I asked when this started and they said it had always been this way. So I guess I've been imagining picking up my orders at the drive thru. I explained I was handicapped and it was hard for me to manage. Not a single offer to so much as hold the door or help with the four drinks that I had to ask for, since they weren't given to me, was offered, even though the restaurant was empty except for a single table and staff was standing around.
