Pizza is not my favorite. But for the price it's pretty dang good. Quality is pretty consistent. Workers are friendly.

He took full responsibility, was apologetic and made sure that the other managers were properly informed of the regulations regarding tipping. It is my opinion and at no time did the store manager ever express this opinion, that the responsibility for this lies directly with district and corporate managers who neglected to properly train their store level managers and supervisors. I believe they were completely unaware of the federal regulations with respect to this issue. It is for that reason that I am leaving 3 stars. I am not a current or former employee. I was informed that the managers keep all of the non driver tips and do not distribute them to the employees on duty. When I called to ask about their policy, the assistant manager confirmed that they do in fact keep all of the tips given for online/ call in pick up orders. This is in violation of section #15 of the FLSA. Drivers get to keep their tips. The customer service is generally positive. The food is usually really good with few exceptions. The parking lot is full of broken concrete and potholes and it is my understanding that this is not the fault of Pizza Hut but the company who owns the strip mall. . They have a pretty generous rewards program that can be used at any pizza hut.

It took about 15 minutes and was just coming out of the oven as I entered. The staff was fast and friendly. The pizza was still hot and melty when I got home. The ingredients were pretty well proportioned, except for the black olives, which are my favorite. I can never get enough of them. I'm pretty sure it was due to their truck running late. The truck had just gotten there as I pulled up. The pizza was delicious and I highly recommend this location. Everything I get from this location comes out cooked to perfection.

I went to get a sandwich out of the bag of 3, and sandwich almost came apart and would have had it not been for quick reflexes. I generally spend $40 at any given visit, and Subway is the only food service company I eat at cause you see the sandwich prepped before you.

This was one of those stops along the way. Easy off-on location near I-65. Clean interior. Had ceiling fans running full-bore so it was chilly inside on a cool fall day. (Maybe to assist in aroma control...located adjacent to a gas station and convenience store.) Typical Subway layout except for restrooms which were available next door via a connecting door. Friendly staff gave us generous portions of veggie toppings. Normal/average selection of sandwiches and chips. The only design issue I find interesting and inconsistent in Subway shops is the layout of "Order Here" and "Pick Up Here." In this particular shop you walked all the way to the back of the store to order, then moved forward as your sandwich-making progressed. That makes sense to me in that, the line is not blocking or impeding impeding potential customers as they enter. I've found some shops have it reversed (including at least one in my hometown) where you order as soon as you enter the store. Makes for a confusing time if the place is full and people who have been served have to wend their way back through the waiting customers. Is this layout a local manager's or franchisee's prerogative?
