Fast service but workers don't say squat to you. No have a nice day, welcome to McDonalds, or here is your food. But they were all yelling so loud back there you can barely hear each other talking trying to enjoy breakfast. The bathrooms are all locked up tighter than a flea's butthole. They get one star because zeros not an option. On the morning of October 26 waited through a long drive-through line when I finally got up there it took over five minutes to order because the person taking the orders had the speaker on and was arguing with someone at the register, while coughing into the microphone that I got to hear through the speaker. When I finally placed my order, I use my McDonald's app reward points to get myself a free, sausage McMuffin with cheese. After waiting another five minutes when I finally got up to the payment window, they said they had no recollection of my order and tried to charge me for it. I said that you guys had already used a coupon in the app for my food, and they seemed confused and again tried to charge me for it. Long story short, they took my points which is equivalent to my money, and didn't give me any food, and seemed completely dumbfounded. Not worth the time or the energy. This location is horrible. Expect long waiting. 4 or 5 cars in front that have paid 2 up ordering at the intercome. 7 cars behind, including me. Took about 20 or 25 min to get everything done. Just to pay, it took 10 min. Looks like the mcdonalds employees couldn't keep up with the orders, and the drive thru was controlling the pace. When I got to the first window, the cashier and another employee were too busy trying to figure out what the name of a song was. I'm sure that extra employees at the first window could have jumped in to get more food orders done at drive thru. And if that extra employee was on break, then she should have been in a break room. Talking and hanging out on the clock is a waste of payroll. Manger should fix that issue quickly. Today's society is lazy and just has a cancerous, entitled attitude. Easy fix. Hire 3 extra people train them correctly and away from the cancerous employees. Once they are trained, fire the bad employees on the spot in front of the other employees. Sounds heartless, but they don't care either. If you come in to work at 50%, you should get 50% of your check. If you come into work with zero, give a f..-care.... then the employer should have every right to react the same way. Hope you young people have good morals and values to care enough about how you conduct yourself and treat other people. Work on that customer service. Have your orders done within 5 min. Obviously, with all the bad food and customer service reviews the management or owners don't care. This is a prime location which I'm pretty sure makes good money every year. Invest in your employees and have continuous training and reevaluate if the employee should continue to work for you or be dismissed because you're loosing money. If I didn't know how to use the kiosk, I wasn't getting an order. I'm sorry, they didn't train me on this new system and when you're in a hurry ( hence fast service, fast food) you don't have time to learn a computer system when you trying to get to work yourself. It's funny how you have to " do it yourself " but the prices aren't discounted, hell I don't work here! It's also a way you talk to people respectfully. I saw that this location got a lot of bad reviews, and the reviews were absolutely right. I was very disappointed in this McDonald's for so many reasons. First of all, the women's bathroom was dirty and messy, and the soap dispenser was completely empty, so I couldn't wash my hands. If there's no soap in the restroom, then how do employees wash their hands before returning to work? I certainly wouldn't want someone who didn't wash their hands after using the restroom preparing my food. Yuck! Also I ordered a chocolate milkshake, but they didn't have any milkshakes OR ice cream despite the fact that milkshakes and ice cream are clearly on the menu. We waited for nearly a half hour for our food even though they weren't that busy. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. McDonald's always seems to have bad reviews but I've got to say, this place deserves it. Very chaotic location. The manager was screaming at everyone and half the workers weren't wearing masks (including the manager of all people). The poor cashier didn't seem to understand how to use the register at all. I wanted an iced latte at first and was told "we don't have that" despite it being on their menu. I changed to an iced coffee instead just to make everyone's life easier. I still waited around 5 to 10 minutes even though an iced coffee takes maybe 10 seconds to make. The actual coffee was unbelievably watered down too. I just moved to New Center a little over two months ago, and every time I come here I have the worst experience. The staff is extremely incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. My order is always wrong, the equipment is never running correctly. I ordered a hot Peppermint Mocha one visit, and it was cold. The associate heated the drink up for me in the microwave, and it boiled over leaving only a quarter of the drink left in the cup. She puts the whipped cream in and sends me on my way. I once waited 20min for a coffee because no one working can read a screen and call out orders correctly. On one occasion handed the cashier split tender and she asked, "what am I supposed to do with this?" I went through the drive thru for a large coke and the associate was so rude when communicating that the system was down. I didn't hear her when she stated it the first time because she said it as soon as I pulled up to the speaker, and my window was rolled up. I asked her to repeat what she said, and was met with no response. I said "hello?" Maybe 6 times before she came back over the mic, and in the most snarkiest, unprofessional tone told me that the system was down. There is no sense of competency at all with the staff. No care or respect for the brand. No care for the customer. My food is always cold or prepared incorrectly. And given the location, you'd expect some type of level of decent customer service. read more

I saw other 2 star reviews and wondered how any McDonald's location could be different than others. Well, this location earned its low rating. Among other issues, including the location being out of English muffins, my bagel breakfast sandwich was bad. There was, what looked like green mayo all over it. Additionally, the bottom have was either very stale or just slightly not frozen as it was hard as a rock. I didn't attempt a bite and it went to the trash. Worst McDonald's meal I have ever had. I ordered breakfast @6am on a Monday not a car in the place. I had to repeat my order a half dozen times. Every time she repeated my order back it was wrong. My order was easy. A sausage biscuit with cheese, hash brown and a large coke. When I got to window to pick up food , I was handed a medium coke and a bag. I peeked in bag and saw my food and drove away. I did not have to time to argue over wrong size coke. When I got to hospital , a block away, I discovered my hash brown was barely warm and was soggy and mushy from not being fully cooked. My sausage biscuit was minus the cheese and the biscuit was hard. When I finally had a minute to call store manager she was an ass! She proceeded to correct me when I told her I was there around 6am , she got back on phone and TOLD ME that I didn't order a meal at 6 am it was 6:05am and the meal was ordered without cheese. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM A MANAGER! She needs people skills training. Half star if I could to store operations,-5 (negative five) star to the manager. read more
