We tend to forget that they are not fully stocked or equipped like other Subway locations. When ordering through the app, the system allows you to place orders for the full menu however the store does not offer any bottled drinks, only fountain drinks and teas, and with tonight's order we were informed that they no longer offer flatbread. They didn't say "sold out," they really just don't sell it any longer. On top of that, once we accepted a different bread, they made one of our two sandwiches with the wrong meats and cheese and left off some of the vegetables. I suspect the "no bottled drinks" thing is because the owner doesn't want to compete with the attached convenience store for those, but it's lousy that there's no way of knowing until after the online order is placed and paid. I have given my family notice to remind me that we need to just order and drive a few miles further to Prattville or Millbrook so we can get the food and drinks we ordered. I cannot believe that Subway corporate allows a franchisee to pick and choose the menu items they will carry. This location is officially off our list!
