I ordered for curbside pickup and after 45 minutes of waiting I went inside to see what's going on with my order and all employees were just talking to each other and when someone decided to help me they told me oh we are sorry we forgot your order. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service ever. I made a large order at the kiosk. I had to pay at the counter. Instead of pulling the order up, which they have before, the manager typed in everything manually. Normally this wouldn't bother me if she would have at least done the whole order. I ended up reordering the things she forgot to add. On top of that, when the order was fulfilled, she practically threw the bags at me. And of course, as is custom at this location for some reason, they forgot a sandwich. I waited 20 minutes for a plain hot and spicy mcchicken. 20 minutes for two slices of bread and a patty while all of my other food was getting cold! The whole time, this manager has this look on her face like she don't want to deal with people or even be there. I get it; fast food sucks. I've been there, in a worse setting. But the least she could of done was plaster a fake smile on her face. This place's worst mistake was rehiring the useless people from before. Most of them don't actually want to work. read more

They have the worst attitudes. Don't give out receipts. This McDonald's on 106th and Indiana polis blvd . Is terrible folks always have a problem with them. My boyfriend went there and the crew member didn't put the top on the pop and it spilled and wasted on him and all over the floor of the car. They were trying to get him to move his car but he had pop all over him and they got and attitude when asked for new pops. They will have ice cream if you want it. Sometimes the smoothies are watered down. We spent alot of money in McDonald's so we want to be treated right. read more

OK they say 24 hours. Advertise it and it's a lie. At rush hour when people are on their way to work. They close up for "cleaning". They make you sit for 10 minutes from 4:50 to 5. You don't get spoken to till you honk. They tell you they are busy setting up breakfast and "you just have to wait". Now you wait some more at 5:10 they take your order. Now at 5:15 they tell you to pull around and park. I asked for a manager. I get a no name employee who is not the manager telling me it's cause they shut down to clean every day and people called off. There are 6 people in there I counted them. This location has terrible customer service. I had a mobile order in which they would not acknowledge it due to there own computer system glitch. Only the drink order would appear on their end even though the breakfast sandwich was on the order clearly on the app. The managers reply was breakfast was over even though it was still within the time frame. I come here four or five times a week to get a double hamburger, not a double cheeseburger. Medium fries and a large Coke. I go there this afternoon and they tell me they don't have a double hamburger. I asked again and they said no we don't have a double hamburger. The service has really went down over here recently.
