I was at the neighboring doggy daycare picking my pup up, and while I waited I wandered up to the truck in search of cold brew. Their cold brew is a dark roast that is brewed for 22 hours, so I was excited at the thought. While I am normally a purest, he recommended The Coal Miners Daughter, which is their cold brew with a few add-ins of chocolate and milk of choice. I went with oat milk. The drink was phenomenal! It was smooth, had the full bodied taste of cold brew with just the right mix-in of chocolate. Service was solid, as the owner was super friendly, helpful and just a cool dude. Overall, NashBrew was delightful. Hopefully they become a regular at the nearby food truck park!

The beignets were hot and fresh, so tasty and unexpected in the middle of Tennessee. I noticed some coughing while we were there, and with flu season going around, it did make me slightly concerned.
