absolute worst establishment in Chilliwack hands down. Waste of money , time and food is wrong 10 out of 10 times. You will neever get food in less then 20 minutes. Usually more. You will get sick if not from bad food then by how disgusting your food looks. don't know where these employees come from or who trains them but they might as well give up, if theyre not clearly high or drunk they're on their phones are standing around in groups of 5 while the line up piles up. DONT EAT HERE EVER ! This restaurant should be ashamed and close their doors forever read more

McDonald's - a half eaten sandwich in a wrapper - Fast Food Near Me - Chilliwack, British Columbia

Ordered a sausage and egg meal with coffee and hash brown. Ordered cream and sugar on the side and an extra hash brown through the drive thru. Paid and drove away. Got down the ride and stuck in traffic and realized they gave the wrong order(besides the coffee). No sugar on the side. They put creamer in a cup but nothing to stir it with. Tried calling to talk to someone because it was impossible to turn around, and the phone just rings and rings. Simple order gone wrong with no way to fix it unless I go in? Just horrible! read more

Worst McDonalds I have ever been in. A bunch of high school drop outs chirping at each, not able to focus on anything. Watched my coffee sit on the counter for 10-mins until some zombie in blue asked me if I was waiting for something while stood staring into a kitchen of idiots. Bathroom was repulsive. Condiment counter was disgusting. Crown jewel of sh!tty fast-food restaurants. Never coming back. read more

TERRIBLE location, they should be ashamed. And to add insult to injury, I hear the management at this location is immature, ineffective and they treat employees with absolutely ZERO respect. Is there any wonder why they get such poor reviews. Go across the street and give your money to DQ or A&W. read more

Good food and fast service despite being busy. My only beef is with this place is the insanely sassy (manager??) Cornie I think I'll keep coming back but it ruins the atmosphere when you have an employee mouthing off the others read more

this morning, june 13th, I walked in the morning and old woman who I would only imagine was the supervisor was very rude. she kept yelling at me asking how I got in, I told her it was unlocked, she basically was telling me I was lying and yelling at me to get out. a homeless man came in after me and she was unbeleivably rude to him too. I will not be going back to this resturaunt. read more

If I could give zero I would do so. Stale, cold fries, no straws; plus, asked for 2 buffalo, and one sweet and sour sauce, we got three sweet and sour, 1 buffalo and 1 BBQ. Was probably charged for all as well was not given a receipt. read more

Did they get an inferior drive-thru mic/headphones when they rebuilt the new McDonald's? Because EVERY time, EVERY SINGLE TIME, they NEVER HEAR MY ORDER. And then they get rude, and angry when you need to correct them!! I always order 2 large ice tea with what we get. They always give us one large, one medium, when we CLEARLY STATED "2 large". And then, instead of just filling the cup at the window, they force you to drive around the side, and then still look at you like a criminal, when THEY DECIDED NOT TO LISTEN?!?! Whoevre runs that McDonald's needs to be tossed on the street, they have NO MANAGEMENT SKILLS if their store is run THIS badly! The food is always over cooked, or half-frozen, the nuggets and fries are all stiff, or burnt. What is so difficult about just doing the regular job? I worked fast food for 10 years, i know it's not that difficult to LISTEN. So i ask again, did they just get a shitty new sound system that cuts out ever second word? Maybe hire someone who naturally understands english for your MAIN COMMUNICATION position? Not someone who will get all rude at you when THEY didn't understand to what you ordered, and you have to repeat yourself? I know you just built it, but it's a failed experiment. Tear it down and start again, the McDonald's that replaced the last one is just nothing but downward spirals... read more

We did a drive thru on Vedder corner Thomas street McDonald's. the Lady who takes order and accept payment 6:30!pm April 7th 2022 over priced us. $26 dollar and change for two Quarter Pounder Combos. We don't recommend this McDonald branch. read more

It's McDonald's. 'Nuff said, eh? :) Great service at this location. People rage on McDonald's but you know what? I like it. Not every day, but when I'm in the mood for some mediocre fast food they hit the spot. Creature comforts. read more

I see a lot of reviews that say Mcdonalds is Mcdonalds. This particular restaurant is not your typical Mcdonalds. Just about every time you go whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will be told to pull into the parking lot to wait for your food. Most Mcdonalds do this to help the drive-thru flow. This Mcdonalds does it as there is always going to be a mistake on your order. I just got all the way home with two nugget meals and there was no sauce for about the third time at this Mcdonalds. The nuggets were like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for four or five hours. I've order coffees from there and don't think they know what a 'double-double' is as it usually comes out tasting like there is forty Splenda's in it. All in all, just avoid this if you have the chance. read more

I found a chicken foot (by the looks of it) in my Jr.Chicken. I freaked out and almost crashed my car. I went back later to get another burger because I didn't even want to finish the gross one, and they refused to give me another one. Haven't been to that Mcdonalds since. read more

It's one of the newer McDonald's which is nice because back home we don't really have these updated ones yet. I go to the counter and this chick Emily is standing there with the blankest stare. I ask if I can order cause she looked at a little confused and I was polite about it. I told her my girlfriends cousin needs a sausage egg mcmuffin with no egg cause she doesn't like eggs got a weird look which pissed me off but they got it right. Girlfriend got her food and then I go to order the deluxe breakfast which I love to order when I'm on the road for breakfast love the McDonald's for them. I say I need the deluxe breakfast (3pancakes eggs sausage hashbrown and English muffin.) she gets the most confused look like she's never heard of it so I say the one with the pancakes and all previous listed. She goes oh oh ok the pancake one. The big breakfast. So I say yea ok that one. Comes out with barley an egg a sausage and a English muffin they didn't even butter. I go back and apparently hey never have had pancakes even though the girl knew that's what I ordered and didn't tell me. The manager here is just as dumbfounded as this Emily chick. The trays aren't washed properly and they aren't following proper health regs when it comes to handling food. WTF! read more
