I really like McDonald's. I like the deals that they have. I like the burgers and the fries too. I am always in and out. It's a good place.

My app for McDonald's stopped working for a specific item for a discounted price, so she offered her own discount for my full order!! The food was fresh too! Thank you to her. I made a pit stop in Diamond Bar for a cold refreshment on a very hot day, preferably the Chiller drink. The tables was still roped off, not allowing anyone to sit and eat/drink their ordered food. Service was very slow but the bathrooms were clean and the staff were friendly. It has been years since I visited this fast food place, used to stay down the street during my college days. This is the McDonald's I grew up with (and mostly likely the first one I went to in my life) and for the longest time, it had a reputation for having terrible customer service and unusually long waiting times - actually the longest out of any McDonald's I've been to and I'm actually the type to seek out a McDonald's even when I'm overseas! When a long overdue and recent renovation had, on the surface, brought this McDonald's in line with the others, I thought things might change. Alas, nothing has. It's not unusual to be stuck in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes (guess where I'm writing this) and on a couple of occasions, I've waited more than 10 minutes in the store for an order during a non busy time. To add injury to insult, I've had orders mixed up a couple of times as well. The good folks in north Diamond Bar may not as many options to satisfy their McDonald's cravings, but if you have a choice, avoid this one! read more

Last Sunday (2/16) around 4:30-5:30pm we stop here on the way home from Ontario. There were heavy traffic on 60 fwy due to accident. Need some sweet to relief the stress from traffic. Some ice cream cones & cookies , coffees. As always the drive thru is the worst here. Take the money first & make you wait n wait. Same today... Actually worst took the order & money, not telling us there were no cookies or how long we had to wait. If I new there were no cookies, we would have cancel it. But When we got to second window... Just ask us to pull over. Waiting & waiting for more than 15 min. Then finally hot cookies but 6 cookies (choco & oatmeal) all thrown in one small bag. All smushed:( Terrible service !!!!) I've never visited this location prior to their renovation, but it was modern and clean during my last visit. Normally I use their mobile app to place my order, but I had no trouble using the kiosk to order a McDouble and a McChicken for $3 as their current promotional deal. You can also scan QR codes on the app at the kiosk. I was also able to order a shamrock shake even though St Patrick's Day had passed. This McDonald's ownership needs to HIRE AND TRAIN the right type of workers. I might be upset that one they didn't bring me all the order to curbside. The fact I did curb side is that I have 3 young ones including a 6 month old. If I wanted to get out of the car I would have went inside and order. When I went in the work looked confused. I've never had a problem at this McDonald's. Order is always right, and my favorite part is the fries, no matter when I order them, are HOT every time. I noticed the fries were never cold after they got remodeled a couple years back so maybe they got a new fryer or warmer? Been coming here for years. Came on June 11th around 12 am in the morning. They only accept cash at this time. That's fine I guess because I had a bit of cash on me. When I pulled up to pick up my food, I tried to use a coupon. The kid at the drive thru told me in a rude ass tone that they only accept cash. What does accepting cash have anything to do with coupons.
