I used two codes and when I got to the window they told me they didn't receive them even though I wasted points on my app! Once I confronted the man at the window about it he started swearing at me in spanish thinking I didn't know what he was saying even though I speak Spanish myself. Morning manager was super friendly and cooperative. As usual, the Big Breakfast stays as McDonalds best product. The lobby was open to take my order as I wanted. However, when I walked night-time on same Christmas Day, after calling and was told they were "open for 24 hours" it was not explained that the lobby was locked and serving drive-through only. This McDonalds is ALWAYS PACKED... No seriously like 200 cars in the parking lot. I cant imagine they are ALL in the store... They must park here & run & hide at other places... That being said, the Drivethru is also always packed & if you come in from the side street entrance & then try to loop around, all the cars that speed in from 114 will try to cut you off & not let you in line (even though you were there first), so be aggressive... That was fine, but the employee came out 30 seconds later. Again, fine but odd. They have removed the trash bins from the parking lot so there is always trash left in the parking area and now seagulls. I like to swing through for a soft drink but, more often than not, they are unavailable. Very odd to have a burger place and not to be able yo maintain the soft drink machine properly. read more

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks the service at this McDonald's rots. I go 2-3 times a WEEK and have put up with the order being wrong at least 2 out of 3 times. I will no longer go to McDonald's on Rte 114 in Danvers. I have to repeat my order at least 3 times everytime because they don't understand you - obviously!!! Then, I get my order and it's always wrong. Today they were going to give me the car behind me and we were the only 2 cars there. Last week I asked for a plain double cheeseburger and I got a plain dry chicken and you needed glasses to see it. They need to pay more attention to what people are ordering and stop shoving the wrong orders out the window!!! This McDonalds is convenietly located on route 114 just before the on ramps to route 95. It is usually quite busy in the afternoon, but the employees must be used to the volume because the wait is minimal. I have no complaints about the service or the product, the usual McDonalds fare. read more

Stopped here today because I was out running errands before work. We ordered two #2 combos. We were instructed to pull into a spot to wait for our food, which is totally fine with me. I asked the very nice guy at the window to please give us napkins and ketchup in the bag. We got our food, no straws for our drinks, no ketchup, and two napkins. Lol We had to run inside twice because I didn't realize we weren't given all of those things. The food was pretty fresh, which was nice! My soda tasted nasty, like kind of fruity. I know it's a McDonald's and you'd think they'd all be the same, well no they are not. This one is very different. They have Boston Sports memorabilia all over the walls, the bathrooms are always clean and impeccable and the staff is always amazing. This is one of the few fast food places I am not afraid to go in and use the restrooms after 10PM and know they will be clean and still usable. They also have a huge dining area, and the drive-thru is always fast no matter how long the line is. But after a certain time the drive-thru only has a limited menu which is a downer. The parking lot is a bit oddly shaped but it works well to flow the drive-thru traffic to where it needs to go and there is plenty of room for walk in service. read more

So there is a kid working the cashier at the drive through on January 20th at 5:30 who was trying to scam the change by saying "do you want the change or do you just want me to throw it in the Ronald McDonald charity box?" I said he could throw it in the box and he took the change out of the cash register and didn't put it in the charity box that is attached to the window, that I could have reached 10x easier if I wanted to put the change in. The guy is trying to use the charity to get people to leave him with the change. Sick, sick guy. Just wanted that heads up that if someone asks you, take the change with you or put it in the charity box yourself. read more

I missed lunch due to errands and meetings so I swung around thru the McDonalds drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich. I stopped to check out the sandwich in the parking lot and I only saw pickles. The bun was soaking wet, there was condensation all over the inside of the bag, and the breading was a brownish color. Not light and golden brown like the commercials. Dark like it was left in the oil too long. It too was soggy and wet. I went inside because I thought I had ordered a regular chicken sandwich and was surprised that it had only pickles. Someone at the counter told me there were pickles and butter on it and offered lettuce and something else... My stomach started to roll over as I thought of the wet bun, the wet over cooked chicken with pickles and butter. I put the bag in the trash and ran out desperately trying not to throw up inside the store. Having worked on the road for many years I thought I had seen and eaten some of the worst food america had to offer. But no. I ordered a buttermilk crispy sandwich with fries off of DoorDash and I gave them some simple instructions on what I'd like and don't like in the sandwich. None of the instructions were followed and they gave me a really small piece of chicken and way too much mayonnaise. There was mayonnaise all over the inside of the box. So, three nights in a row my co0workers and I went to this McDonalds @ 130 in the AM. All 3 nights the orders where wrong. The last night we ordered 10 McDoubles and they where all Mc Chickens. I was like McSqueeze me!! I called and the gentleman (who barely understood my English) said call back tonight.. Well Silly me he hasn't answered the phone.
