Update ordered and wanted a bacon egg cheese mcgriddlw sub round egg. ( i hate folded egg) cool no round egg on it. They yet again messed up my order because they clearly dont know how to read. Managers do not wash their hands before or after leaving the restroom. I have been served more undercooked quarter pounders here than should be legal. Do NOT expect a good meal or service here. Lobby is extremely grubby, trash cans always overflowing. Nobody on the staff seems to care save for a few, I guess. Completely terrible place to eat. Disgusting. read more

Ok so everyone knows that McDonald's is known for having the #1 fries in the world, Which normally I'd agree hands down! Until recently that is, bc my last two orders from there have been not so great! My hot fudge sundae was literally half full and both times my fries were limp and a few were still cold! This place is a load of crap, the shift manager is rude as fuck I am sorry for the language but I'm pissed! They cashier got my order wrong, even after telling her verbally and showing her on my phone what I had in my bag on the app! All food is the same at McDonald's so I think its only fair to judge a store based on its service, cleanliness, speed and accuracy. I've gone through their drive thru when I'm in the area. The food's ok, same as Lewiston McDonald's. But their CocaCola is just---weird. It's "off". It almost tastes like cherry coke. I wouldn't bother to write this but it's the 2nd time it's happened. The first time, I took a sip as we waited for our food. I mentioned it & the gal in drive thru looked at me like I was stupid, got the same look from the shift/mgr whoever. So I thought it was me. 2nd time I'd pulled away before I took a drink. It isn't me, the other person in the car noticed too. I know it's a silly thing, especially now, to mention & this ISN'T a complaint--it's only pop after all. This is just a heads up. We have been to numerous McDonalds all over the country and this is the BEST ONE HANDS DOWN! McDonalds manager trainees should be required to work here. The restaurant is frequently updated, keeping it fresh. The dining room is always being cleaned, as it seems there is an employee whose job it is just to clean! The food is consistent every time and tastes like it is freshly made on the spot. The drive thru typically has your food waiting before you get to the window. Despite all of that, the most important thing is the customer service! Always smiling, happy to help. The best customer service of any chain anywhere! Obviously, this is not a five-star restaurant, but for fast food it is the best anywhere! read more

Ever since they added two drive throughs I routinely get screwed in order of service. Normally not a big problem but when you are on your way to work it is frustrating. Look I know it's McDonald's and expectations should be tempered but it's not difficult to serve customers in the order they arrive. Very safe place to eat. We use the drive-thru a lot. Staff is efficient and friendly. Most of the food is good. Fish sandwich is small and plain - they could do better. McDonald's puts the credit card reader out the window to use - love that they do not touch my card. read more

The service at this McDonald's is great, it is above and beyond any other McDonald's. My kids insist on this McDonald's because they know the order will be right. Special orders are correct (ie plain, only ketchup, etc) which is amazing for such fast service. Staff is friendly and the manager is very detail and quality oriented. So a friend of mine went in today ordered three sandwiches, two in meals, and we got everything but the quarter pounder which was one of the meals. We got back to work (took nearly the lunch hour just to get there and back - mostly traffic) and we found we were missing the one sandwich which was for the friend. So one of us did not get their lunch. I called and spoke with a manager and he put my name in a book and said that on my next visit within 30 days they will replace the meal. First of all I don't live in the area so chances of getting back there in 30 days is slim, plus I drive a semi, so when I do get back down there, there is a good chance I have no transportation. So as I understand this, I paid cash for something I did not get, and they tell me that if I do not redeem that cash within 30 days that it is no longer mine? I did not agree to these terms, when I paid cash the terms I agreed to was I get what I wanted right then. They steal my cash in other words. This is so not cool. And these people want $15 per hour?! They cannot even read and fulfill an order. This story will be on yelp and everywhere else I can think of, and I will call corporate to attempt to get my satisfaction. read more
