I used to work here 3 weeks ago and seen this not too long ago in the back it's disgusting here the food is always late I got places to be.my fries are always cold not fresh like I asked them to be same as the nuggets.i don't get paid enough for the things I get asked to do!!. Our experience was terrible. We came at a busy time in the morning. We waited in drive thru over 30 minutes after ordering for our food. Everyone else got their order who ordered after us. Mind you I understand wait times and we came at a busy time I'm not mad about the wait time. After 30 minutes I went inside was not rude and said hey we have been waiting over 30 minutes we have a baby in the car if it's not ready right now we need a refund. The lady gets the receipt from me and starts to make the order. I hear her mock me and say " my babies crying I need it right now". Terrible customer service to mock me. I ordered 2 Burgers and a sweet tea I waited 20 minutes and never got food. The place isn't that old and looking run down already.

My big mac had one meat patty on it. I visited after a year of not going there because in almost every visit, I had missing items and extremely slow service. I used to be fond of mcdonalds in itself but McDonalds corporation allowing the store to continue with this poor service and product has ruined my perception to the point that I will not purchase from any mcdonalds after my last visit. In addition, I called the store 5 times letting it ring for a while....no one answered. I would blame it on generation of workers but Jacks burgers, Wendys and others do not have the problem on this scale. It is McDonalds attracting poor workers and not managing their stores. I don't think McDonalds will hurt from poor service but you never know. If more burger joints build around mcdonalds, then yeah, it could effect their business in a negative way. read more

If you think the reviews about this place are false, think again. I went here under the thought of I would get at least FRESH food. I went there this Tuesday night wanting 3 McChicken's, 2 Quarter Pounders, 5 Large Fries, and a Large Coke. I came out with ONLY 1 Large Fry. Want to know how? First, I went to the cashier. They were like "Sorry sir, were out of food to make and you have to be patient!" or something like that. I was super mad! So, after that, I called up my buddy Chance Parker Pelt to let him know NOT to go here. I'd give no stars as an option. Trash on the floor, not a single wiped down table, kiosks not accepting payments, and non existant staff. Awful!! The young man at the drive through mumbled where we could barely understand him Over the mic. Never gave us our total just a "move forward". All we got was my niece a chicken nugget happy meal. Got to where we were going to find out there were no nuggets. Just fries and a bag with only 3 apple slices. The ranch that was given even had a hole in the top that couldn't be used for obvious reasons. Paid $6 for a very small fry and 3 apple slices. If I could leave no stars I would. I don't like how the ice cream machine is always dirt and y'all don't fix it ..... why?

