Long wait and usually my order is missing something. this time, while sitting at the window I heard the lady say "this one has no french fries" so what do they do, put a french fry box in it with 6 crusty, old fries pieces. Can't believe corporate office hasn't taken away their franchise due to filth. Can't eat there anymore after seeing how filthy their seats are. Ketchup and dirt caked on the cushions that I'm sure could no longer be cleaned and need to be replaced. If you look at these seats you should wonder about cleanliness where they prepare your food. Don't even want to think about it ******update...Haven't found myself in Caledonia over the summer but back again with dance class starting up. Went in and had got a cup of coffee and noticed the seats have been replaced with new fabric. So seats are new and clean for the time being. read more

This one guy named Noah gave me a $30 discount on my McDouble. He was great. I love waiting in the drivethrough for 30 minutes and watching the employees vape and smoke weed outside. This location has the rudest employee I've experienced. An older gentleman, who when I placed my order at the counter for chicken tenders, just looked at me and said NO. I stood for a few seconds thinking it was a joke, but he was serious. When I asked why he said there was so much demand they couldn't keep them in stock. Staff is usually pretty nice. This McDonald's is one of the better ones in terms of food quality from my experience. I have eaten here dozens of times, and have always been somewhat pleased by the food. The establishment itself is usually pretty dirty on the inside. Employees will often times be dressed in street clothes. The ground is often littered with trash and fries. The staff is also very unprofessional. You may think, "well of course, its a McDonalds!" However, they will joke about lying to customers by saying the ice cream machine is broken when it's really not. This is just one of the many examples that they've decided to publicly announce for all customers to hear. You feel like it's ran by a bunch of loser high school students. My main reasoning for the two star review is this: I have gone here several times about an hour or two before closing, and have been flat-out refused service. Often times I'd see multiple employee's eating in the dinning area while I'm sitting in the drive through. They have either ignored me by shielding their face to avoid eye contact, or will walk into the back of the restaurant where I can't see them. This really angers, because I have worked in food service before, and know that this behavior is unacceptable. On another note, something is usually out of order or out of stock here. I'll probably keep coming back because the quality of food is decently good, but will just be prepared for some form of disappointment. read more

This branch is the best! I don't care what the other reviews are. The employees there are so nice and I get the best service and the best food(especially the fries and chicken nuggets.) This McDonalds branch, I feel sorry for all of these bad reviews and I love you guys! read more

The employees try very hard, but it still doesn't make up for how understaffed they are. I went in during a dinner rush and they only had like 7 employees working. Because of how understaffed they are, they usually try to rush getting food out which can cause wrong orders, but the customer service usually is very nice to try to get the mistake fixed in an orderly way. read more

I stopped there this morning. The drive thru was packed so I went in since I was only getting a sausage egg McMuffin. No line inside. Ordered and went over to the pick up counter. After about three minutes one of the workers said it was going to be awhile since they were making a " fresh" batch, asked were I was parked and she would bring it out. Told her the red car right outside the door. So I am sitting in the parking lot for a good 15 minutes, now 20 since I ordered, and no delivery. I went in and asked where my lousy sausage egg McMuffin that I had ordered 20 minutes ago was. The response. " we went out and looked for you didn't know where you went. They said we can give you the original one or we can make you a fresh one. I asked how long that would take. The counter person asked the guy on the assembly line how long. I heard him mumble 20 something. I knew it was not 20 seconds so I asked for my money back. This place has to survive on people passing thru and brain dead locals. I have had McDonald's from Maine to California and this place is the absolute PITS. read more

I am not sure who the "owner" is the employees refer to but this guy should start listening to customers. For over a year when you pull up they start the recording which ends with "can I take your order" but experience shows that you cannot give your order until a real person asks. I have asked 10 times to please shut that off and the girls at the drive though say our owner will not let us. So for a year we must listen to the 2 Pies for a dollar from a voice that is irritating at best. Then they took away the trash container at the drive though where I could throw away straw papers and receipts. Today when I asked for no receipt the worker said "our owner says you have to take it". At least twice a week there is a paper taped to the speaker saying either the ice machine or the ice cream machine is down. And when I get a regular coke instead of a diet coke pull back though they tell me I should speak clearly into the speaker or the pop dispenser only fills what I ordered so I must have ordered wrong. I have not been impressed with the cleanliness of the store, the appearance of staff, customer service. The taste of their coffe and coke products is awful due to their well water iron taste. I don't visit this McDonald's for these reasons and prefer to visit other McDonald's. I would probably buy a cup of coffee and pop more if it didn't taste so bad from the water. But I am turned off due to everything I mentioned already. I worked in a corporate owned McDonald's in the 90's for over 5 years and the standards, expectations were way higher for both the workers and the store service and cleanliness. So sad how things have gone down hill. read more
