Absolutely horrrid service. I ordered a chicken wrap and a chicken burger, paid, and sat at the pickup window for 7 minutes before someone came to talk to me, I got a "what did you or-" then he walked away. Then someone dressed in black, a shorter man of Indian descent I believe walked up, "what was your order agai-" then walked away without me being able to say a word to talk to someone. At this point there was a lineup for my CEASAR WRAP. I don't understand what the problem was, I never said a word apart from my order, and I was told to park aside. I parked, then said manager walked up, after they gave 3 different cars their orders before my wrap, and he came up to my truck, handed me the bag in silence and walked away. I have never had worse customer service especially not from such a big chain, managers are usually great employees. I would be very sad to see this man again if I ever dropped by, I do not believe he should be working there with that kind of service. read more

This is the worst McDonald's, and restaurant I have ever visited. And after speaking to two managers to try to solve the issue, it was like they didn't even care. This is a busy location right on the highway. I received my drive thru order and proceeded to the highway and shortly after noticed several items were missing. I called the store and they told me I had to come back to the store for a refund. I was already gone down the highway. I will remove this review if the owner of the restaurant contacts me and sends me a cheque for $2.69. read more

Me and my friends ordered skip the dishes from this McDonald's, in our order we were missing a McDouble with 3 patties and the sausage and egg McMuffin we received was missing the egg this is absolutely ridiculous. The service is quick at this McDonald's but you must stay away from the beverages. Well, the Coca Cola anyway. It always tastes like some sort of chemical mixed with urine and Root Beer. Very un-refreshing. I always forget though and assumed they would have fixed the problem, but their pop always tastes terrible. I have no idea what it really is, but these people need to fix it. This has been going on for a long time (months) and at this point, I wouldn't even trust them with a glass of water. I typically don't eat fast food, I prefer classier joints such as Denny's. But this place did not disappoint. When I dunked that first nug into that s and s sauce I couldn't stop. Service was quick but I may have been ripped off 1 nugget from my combo. But the food itself was really good and the dart I hacked afterwards in the parking lot was even better. Had a really great experience at this McDonald's. Was staying at my favourite Calgary accommodation (Thrift Lodge) and at around 2am I had a hankering for some nuggets. Called McDonald's and was greeted promptly with enthusiasm. The dining room was closed but the worker assured me I was more than welcome to stop by the 24hr drive thru. I told him I would be there shortly. He seemed pleased when I told him I would see him in a minute. I Ordered a ten piece nugget meal with bbq sauce and sweet and sour with a Sprite to wash it down. (Highly recommend pairing nuggets with Sprite.) Pulled up to the window and was greeted by a friendly man. I asked for extra ketchup and I was taken back when I looked in the bag and found over twenty packets!! When back in my hotel room I swiftly pulled the contents of the bag and laid them on my bed and counted my nuggets to ensure they were all there. Everything seemed to be in order and the nuggets looked golden and cooked just right. Could not be happier with this dining experience. I would highly recommend McDonald's to anyone looking for food. read more

Didn't honor my coupon (2 days before expiration). Reminded me of the grief I got trying to use another coupon couple weeks prior at the drive through,,,didn't get the discount then either. Guess these coupon books are just junk mail. I'll go get something healthy next time instead. Aside from the grief, this location is average at best. Disappointed. read more

Went to this location on March 31 at 0300 (on break at the foothills hospital) and they closed the drive thru right before us (despite its a 24hr drive thru) so we went and knocked on the front door, an exacerbated employee pointed at the sign that said "hours 4am- 11pm drive thru 24hrs" so we asked why we cant go to the drive thru, the employee opened the door and stated they were tired and needed a break so they were closing from 0330-0400. We asked if they could serve us prior to closing for their break as it was currently 0310, the manager came over and stated "No we need a break." we asked why they don't take breaks on shift so that people can still be served since it is a 24hr location, the manager stated "Fuck this, I dont have to talk to you" and slammed the door on us. Totally unprofessional as we never raised our voice or spoke disrespectfully to any staff. We typically go to this location once a month or so and have never had an issue but will not be back again after this. read more
