We did a mobile order. When we entered the building no one was running the register and our Oder proceeded to take 20 mins before we even received it and we were still missing half of it. Just went through the line at Peavine and ordered two drinks. For each one she asked what size. He said the one for $1.29.. shFour times he repeated his order. Finally she said Sir, you are the one looking at the screen. We did not order. Yesterday, the same incompetent girl took my order for a happy meal. She asked him to repeat it several times. He asked for a toy for under three years. She told home they didn't carry under three toys. She didn't know. I feel that this is a typical McDonald's near a major interstate highway. It's clean and convenient and fast. I have stopped several times and have never had a mistake on my order. They have ordering from the McDonalds app which makes things very easy. Employees are practicing COVID protocol so all is good in that regard. read more

This restaurant can't do anything correct. Every vehicle has to pull forward in the drive thru. Service was horrible. Employees were rude. Took three attempts to get food order correct. Would recommend no one use this location until new management can be assigned. I would have given it no stars if it was an option. read more

This place is terrible. Every time I've stopped here on my drive across TN I've had trouble. Usually they're out of stuff. Once they had nothing on my list, so I went across the street to Hardee's instead. This time I waited in line for 20 minutes for fries and a coffee and they still got the orders all mixed up and charged me for the wrong thing. The workers seemed really distressed and the manager didn't seem to be making things any better. After 4 bad experiences here, I'll try to remember to go up a few more exits in the future. read more

This star review is only in comparison with other McDonalds. The fries were hot and salty . . . just the way they should be done at a McDonalds. Stopped to get lunch for my wife and I on my way to meet her. She works just down the road, I got the 10 piece nugget meal with fries. Left the drive thru got on the road and went to eat some fries and they were COLD !!! Pulled in to wife's job and went to eat the nuggets and they also were cold, fries tasted as if they had been sitting for a while so I called them and the young girl said to come back with the receipt so I did. And all I got was Attitude from the Manager !!! Not my fault she can't do her job right !!! read more

Where to start? Rude girl on microphone, I asked for two sauces, received zero. I pulled over to check bag and noticed this. Had to go back in. Everyone ignored me that worked there. When I got back to car, two nasty girls in car cackling like hyenas- guess who goes over to talk, puffing on a cigarette? An employee at the McDonald's. He was leaning so far over that he almost touched my car with his butt. He gave me a very dirty look when I backed out my car- like how dare I move while he was smoking there. How hard is it to make an iced coffee? I have never received one that has tasted the same. It is either not sweet enough, overly sweet, or watered down. Very disappointing!! It took a few minutes to be waited on, I think the young man Named Alex. He was nice & polite but NOT really trained maybe?? ALL the Teas (2 sweet 1 unsweet) were empty. Told Linda & she never sent anyone out to refill. Then we waited for the other young man to get done mopping the floor then he could put our order on a tray. After we ate we decided to order ice cream.... Alex took my order & a girl came up to make it & she was out of mixer spoons. So Alex had NO idea where they could be. He danced around & around. Then asked the Mop guy & he told him cabinet or go in back. So then Alex was gone another 5 minutes to stock mixer spoons.... then forgot I ordered a sundae too. Went to make that & couldn't find any cups. So guess where he had to go again. Poor Alex.... Linda night manger was nice BUT, she had no idea what was going on. Cause she was hiding most of time. Odered 2 mcchickens and 2 mozzerella sticks. After being asked to pull forward, I waited, 8 minutes and 8 orders later (I counted the cars) they come out to tell me that the mozzerella sticks will be another 4 minutes. I asked for a refund. 2 minutes later they come out with a refund for the mozzerella sticks and my mcchickens in a bag. I said I don't want cold mcchickens and would like a full refund. They refused to refund the mcchickens, so I left, without any food. This location stole $2.19 from me. This is not the first time I have had issues with this location. They have lost a customer who used to eat there at least twice a week. read more

For fast food this place is another world. Some days it's fast, some slow. A lot of mess ups. Food isn't the way it was ordered. Drinks are different. The drive thru needs a lot of help. Not sure if reading the screens are or the order wasn't typed in wring. Either there is a problem. Ordered sweet tea ..received unsweetened. Ordered a kids meal with chicken nuggets.. received a hamburger with just buns and mustard. Took back to counter and then had to wait over 20 plus mins just to receive 4 nuggets that was very dried out. I guess it will be a while before I take my child there or just end up going back to town. Never had issues there read more
