Average McDonald's restaurant experience. It has been years since I've visited a McDonald's so silly me asked the cashier where I would find a.list of their dollar menu. The menu was a little confusing to read since it was a screen that did a continual scrolling. The response was priceless, the young lady looked at me with a smile and said McDonald's no longer has a dollar menu. I think she felt like I couldn't afford anything else so she pointed out a McDouble special that came with a small fry for $3. and she offered me a free cup to get a drink in. I didn't have the heart to turn her down when she was being so kind. The meal was fine but definitely not what I would order in the future. The service I received from night shift today was terrible. You know I go for a coffee there every morning and have never had an issue with morning shift! Ever! You guys need to find a new night manager and some new workers for night as well. They're all very rude, I was sitting at the speaker and he said do you have a code I proceed to give him my code and say can I get that in caramel because I was getting a frappe. He then says yeah give me one minute. He then proceeds to go to the next speaker and take there order and the guys behind that car, while leaving me sitting there without even trying to finish my order! I say hello 2 times not an answer then I pull up and tell the manager what's going on he didn't even seem to care so I told him I'd just pull back through. His excuse was that his "headset messed up" but he was also taking those other 2 orders at the next speaker. I pull back around give them my code and lo and behold "oh we can't do frappes rn" at this point I was over it and went to Taco Bell. You all need to do better. This is the absolute worst McDonald's!! The service is beyond horrible. Paid over $85 dollars and was missing 5 items. Not only that we set here for like 30 minutes before they brought the first part of the order. We couldn't order up front bc no one was working the register. So has to self order. The tables are so nasty! There is food laying all over the floor! And to top it all off. A woman brings a f*cking dog (and no it's not a service dog) inside the restaurant!! She is setting in the bench next to us with that damn dog covered up and not one employee said anything. So the dog hair can just fly around the room next to everyones food. It is absolutely disgusting!! McDonald's is the worst restaurant that has ever been open. They do not care for their customers. Been in town for a week and went there twice for kids happy meals. The first time the chicken nuggets had no nuggets but a carton full of extra Mac sauce. The second time we ordered chicken nuggets and did not receive them. While the store did rectify things and give the missing items; but, when I pointed out that they had twice screwed up the order and that it would be nice to receive a voucher or something for our trouble, the manager said no way (she expressed little interest or sympathy in the problem). From someone who works at a McDonald's very disappointing if I acted like this at my store it would never fly. Asked for fries literally as hard as a rock. Definitely wouldn't even count them as well done. Then after I said something about them giving me well done fries they told me to pull up as I wait for fresh fries. I waited for 15 minutes and tried calling the store twice. No answer. So I went back through the line and when I pulled back up they gave me a no salt fry. I ordered a sausage biscuit and they put a hamburger patty on it instead of sausage. The line also took forever and a day. There were two drive thru lines, but they still only seemed to be taking one order at a time, as I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes in the rain before anyone even said anything. read more

This is probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to as far as customer service. Since they have installed the ordering touch screens, the workers barely interact with the customers. Not everyone likes using those, considering a study showed they are covered with germs and bacteria. Once they finally talk to you, they mess up the order. I got part of my order. They were going to bring back a McDouble and 4 small fries (these were for my kids). I waited over 5 minutes and still nothing. I went up there and the guy who brought part of the order, I had to remind him what I needed. He gave me the sandwich and a large fry to make up for it and said he'd give me 3 more. But those never came and then he went to break or clean or something. When I went back up there, I watched fry after fry and order after order be delivered to others (my order #276 and they were serving #287) and had to finally clear my voice to get someone's attention. Unfortunately the lady I spoke to got the brunt of my anger but I said yell at the kid with the curly hair and glasses. When he finally came back up front, he had cleaning gloves! He totally forgot! Stopped here at 3:30 AM to order one coffee. Nobody was at the register. One employee saw us and just acknowledged us. Finally a employee came out and started making a coffee then told us they couldn't accept credit cards. We only had maybe two dollars cash when it was $3 so I made them accept it since they made us wait 15 minute standing there for one coffee. Don't even bother going to this mcdonalds. Trash everywhere and they had most drinks out of order. My girlfriend said the female bathroom was out of toilet paper so they had napkins. They were out of soap too and had just hand sanitizer. I ordered in advance through the app in hopes of saving time. I went through the drive threw (the options were drive threw, designated pickup spot, or going inside.) I ordered about 15-20 minutes in advance. I got to the second window and they thought I ordered something with a completely different total. I told them I used the app and they didn't know what to do so they said okay one second, came back and told me my total and reached for the money but I had already paid online and they just kinda stood there for a while looking at the computer and then said oh, you did. I would just like to say how nice the manager was to me while on the phone with him. This past weekend I went down to TN to visit my sister and nieces. On my way back home Sunday evening (OH), we happened to stop at this McDonalds to eat dinner. My youngest left his baby blanket there and I didn't realize it until we were an hour and a half away. I couldn't turn back then. I called right away, and whoever answered said to call back in the morning to speak with the manager, so that's what I did! I guess it wasn't turned in, but he had asked where we were sitting and there it was! I then asked if there was any way they could ship it to me, since I live in Ohio and this was southern Kentucky!
