I should know better, but couldn't find something fast and running out of time. A Crown Point address, but feels like a McDonald's in Winfield would be a little better. Wrong. I worried it was closed as no one inside I could see. There was a clerk who took the order for three Bacon QPC Meals. These come with French fries and coke. Hard to believe those were beef patties in there, more like charred cardboard. For $10 a piece, I expected something on the burger beside the fake American cheese. I couldn't find the bacon--hubby said he had a piece. No lettuce, tomato. I think there was a pickle and mayo, but the buns must cost them a half cent each. Horrible. Order left on the counter while I was filling the drinks. Guess he was taking care of all those cars at the drive-up window. Never again. read more

I'd definitely recommend this place. I go here every once in a while and I most definitely recommend it. They do make some accidents, but nothing is perfect and that's just life. I definitely love this place and I have been going here since I was a baby. The food is really great I love the chicken nuggets and fries, the service is amazing I do wanna put a job application here for my first job because one, it's close, and two my uncle worked there too. Wow, just amazing! Wrong order, charged me for wrong order and when told about it argued that they eere right and jyst move through the line! Asked for no ice and they added ice, asked for standard size fries and they put half empty large fries in bag and charged me for them. The sandwich was not hot. This McDonald's is a joke. They don't have their food on time, their quarter pounders are way too salty in fact all the meat the cook and prepare is too salty even when not asking for salt or grill seasoning they still do it. My little brother is deathly allergic to onions and if I didn't look at his cheeseburger before he started eating he would have died because even though I asked specifically for NO ONIONS there was still slivered onions on his cheeseburger. Now I should sue McDonald's for that. But you know what it's cool because karma comes back for everyone and it's definitely coming for the owners and management of this McDonald's. February 2022 - There is no signage on any of the two doors we used to try to enter. No hours of operation. Nothing. This is located in Winfield, Indiana, but is listed here as Crown Point. The door next to the handicapped parking was locked as well. If you're closed then just put it on the marquee and save us all time and money. Inexcusable. Poor management. read more

Beeps beeps beeps. Shut them off. Not friendly cashier. I would give 0 if I could. Cheap ass place. Wants to CHARGE .09 cents for BBQ sauce. Last time I come here. Great job on wanting to charge me for BBQ sauce. I wasted 6 large cups of Diet Coke. I threw out about 25 ketchup packets. I left the water on in the bathroom. And tossed 50 or so cup covers in the trash. Good luck on saving your 9 cents. U lost a customer. read more

I ordered a Sausage egg biscuit and a hash brown. It came out to $5.76 and I handed them $10.76. I was given 4 dollars. When I addressed it at the second window, they told me to pull right around. I waited another 15 minutes in line because it got busy and as I pulled around to the first window I was rudely told by the manager that there's no way I was given the wrong change. I went back and forth with her and in the end, this location stole $1.00 from me. It's not the amount that bothered me but the integrity of the manager at this location. Today I visited this restaurant with my sister-in-law, her four kids, and my two kids. All of our kids are under 10 years old, so the play place is definitely a draw. Although it took a while to get our food, it was all as expected. The food was hot, and it is was average for McDonalds. Nothing Earth shattering, but edible. My two star rating is basically because of the play place. Disgusting does not even begin to describe it. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was sticky. The floor, the equipment, the chairs, and the tables were dirty. Don't even get me started on the bathroom! Gross, gross, gross! In a place like this, the bathroom should be receiving attention hourly! I don't even want to know what the inside of the play place looked like! I used baby wipes to clean off the tables. I want to state that I am NOT one of those moms who freaks out if things aren't perfect. I'm realistic in my expectations, and I'm not constantly chasing my kids around with hand sanitizer. This place, however, was horrible! I'm fairy certain that they do not clean the Play Place on a regular basis, and when you mix kids and food, cleanliness is a necessity. The rules may state that food is not allowed on or in the equipment, but we all know that kids are messy eaters, and they often do not follow such rules. I have yet to see a parent chase their kids into one of those tiny tubes because they took their French fries or ice cream cone with them. I do not allow my kids to take food in the equipment, however, I also have to admit that I would not go in after them if they did. I'm not mom (or dad) shaming, I'm just keeping it real! Please, please, please McDonalds....clean up your Play Place! We would LOVE to be able to enjoy it in the future, but I couldn't stomach it again if it looks like it looked today........ Food is always screwed up and you have to fight with them. If you go threw drive threw and they don't like your "attitude" they will read it off to you and then CHANGE the order to opposite of what you want before they make you pay. If I could add zero stars I would. DO NOT let your teenager work at this McDonald's! I thought by having my son get a job it would teach him responsibility but after he was subjected to the delinquent staff at this McDonald's his grades went from b honor to 4 F's! Oh I know you're thinking that it can't be his job that did this, right? Well, the staff there, most if not all, smoke pot on the job. Yes, that's right! What's worse is they allow the minors working for them to do it on their break in the parking lot! So, after being subjected to this for several months my son decided that he too would do this since that's obviously acceptable behavior and keeps in line with the good work ethics of this establishment.
