Being one of the first black owned mcdonalds in my own community i tend to support as best as i can. However, there are things that this location lacks that makes people steer clear (although us blacks should stray from fast food already as we have enough health issues as is). My quarrel is how the drive thru reeks of a porterpotty that hasnt been cleaned in months. Secondly, there should be a kids play area so a remodeled update is needed especially since this community is on the rise. As far as service, it was efficient and i didnt recieve any nasty or negativity from anyone working here i also didnt give any bad energy to the employees. Ordered 6 McNuggets, a large fry and a caramel frappe. The fries were old, hard and inedible. The McNuggets were like rocks, hard and dry. The only thing I could ingest was the caramel frappe and thank goodness it was good. The service - meh at best. What a waste of money. Learned a valuable lesson. read more

This McDonald's is hit & miss. One week you have great service and the next you have terrible. Sometimes the drive thru is quick & efficient; sometimes it's not (like today). I have been in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes and still have not even paid my money yet. The only reason I have not pulled off and left is because I am gridlocked in, as this location has two drive thru lanes that merge into one, and I just so happen to be in the innermost lane. I don't like to slam places but this one needs to go. Yelp reviews needs negative states. After waiting in line forever for a mobile order, going past the cashier window, she's yelling at me that "my order shut her system down" Well if you can't handle mobile orders don't offer them. I get to the window after a long wait until line. The girl tells me I have to come in. Ok then. What is the point of a mobile order? Waited forever in there. For a small order. I did feel sorry for the manager, she kept having to correct the workers, they seemed fairly clueless. 40 minutes. I found it disturbing that the Latinos that work here wasn't really working at all or they were moving super slow as if they were trying to sabotage this location.One lady Hispanic lady was working really hard with the other workers of African American . The front cashier during the lunch time on March 23rd 2023 was absolutely wonderful . She was doing past that was not originally heard and the younger group that came in to help out they started speeding up orders. The service here is awful some mornings! The wait time for small orders such as coffee takes ridiculously long, no matter if you go inside or go through the drive thru. It took them 12 minutes to get me a large coffee, which should be no more than 3 minutes max to fulfill. There's either not enough staff in the mornings, or the workers are moving extremely slow and lack time management skills. Also, the professionalism and attitudes of the staff need to be vastly improved with more training or a manager overseeing that customer service and efficiency are being upheld at this location. read more

I don't like reviewing places but this location took the cake! If there was a minus star you can asure I'd give it. I was at this location not to long ago. I pulled to drive thru and order chicken nuggets and large fries got to the pay window and cashier told me to pull up because they were making my chicken nuggets. So I went ahead and parked in the designated waiting area. I didn't wait 10 mins but waited a whole HOUR for so damn nuggets. I went inside and told them and they had completely forgot about me. My Son loves the Chicken sandwiches but every time we go in this McDonald's we wait for 25mins and the sandwich is always wrong. I was on my way to walgreens when i came in on Monday and I was very pleased with my visit. Upon arrival the lot was clean then we walked into the dining room which was spotless and got to the desk where we was greeted by one of the most attractive crews ive ever seen . Everyone was so clean and well groomed it was very pleasing to the eyes to see such a well put together crew that was clean and groomed from manager to line cooks . I was waited on by a woman named brandy who took her time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted . I ordered allot of things thanks to brandy and the second cashier . All the food was hot to order and fresh so that was amazing . The only thing that wad wrong with the visit was the way the customers was acting im surprised the crew wasnt angry because allot of the people in lobby was very rude and yelling at them about rushing food they just ordered but they kept their cool. I will be back here hopefully the same beautiful staff will be there very very fresh food very attractive staff and very clean restaurant but horrible clientele read more

Ordered quickly and got the order fast. Only desert ordered (sundae, coffee, and tea). The problem with this place is that it is so dirty inside. I go to McDonalds a lot during the week. I've been to this one a few times but after my experience yesterday, on 2/28, I had to write a review. They have two lanes for the drive thru and it still took almost a HALF HOUR to get through and get my food. Because of the way its designed, once your in the lane, you cant get out. So not only did I want almost a half hour for a large coke and french fry, but the fries were undercooked and not even hot. I was so mad. Will never go to this McDonalds again. read more

My Fiancè and I only come to McDonald's for breakfast after a looonnnggg night of drinking lol. Each time we visit we are taken care of by a guy named Rah Rah or Raheem. He is such an awesome spirit. I know it can be tough and frustrating dealing with drunk people at 6am but he was very patient and kind. Probably the most unorganized, rude, ghetto McDonalds that I have ever encountered. The Security Guard (yes they need one) is constantly telling people to not sit on the window ledge. Heres a thought "PUT UP A FRIGGIN SIGN ASKING PEOPLE NOT TO SIT THERE". You never know whether there is 1 or 2 lines.
