This location is only getting 5 stars because of their customer service. The two employees that took my order and worked the drive-thru windows were AMAZAING. Their customer service was on the same level as Chick-fil-a. And you know that is saying something. McKenzie was the sweetest soul ever. She completely shocked me. Stopped in around 1pm. Dinning area was clean and guy that took our order was nice. We had 2 10 nuggets meals and a quarter pounder meal. All were hot and they had already put ketchup and napkins in the bag. We didn't have to ask for them like at most McDonald's. read more

I been here several times. It's inside the Loves Travel Stop. There's also a Subway in here. It's located at Exit 33 off of Interstate 75. They have a drive thru on the left side of the building in case you don't want to go inside. If you go inside, you will find a pretty big dining room to eat at along with TVs too. So, you can eat your Big Mac and watch the news. Service is always fast whether you go inside or use the drive thru. read more

Bought 2 sandwiches in the morning and was asked to pull forward and wait. Waited anther 15 minutes, no one came out. They finished all 15 or so cars in line in that time & I can't get 2 sandwiches. The founder of McDonald's inc might not approve, but their McFlurry machine was down, but they were still able to make milkshakes so they made an Oreo milkshake. That was pretty good and not on the menus. The app should've known that the machine was down which is why it lost a star. read more

The service at his McDonald's is easily ones of the slowest I have ever experienced. With only 1 other car in front of me in the drive through line; a be no one inside, they managed to take 20 minutes. All I ordered was a McDouble plain and a 4 piece chicken nugget. read more

Let me just start by saying I Hate McDonald's!! So to give them this grade is shocking. A few weeks ago I had been on my way from the town I leave in to the local city where I work. I was in a rush and was starving it was lunchtime. I knew when I got to the office I would have people waiting on me so there was no time for lunch. I was running low on gas and knew I wouldn't make to the office so I decided I that the truck stop was my only option as it had both gas and two food locations. As I drove up I could see the McDonald's line wasn't that long but I hate McDonald's so at the time that wasn't going to be an option as they had a subway. I pumped my gas and then went into the store to find a bus load of people standing in line for subway. I decided I didn't have time for that so I got back in my car. Saw the drive thru line at McDonald's had next to no one in it and thought no way I'm not going to eat that, however I was starving so I thought what the heck it's one burger it's not going to kill you. Boy was I surprised. I zipped through the drive Thur. Got my burger and it was hot and fresh. The last time I had order a burger from McDonald's it was slightly cold, meat was tough, there was a glob if ketchup dripping off of it and they put onions on it when asked not to. From that point forward I swore I would never eat a burger again from McDonald's as it was a waste of money and the food was terrible. Not to mention the videos that I had seen discussing there food. When I finally got my burger it was hot, the meat was juicy and the bun was soft and had just the right amount of condiments and no onion. It looked like a tv commercial hamburger prefect! Well maybe it was time to give McDonald's a second chance. I have since ordered 3 more burgers and all were exactly the same from multiple locations. On my 2nd order I learned that McDonald's Quarter pounder was now put on the grill after you order it and required a wait time. If my burger comes out prefect again then we have figured out the problem. And it did! McDonald's I will wait for my burger every time every where as long as it's cooked right then and is prefect every time! Now you need to look at your other foods to find out how to improve them. This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been too. I've been here for over 20 minuets waiting on a single burger. There are no other cars in the drive through and the inside is empty. This is the last time I will visit this location. read more

Thank you to Cynthia for a really excellent meal! Our Bacon Clubs (beef), fresh tasty fries and strawberry shake were delish! Really! I have eaten at, but not been a huge McD's fan for several years now, but this last meal has earned McDonalds a real 5 Star in the Fast Food Category from me this afternoon. The staff were polite and friendly and the Manager, Cynthia, was what every store wishes they had when it comes to a Manager with a heart and one who is out there with the staff doing the menial, yet crucial dirty jobs too.