Highlights* Extremely rude and poor Management, long lines, and orders are messed up consistently, Don't go if you can avoid it. You are better off eating vienna sausages from a can or heading to QT across the street* This place has consistently taken forever in the line no matter what time of day or how many people are in line. They continue to not cook the food all the way, and have messed up simple drink orders. I have had larger orders with a family of five and small when I am ordering a few Mcdoubles for my husband and myself and a few drinks. Today was the last day for this location ever!!! After another long wait before ordering my 5 McDoubles and 2 large drinks. I finally got my food after 25 minutes and had to pull up to the 3rd window for my 2 drinks... Really? (*Note: When I pulled in there was one car at making their order at the time and I was next to make my order-to give you an idea of the line and how slow this location is.) I finally get home and of course my drinks are screwed up. I should have known but it was dark and I was just ready to leave at that point. I called the location and the employee who picked up told me the same thing of I could come back up there now or later. I asked nicely to speak to the Manager as this has been a continuing problem of long lines and orders being messed up on multiple occasions at different times of day. I guess the person who answered didn't know how to mute the line because he started talking to the manager.... She was rude and started yelling at him after he told her that I wanted to make a complaint. She was yelling that, " I can't do anything about them long lines. What that woman want me to do about that sh*t." This is not appropriate of any manager for one! Secondly, yes I expect you to make some improvements. I know this is fast food and it isn't the greatest job, but this job isn't a complicated one which is exactly why they can hire teenagers without a degree and people who are in between or building up job experience. Etc....-Let's face it it is fast food. I respect that you have a job, but take pride in it and do it right if you expect to move on to better prospects. The one time I go back to try and fix it they want a recent proving they did it wrong which they didn't provide a receipt with the order. Then another long wait to finally provide what they did leave out . after serving 5 customers after I came in, I left without the food they left out. Half a star if I could. Got backlash from 'Margaret' up at the window. Very disrespectful! Gave me a bbq sauce with a huge hole in it, figure it'd be obvious, but she insisted it wasn't there. It was. Then proceeded to forget my fries, and when I mentioned it, told me it wasn't on the order. Proceeded to take my receipt and realized the mistake. Very slow. Nobody was in front or behind me. This McDonalds sucks. They forget your sauce EVERY time. The food was cold when they gave it to me. I saw a lady on the inside check the ice cream machine, stick her finger in it, put the finger in her mouth and THEN flick the rest of it back into the ice cream. McDonalds @ Grassdale and 41. Tonights trip ended being ASSAULTED by an employee and no food after 24 minutes. Every time I've been here takes forever. I live less than 2 miles from here. Wrong food. Take ridiculously long to get your food. One lady had been there 30 minutes when I got there and she just got her food once I held up the line and told them they needed to get her taken care of. 24 minutes later and no food then refused a refund when I told them I didn't trust them to fix my food now. After getting our 2 drinks EXCEPT for the iced coffee I was asked to pull to dairy window. Pulled up. Nearly 20 minutes later and after another lady in a parking spot who said she had been there 30 minutes and still hadn't got her food I got out and walked up to the normal pick up window. Explained that 10 cars had went through after me and the lady in the parking spot had been there the better part of an hour. I was told to mind my business that I don't know what's going on in there. I told him yall apparently don't either because there's no way none of those cars behind me didn't get chicken nuggets or big-macs. At this point it was clear they had no interest in getting me and this lady taken care of so I informed him I wasn't moving and his line wasn't moving until that lady and me got our food. He then tried to hand me a random happy meal which I told him I wasn't taking till he had the rest of my food. Which I had to tell him again my order and that they still hadn't given me my iced coffee. Then the little turd had the audacity to argue with me that he had given me my iced coffee. Then some lady in the background yells "if he said he gave you the coffee he gave it to you". THEN he looks down and sees it sitting there and tries to hand it to me. I tell them at this point just give me my money back. He closes the window half way and I push it back open and tell them just give me my money back and I'll go somewhere else. Then the loud mouth woman runs over as I'm propped on the window and shoves my arm and tells me I assaulted a 16 year old BY TOUCHING THE WINDOW. At which point another guy had walked up because his food was wrong as well. She gets a phone and comes back to the window telling me she's calling the police because I assaulted a juvenile. Then the guy speaks up stating he is a fireman and a sworn peace officer and if the cops come she's going to jail because she is the only one that laid hands on anyone. read more

Why can we not go to McDonalds with the expectation of getting what we order and pay for? At 5:27pm today ordered a large sweet tea and a large ice coffee with double cream and double sugar. Repeated the entire order twice. Associate asked me then if I wanted any cream or sugar in the iced coffee, again said double cream double sugar. Got home and have a large coke and a large? Coffee (not the usual size I receive) with double cream NO sugar. read more

Unfortunately, I was told to leave the store because the dining room was "closed", but they obviously weren't sure closed that the doors were shut and locked. I wonder why this happened. Nonetheless. Awful service, rude cashier--all on the Dollar Menu. On 10/28 at 7:30pm, the cashier took all the orders only from lane 1. Common sense moment: if you're only taking orders from one lane, red flag. A group of cars never go thru one lane only because that defeats the purpose of having 2 lanes. So if you're only taking orders from one lane, one after another, take the initiative & have someone check your sensors. Also, get a clue. read more

To start off, this seems like it would be efficient as they now have the touch screen order menu. Don't pick cash, because it won't tell you the amount on the ticket. Took it to the counter to pay, and I wasn't even greeted. Just stared at me and the ticket till she figured out I was there to pay. Still no communication until she took my $5 and wondered what to do. I asked what the total was and she said "oh, I have to ring it up". Apparently they were out of times and quarters. She stood at the register, shouted (not that loudly), to her manager who was busy with orders. She shrugged and asked if nickels was ok. Um, I guess sure. Get my food, they forgot my drink cup, got to the drinks and they are plum out of lids for the larger cup. I'm assuming the food tastes like it should, hence two stars. Do not EVER go to this McDonald's at night!!! The night shift manager (lady with piercings on face) is extremely rude and ineffective. I ordered my food to be fresh and instead of cooking it fresh they reheated whatever was already cooked and stalled my order to deceive me into thinking it was being prepared like I asked. I wish I could give them 0 stars or lower. I only eat at McDonald's 3-4 times a year so I forgot this was the location that can never get my order correct. Ordered a double quarter pounder meal, got a plain hamburger in a quarter pounder box. Didn't find this out until I got back to work and had no time to go back to complain.
