Night staff is terrible, they say that they only take cash and then when I tell them I have a mobile order then act like they have never heard of it. This is one of the cleaner and nicer McDonald's that Ive visited. This location is similar to that of the retro diners from back in 60s. The furniture inside is nicely kept. There's even a music juke box, not sure if it works. Found out that McDonald's is currently offering Hello Kitty Happy Meal toys and this happened to be the closest location after my gym workout. I ordered a Happy Meal and the portion and food tasted just like any other McDonald's. This location is fairly close to the freeway, shopping plazas, and has a large parking lot, not to mention open 24 hours! I would've given it a higher rating if the service was better. The staff just didn't care to be there, I even tried to make small talk with a joke or two, but no takers. Oh well. read more

I've only used the drive thru in Carson for 4 years but decided to go inside Aug 7th. I wasn't sure of my selection since I've ordered Big Mac most of my 55 years eating at mcDonalds. Joshua was taking my order and ask if I'd tried the bacon and cheese jalapeño burger. I ask if it was spicy and he said order it with a light jalapeños. Not only was his customer service wonderful, the burger was excellent. I went to sit and the restaurant was so clean and there were fresh cut flowers on the table. This location is the closest to my house, so it's more convenient. But, they often miss things from my order. To the wrong breakfast sandwich to the wrong dipping sauce. Latest was being told after scrutinizing my badge that the Thank you meal was for nurses and doctors only. I actually run Covid testing at a hospital laboratory. I like coming to this McDonald's in the morning for my custom Egg McMuffin. The building is also unique because of the arches, it's a throw back to the original store. This store is clean and people are friendly. I like to eat McDonald's late at night. The only reason why I give this place two stars and not one is because of the manager that wears the feragamo belt, she's really nice and gives fresh fries. Now my main complaint is because of the young brotha with the Fro. That dude always looks like he doesn't want to be there. Then when I ask if I can get some fresh fries, he acts like it's a big deal. Then when I get my fries they're super salty and warm like if he stuck them in a microwave. They have timers on everything thing so unless you are not following the instruction you can't mess up something as simple as a hash brown.
