So reason why I'm finally on this review is today was the last straw with this McDonald's! It's always something with them but today they really put the icing on the cake! Went through drive thru to order and was greeted by a gentleman later known as "Ronnie" he was so unprofessional, yelled at us, and was not paying attention when taking our order. He deliberately repeated the wrong order and on top of that he coped a bad attitude because he had to repeat himself. When we pulled up to the window to pay we asked for the manager, manager came and we told her the issue and she said "I'm gonna pull him off headset" well she didn't. She told him to come apologize to us. We'll all it did was turn into him arguing with us. This McDonald's is so unprofessional, always gets orders wrong and always has kids playing around with disregard to customer service and food quality and accuracy. Okay, to start off, with is going to sound a bit weird, but here we go anyway. My wife and I started the morning off with a trip to museum district in Ft Worth. We had eaten a large breakfast before leaving Carrollton, and so were not really that hungry. After visiting two of the museums (Science and History, and the Kimbell), we needed a bite to hold us until dinner time. Heading towards home, we found this McDonald's in a not very nice part of town. I give then a great deal of credit for being very clean. Additionally, they seemed to be well organized and polite and friendly. That goes a long way! Additionally, they made as tasty a McDonalds burger as you can find anywhere. Negatives: The fries were a bit on the salty side. Additionally, they had wet floor cones out long after the floors had dried and should have been picked up, though they were busy at the tail end of the lunch rush, so I;ll give them that one. Finally, the self order kiosk is in need of some repair work. All in all, the place is well run and clean. read more

I hardly ever write reviews and I always come to this location during the lunch shift. They're always amazing and you can tell they are hard workers. However, the teenagers on the Night Shift are extremely disrespectful and shows a lack of proper training from the restaurant and their parents. I've stopped here several times due to the convenience of their location. Right next to a gas station and it's a quick way to get protein with a $1 burger. They have always gotten my order right here. A few times I went inside to use the restroom - they have a serious problem with crickets in there. I kept thinking one was going to jump into my pants while I was sitting on the throne in there. There is also always water on the floor when I go in there - like they're in this perpetual state of cleaning but never finishing. I've gotten a soft serve cone on occasion - every single time it's a different size - but always the same price. I've seen the people in line ahead of me get one with this giant cone - and I think, "shoot, I'm gonna get one, too!" So I add that to my order, and mine will sometimes look like a Hershey's Kiss in size comparison. That is fairly frustrating. They should be trained on how to properly dispense the ice cream and how to make a proper-consistant size each time. I used to something similar when I worked at Jack in the Box - it's not that hard to do right. This is in a kinda shady neighborhood - so I wouldn't want to leave my car to go in after nightfall. read more

I noticed that I did not receive my crispy chicken sandwich with my order. I called the location to inform them and the person hung up on me. I called again, Claudia answered and I informed her that I didn't not receive the crispy chicken sandwich, she passed the phone to the supervisor, Sjoven, and I reiterated that I didn't receive my chicken sandwich. He then made a rude comment "So, we missed a whole chicken sandwich." He then said, "let me check" and hung up on me again. I called back and Claudia answered again, I then requested the owner's contact information, which she provided. I also asked for the corporate contact information and she stated that "it's in the bag." I inquired the meaning as she kept saying that "it's in the bag". I have never seen a worse example of a McD than this place. Staff are sullen, unfriendly, unmotivated, slow and totally uncaring. I have visited them a few times over the last few months and it does not get any better. Yesterday I walked in and stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. A lady finally took my order and disappeared. A lady customer came in after me and walked up to the counter. She got the same treatment. She looked at me and I shrugged and told her the same thing had happened to me. I indicated a woman in a different colored shirt behind the counter and told her that she was the one who had taken my order. A few minutes later that woman finally came up and took the order of the lady who came in behind me. After several minutes of waiting and no one from McD even saying sorry for the delay, this woman said "screw this" and just left. There are NO condiments or even napkins except behind the counter.
