I am a disabled veteran, on July 18th at 830 am I entered the store for the first time in 5 years. It is difficult for me to walk. I use a wheelchair but this day I went in with my 2 forearm crutches. I sat at the disabled seating, used my phone to order and choose deliver to table 103. I waited a while and this lady came out from the back yelling out an order number. I told her that looks like my order but my order should say deliver to table 103. She looked at the receipt told me it doesn't say that, crinkled up my receipt and told me if I want my food here it is come and get it. People in the store started yelling at the extremely rude lady that the man is disabled. She did nor care. Started trouble with another customer and just blew me off. My wife then went off. And they had the nerve to tell us to leave or they would call the cops. The other customers couldn't believe what they witnessed. They followed us out to our car to tell us how ridiculous we were treated. Our food was payed for and we threw it away. read more

Order was placed at 10:21 via Grub Hub, in advance of breakfast closing. The driver arrived with no order made and was told they could not make my order since it was after breakfast. This is insane. If the order is placed before the close of breakfast it is supposed to be made, bagged and ready for pickup. This was not done, and is not the first time this location has failed to provide the correct order through drive through, poorly filled fries, missing items and more. I ordered through the drive thru and ordered a Big Mac and sprite. They told me the total was $4.64 and to pull up to the first window. I proceed to take out my wallet and drive to the first window. A girl with red braided hair tells repeats my order and repeats the payment amount. I open my leather wallet and pull out a crisp $20 bill and hand it to Pippi Longstocking. "Out of 20?" She says and she beep-booped the cash register, the drawer opens and she counts my change. She turns to me, hands me my change and says "$15.36 cents is your change, and here is your receipt" I tell her thank you and to have a nice day. I pull up to the final window, an elderly woman with curly, gray hair opens the window and asks me in a raspy voice. "Did you order the cheeseburger and a large sprite?" "I did." I reply. She smiles and tells me it will be a moment and closes the window. As I wait for "a moment" I hear commotion coming from behind the window. I don't think about it much, perhaps a coworker is mad at the other because he forgot to fix the ice cream machine. Mrs. Doubtfire opens the window, yelling at someone behind her, quite a voice that woman has. She looks back at me, apologizes for the wait and hands me a paper bag containing my cheeseburger that I have been longing for. As well as my sprite that would send a British man from 1770 into shock. I drive off and begin my journey back to my house where I will eat my lunch. During the drive I think about how delicious my cheeseburger will be and how I will take a much deserved nap afterwards. When I finally arrive to my house I grab my paper bag holding sustenance, the Sprite, my wallet and keys. I lock my car, open front door, close the front door, hang my keys and sit at my kitchen table. I open the paper bag with hunger and excitement to eat the cheeseburger Mrs. Doubtfire so kindly gave to me. I take out the napkins, put out my cheeseburger and stare in awe in what I am looking at. Someone or possibly something decided to play a heinous and cruel act upon the very thing I have been yearning for since I arrived at McDonalds. Someone took a bite of it. Rude. read more

I've been to this location about 5 separate times over the past year (2020-2021). So I've given location a chance to redeem themselves from this dismal review. Yes, avoid this location at all costs and head to the one in Oro Valley down the road. I'm sure that this location does not live up to the company standards. The food has always been horrible, messy and cold. In my last visit, I went in for a couple of sodas on the 100+ day (yes, this area is a desert), they were out of soft drinks. Funny, because the delivery truck was parked outside and they were getting their orders. You would think that soft drinks would be a priority if they were in fact out. Something needs to change at this location. Maybe it's the management, maybe it's the staff, maybe all of them. Go on down the road to the Oro Valley location where you get the service and quality you expect from McDonald's. read more

Zero stars!! Have lived close by this McDonald's location since 2011 and eaten there many times. It used to be a decent place to grab a bite as McDonald's goes. But no longer!! Only because this location has screwed things up so many times and been dirty. So, I ordered just the sandwich and a drink, got home and instead of a Big Mac had a Quarter Pounder. That was frustrating, so I drove back a second time and the blonde haired young manager who braids a ponytail responded with great sincerity, made me a fresh Big Mac, added free large fries and an apple pie. She was excellent, concerned, honest and management better find a way to hold on to her. This place needs a leader. Something is always missing or cold. Have been to this place several times and hoping that they will "get it right the next time". Ordered a filet of fish with extra shredded lettuce and extra tarter sauce. I was charged and extra .75 And that's ok. But when I got it, the first thing is the bun was so hard you could bounce a ping pong ball on it. The lettuce was just a pinch of shredded wilted stuff. I prefer mine to be crisp and mounded on. Why not. I paid for it. The tarter sauce was a pickle size squirt. Would it be that hard to spread it around. In all fairness they did put an extra small squirt on the bottom bun as well. Ha. So I took it back. They added more lettuce and changed the bun. I had got it to go so I opened it on the fly. The bun was marginally better. The lettuce was barely adequate, and the sauce, no change. But now the fish patty was room temp. And it was only halfway on the bun. Evidently the chef was sleeping when they covered the fine points of getting the patty on the bun. The truly sad part is, I've had below standard results every time I've been to this location. What's wrong with this store. Let's face it. McDonalds is not fine dining. My boyfriend and I go to this McDonald's often since we live right up the street. Unfortunately, the food and service has not been that great lately. Today, we were told that we could not order a number off of the menu that I have been ordering for years. We got home with smashed burgers, a flat and warm soda, a small fry when I ordered a large and no sauces for the nuggets. We have also been getting only one bag for 5+ items the last 4 or 5 times we have gone. The bags are so overfilled that we cannot close the bag to keep the food warm and at one point we even dropped all of our food due to the bag ripping. If I had to pick up food by myself, it would be a driving hazard. Although the food and the handling of it was not that great, the employees are always very friendly. read more
