extra charge. I called my bank and they were able to refund me my money. This happened on 7/25. read more

I ordered my meal on the app and was given an estimated time of 5 minutes. So, I drove to the location. Pulled up to the window for mobile orders. Thee person working the other window looked at me several times, but never acknowledged me. After more than 5 minutes of being ignored, I pulled around to the other window. I was promptly asked for my order (no 5 minute wait). I said I had a mobile order, to which I was told I had to go to the other window. I let the person know I had been sitting there with no acknowledgement. He said I needed to go around to the other side. By this time I was boxed in and could not go back around. I asked for a manager. The manager said that they were busy and I had to go around. After expressing my extreme dissatisfaction, She said that she would give me my food in the line I was in, but next time I needed to use the other window. I reminded her that I had tried that but was ignored and that if someone had at least acknowledged me and let me know my order was not ready yet, I would have happily waited She continuously interrupted my why I tried to explain this to her. Eventually I told her to let me talk and to stop interrupting. Her response was along the lines of 'whatever, just yell at me' When I got to the window she dismissively waved my bag at me. When I took it she turned her back on me. I said "your not even going to say anything to me". She responded "not with your attitude". She was not wearing a name tag, so i asked for her name. She slammed the window on me and waved me off. I repeated my request for her name and she waved me off again. read more

I've ordered from this checkers before. I have never received the wrong product. I have had problems with occasional cold food but I blame that on delivery. This order was fantastic. I wish I had ordered more. I ordered a Baconzilla combo (no ketchup), large fries, large rootbeer (light ice). Everything was correct and my food was still hot when it arrived (I live close). Look at the pic for that burger! It was juicy and not over cooked. The fries were fresh and hot. It was almost a perfect experience all the way around. First of all I don't know in what world they think that's a large. The fry cup could have at least been full. The fry problem seems to be every time. You order an XL and get the amount for a large, etc. However, like I said they are close (and not McDonald's). I will be going back for more. read more

I ordered through the sloooooow drive-through and made it to the window and only to be told that they couldn't use the reward that corporate had sent me because it won't scan I asked them if they could put it in manually and they did not want to try to do that and weren't being helpful at all I opted to just leave and not make a purchase because this was utterly ridiculous. read more

I am now leaving this place after McDonald's told me they weren't accepting credit/debit cards (12:58 am). I never am on this side of town so I forgot there was a checkers here. I have read reviews on this place and well for me I had great customer service from the beginning to end. This is the worst Checkers I've ever been to. I've dealt with the same lady at the window 3-4 times now and she is so incredibly rude! we went to get ice cream stackers and it was melted so badly that it was thinner then a milkshake, so we called and the manager said she would take care of it the next time we came in. Well when we went in the lady at the window was so rude when I told her what happened and that the manager said she'd fix it, so I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that she was BUSY and we'd have to talk to her next time...... ummmm what??? Our food is always wrong in some way and idk why we keep trying. It just keeps getting worse! This place should get less than one star. I went to the walk up window and 27 minutes after they took my order, I was handed my food. The burgers and fries were cold. The four customers in front of me also waited a very long time for them to get their food. All five of us agreed, checkers is ok, but never again stop here. read more

Pretty good for fast-food burgers. Definitely better than the McDonald's across the street! They have both drive-thru and walk-up service, and even have half a dozen outside tables if you wish to sit outside and enjoy your meal. Their fries are the seasoned kind, and were hot when I got mine. I had to ask what came on the burger, as no list was on the menu. It was easy enough to ask for items to be removed, and I received one that was made correctly. I've rarely had that happen at Wendy's. I would suggest they use a penny jar at the walk-up window. I was a penny short of having exact change, and had to break a dollar because of it. read more

This Checkers is not consistent with its quality or the friendliness of its staff. Sometimes you'll get great service and hot food. Sometimes a wet rag would give you better service and the food is over cooked and cold. It's a shot in a barrel which one you'll get in any given day. Just spent 40 minutes in the drive thru. Sat at the speaker for 11 minutes to just take order. Sat at the window for 6 minutes before they opened the window to take payment. Then spent another 6 waiting for food. This place has been horribly run for awhile now. Shame on us for thinking it'll be different "the next time"... Please avoid this place.... read more

I go here often but the service is a bunch of kids my age (16ish) who are lazy and take forever. The food is sometimes good but I usually go for the milkshake. So, I recommend only going for milkshake. read more

Worst checkers ever. Every time we stop here on the way home just for a quick desert or snack it is AWFUL. The main problem is the service as there is always a older woman working the drive through window & she is the most absolute rude person in the entire planet.
