I see the crew they brought in for the grand opening is gone, and they're back to useless teenagers that can't perform the most basic of job functions, like reading. They never put sauce in the bag for McNuggets. I don't even bother looking anymore before I ask, because it's never there. I was told to pull ahead to get my Orange juice...really? You can get all my food together, but you can't fill a cup? As I waited 7 minutes for my orange juice, it gave me time to look through my order and notice that they gave me no syrup, butter, or silverware for my kid's hot cakes. Employees are always rude every time I come through, always forgets something that I've requested and act like they hate their life/job; doesn't seem like they have any form of education, these people need to find new employment or go back to high school to learn the basics of how to speak/respect someone. I'm not usually the type to post an insignificant and petty review, In this instance I felt I had to; I come thru regularly to grab my grandfather a cup of coffee and i request every single time that they put "three Creamer and three sugars on the side"(2x), The employees fail to follow these orders and 10/10 they decide to mix it In themselves. All of the food came out cold at this location today we had 3 cheeseburgers and a quarter pounder meal. We got new fries but that still left cold burgers and we didn't trust sending them back that nothing would happen to them. The one associate at the front was irritated that there were several people eating in the restaurant. All of the tables have trash and leftover food under them and there are also flies that were constantly landing on the table. They said it was a 13 minute wait for pies and it has been almost 20 minutes and still nothing. Instead of remolding this location it needs to be torn down because management is still terrible. So I have been going to this McDonald's since they reopened. I decided to stop by to grab a meal after work. I go thru the drive thru, grab my food and go home. I get home and realize that the workers didn't put my two double quarter pounders in the bag. I take a 10 minute drive back to the location. After finally making it to the window, I explained that I didn't get my full order. The woman asks for my receipt. She came back to the window and said "they are making your sandwiches and can I move to the next window ". I moved to the second window and ended up SITTING THERE WAITING FOR 50 MINUTES. The worker never came back to the window. I decided to say screw it and drive off. She has my receipt so I can even prove that my money was stolen. I'm going back tomorrow to try and get my money but I will never eat there again. This is by far my worst experience I have had at any restaurant. I expected to get off of work and relax while eating a nice meal but instead i spent over an hour trying to get the food. Well I did go back home to my cold fries that I ended up throwing away. read more

Brand new store, but prefer the old store with better service. I waited for a sausage biscuit and a Diet Coke for over 10 mi. I was ready to walk out and in the old store I could do that because you fixed your own drinks. Now you have to wait fo them to get everything. Drive thru was back up and that is with two lanes. I went inside to order 2 cups of ice. One person was taking orders and gathering orders. 2 customers were ahead of me in line with 3 other customers waiting to have orders filled. The employee stopped taking orders although the food items for the pending orders were not completely ready. The first customer waiting to place an order waited over 10 minutes. I asked the employee if they could take orders because not everyone in line was ordering food. One employee off the clock volunteered to stay and assist with getting the food to fill orders. The employee still took an additional 3 minutes to resume taking orders. Off to McDonald's I go. This Wendy's location I don't mind waiting. This place is a joke. After waiting over a half hour in the drive thru for a small order with only 2-3 cars in front of me, I pulled over to go inside for a refund because I needed to leave. Quite frankly, I was the only one apologizing because I realized they only had 2 people working but I needed to leave. They never apologized once or seemed to care for making me wait over 30 minutes- any 1 competent person could run that whole restaurant better than those 2 during times when it wasn't busy. One person could have that food ready in 5 minutes. They proceeded to tell me they can have my meal up very soon. I asked how long though and they said we can put it together right now so I didn't go through with the refund. Me thinking it will be maybe 1 minute longer- ok whatever. 5 minutes later waiting inside..... Then they proceeded to give the two cars that were waiting behind me their food. So I walked out without food or my money. Only thing I got was a loss of over 30 minutes of my time and a lot of frustration. Called the next day with my receipt number and asked for a refund. They told me I had to come in for the refund and I told them I am never put a foot in their restaurant again or putting any further time/effort in driving up there. McDonald's service is less than stellar to be gentle, the drive-thru is always very slow, and the food per usual was cold and disgusting. Although the Quarter Pounder I ordered was fresh, the Big Mac was very gross and tasted like the sole of a show dipped in "secret sauce." My cousin wanted chicken tenders, and they were out for the third time in-a-row. If you're going to offer a limited time food item, you should try to have it stocked. Additionally, they stiffed my cousin's milkshake due to the machine being broken. Upon further inquiry, the man admitted that it was actually being cleaned. This, however, was proven false as I saw that the machine was not being cleaned or fixed. Other McDonald's have done this simply because they don't feel like taking the time to serve the customer these items because they take extra time. In a recent visit early in the morning (6:30), I placed my order as soon as I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker. There were 4 cars in front of me. After waiting for 15 minutes, none of the cars had advanced at all. I left (luckily I had not paid yet). Others behind me also left.
