We were passing through town in an RV and stopped for breakfast. There was plenty of parking and the service was super fast and friendly! Coffee was hot (of course!), but just as important, the food was also hot and made just right. I did not go into the restroom, so I can't speak to its cleanliness, but all in all a great McDonald's experience. read more

Why the huge line moving verrrrry slowly? Coffee and food both mediocre and app oder function didn't go thru so no membership deals or a reward redemption. Went around again and tried again to use the app. Cashier was totally useless when we said our card was charged 2x. We didn't have a code so shut down right there! I went through the drive through and I have a slight stutter so when I tried to order a hot n spicy I was having trouble saying the word, the girl rudely said to order when I was ready and I said I'm ready and was going to move to the other car. I didn't appreciate being rushed since I only messed up saying it once and was clear for my order. Stopped in for a morning cup of coffee. The inside is sparkling clean - the cleanest establishment I think I've ever seen, the employees were very friendly, good drink and the service was fast. I travel a lot, McDoanlds as by no means delicious food or anything to brag about. It's that little bit of comfort you can have when you're far and alone, and reminds you of eating back home with your parents or grandparents. But I'm giving this place a 5 star for my experience, empty and clean the decor was actually really nice. With a "delicious burger" lettering and some modern furniture. You would think this could be a different place if the promos and logos weren't everywhere. That being said the service for me was quick, empty so walked right up tot he counter, the lady came up to me quickly took my order. I walked to the restroom to wash my hands and when I came back a nice guest asked are you 207? I said I think so. He replied they're calling you I looked around and said this place is empty must be a meal for a ghost. That made my morning. I walked up got my basic McDonald's breakfast and a hot coffee prepared how I asked. I will say the service wasn't as quick for other guests, and also did see the employees standing around talking. Competitive for the "Worst McDonalds in America" Award. Regrettably they are the only place available in this town late at night. It literally took 25 mins to get a drive thru meal and I was the third car in line. I would have left, except you are basically trapped in their drive thru once someone pulls in behind you. At the window, I realized it was just a cluster@$ck going on inside as if no employee expected an egg McMuffin order to come thru that night. THEN after all that waiting, food is cold and coffee tastes like it has been there for days. This place literally had me evaluating my life choices and making promises to never eat fast food again. Worst McDonald's ever. How hard is it to make a freaking single cheeseburger. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with/add light mayo and no pickles. Both burgers came out with no mayo, with pickles, no ketchup and smothered in mustard. Then they tried to deny that it was even my order. There were special orders on the burgers themselves and on tge customer copy receipt. Lol. Guess the cooks can't read. Plus no salt on the fries. Which are the best part of McDonald's. So I get my replacement burgers. They're Damn near dry with literally a drop of mayo, ketchup, and mustard. And no onions. Wasn't worth going back to fix it again. I love McDonald's. It may be the only McDonald's in Deming, NM but I appreciate when a chain store is kept up and clean. We walked in the door and were greeted by the "Deming Billionaire Club". Basically all the retired grandpas in Deming that are as sharp as ever. Counter service was great and we were in and out of there. Worst experience I've gotten.We decided to stop and eat because of the long road trip and they had very bad service.I ordered 5 got spices and they took about 20 minutes while there was no one else there and they took forever to take my order I was standing there for about 10 minutes.i went and cancelled my order because of the long wait and because they were saying "everybody decided to come at this time" and "why don't they just go home and make themselves sandwiches."I think the one taking the orders was the rudest and should be fired.The late night workers need some manners. read more

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to! The bathroom was horrific. Looked like a crime scene in there. Luckily I did find one stall without poo all over the seat or paper littering the floor. It was the most awful place I've seen and I've traveled the Oklahoma turnpike. If you traveled that you know some of the restrooms along that stretch of road! . Do we have to mention the staff? So unprofessional. Of course only two people working at this busy time of the morning. Both were more concerned with the drive through than the people in the lobby. With five people now standing in the lobby waiting for service I finally say something. Oh, the manager comes away from the drive through. Are you working the lobby? Long story short... since there were only two people working priority was on drive through not lobby. The manager did not care how long we had been standing there. No apologies. No concern. Just wanted to get back to drive through. This place was unprofessional, uncaring, unclean. I realize we are only talking about McDonald's but we still have to expect some type of standards, don't we? Went through the drive thru while on a road trip. From the staff who took our order to the one who handed us our food were very nice and professional. My husband ordered a strawberry shake but their machine was not working. But when we got to the pick up window they offered a courtesy strawberry smoothie instead. This is the most professional McDonald's drive thru we've encounter. The gesture really says a lot about how much customer service and satisfaction means to them. Great job! If we ever head out there again we will make sure to go to this particular one...I think it's the only one in the area. read more

I went through drive through ar 4am and got the worst service. I was the only one in the drive through and had to wait 10 min for a SE buscuit. The woman left the drive through window open and i could hear the drive though and cook saying "that b***h can wait" when i finally got my order the buscuit was hard as a rock. The woman seemed to have a disorder but her rhetoric did not. I will not be returning. I didnt catch any names because i was so upset but the cook was a tall woman and the drive through had a facial disfigurement. I felt bad but your help is disgusting. We commute daily from Las Cruces and MD was the only place we knew offered quality coffee. We will NOT be returning.
