If zero was an option I would select it. Do not come to this McDonald's unless you are prepared to wait 15 mins for your order only for your food to be cold, wrong, or missing. I am local and this happens every time without fail. I had to go inside today for missing items on my drive thru order, only to get back to the car and still missing half the order, wtf. I mean the food has always been crappy, but at least it was cheap and fast. The worst service at any McDonald's I've ever been to. The food takes forever to come out. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. Once I ordered a large fry and a milkshake and it took AN HOUR to be ready. I'm not sure if anyone actually knows how to cook in there or not! read more

My husband and I come here for breakfast on the weekends. It's easy to order the traditional way (up front with the employee) or at the kiosk. Sometimes I prefer the kiosk when there's a crowd waiting to order. The food has always been good and hot. Service for the most part is good though it's really easy to spot a newbie (one time I ordered the breakfast platter with hot cakes and they forgot to add the accoutrements like butter and jam). Where do I start. I placed a mobile and pressed, "I'm here" because I knew I would be there around 5 minutes before breakfast was over. I get to the speaker and they wait until 10:30 to take my order and say, "McDonald's we have no breakfast". I explains how I had a mobile order and they said, "Sorry that's not how this works". The drive through was so slow for mediocre at best food they didn't have hot cakes so I settled for chicken nuggets fries and an iced coffee. If they get the order wrong, you can't go inside to get it corrected because the interior has been closed for over a year and a half, and they won't answer their phone if you try to call about said incorrect order! My husband me and my father went here last night. The food was cold and it took almost 10 minutes to get our drinks. The manager is not a polite man he looked at me multiple times seeing that I was waiting to get our drinks and completely ignore me. I do not recommend this place in any way!!!!! I used the app. An employee comes out to tell us they don't have the items we ordered even though the app says it does as long as it is before midnight(11am is when I went). We said that is fine give us two big mac meals because they would come out to the same price. Another employee comes out and gives us just two big macs which is not even half of the price of our other 2 sandwiches we ordered. I then proceed to go in to talk to the manager who I haven't seen once during this whole transaction and she then proceeds to blame another employee for the issue with our order. She then rings it all up angrily pulls the cups out of the holder and grabs the fries angrily as well and then throws the bag into my hand. read more

This McDonald's has declined into the worst of the entire chain of stores. Yesterday, trying to get lunch for my wife, myself and two grandchildren, it took three or four tries for the young lady taking the order to get it right. The reason for this was revealed when i pulled up to pay: she stood with her back to the window for a long time, as she was having a conversation with a young man who she was obviously flirting with. I ordered and paid for a double quarter pounder with cheese, but when we got home with the food, they had given me only a single quarter pounder. I have said over and over again that i will not patronize this McDonald's, but at the request of my grandchildren i go back. I doubt i will give in again. read more

I asked for extra onion on a steak egg and cheese bagel for the second time in two weeks and I get to work to see that I have a small piece of burnt onion no extra onion. So went there this morning for breakfast. Spoke very loud and clear. Sausage and cheese mcmuffin combo with a medium iced caramel mocha. The person rang it up wrong. I corrected them. Told them no egg. They rang up my drink wrong. They got my mcmuffin wrong. Put egg on it. Sent it back- they came back with the "right" thing. Nope got in the car. Headed to school and they gave me a sausage biscuit. And they messed up my butter biscuit. Messed up my order 3 times and still couldnt get it right. Past two times have been horrible , I ordered a meal and had a fried fly in my fries , they weren't sympathetic at all I just got my money back , second time my southern style chicken sandwich was hard and rubbery , the manager (younger guy with dark hair and glasses ) didn't say anything turned away and walked off .
