The store was spotless--everything from the floors to the restrooms looked freshly cleaned. The staff were super nice and welcoming, even though it was lunchtime. Service was lightning quick; I ordered a custom hoagie and coffee, and it was ready in no time despite a few other customers. It wasn't crowded at all, which made the whole experience relaxed and easy. Bonus: gas was only $2.88/gallon for regular, which felt like a steal compared to some other spots nearby. I wasn't hungry enough to eat the cheesy gordita crunch right then but when I got home I opened it only to find they made it black beans only. So I paid an extra $.30 to not have meat. Unbelievable. My first visit was actually much better the petite manager was super helpful when my items were made wrong and she ensured they came out correctly the second time. Tyler, one of the employees, and Trevor, the manager, both came outside in the rain and tried to help us get the car started. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful the entire time. What really stood out to us was that after the store closed, both Trevor and another manager, Abby, stayed an hour and a half past closing to make sure we were okay and that our car was safe until the tow truck arrived. They didn't have to do that, but they did -- just to make sure no one messed with our car and that we felt taken care of. We're very grateful for how understanding and supportive the team was during a really stressful situation. Thank you again to Tyler, Trevor, and Abby. We won't forget how you treated us.
