We did the breakfast buffet and sat next to the buffet. I got a broccoli salad to start and it was rancid. I then proceeded to the buffet where a worker was filling up the link sausage bin and spilled maybe 15 or 20 on the counter where people stand to make their plate. She picked them off the counter and put them back in with the others. When I asked her about it bahe said it was restraunt policy that if I human touches it put it back. WOW. When she was done she put the broom in the corner and walked to kitchen counter and picked up a tray of chicken fingers and went to place them on the buffet. She didn't wash her hands then or after.
