They gave us amazing service and free McFlurries for making us wait too long for our food, five McFrickin' stars, bless up - E&R

This was the most incompetent McDonald's I've ever been to. They messed up our entire order. And the lady said we were all set to go with our order and she hadn't even made my frappe yet. She was fiddling with the machine because it was broken or something. If its broken tell me so and I'll order something else. I told her its fine I'll just get an iced coffee instead because I was in a rush and she said okay but then continued to fiddle away. I said it again and she ignored me and then the manager came over told her to make me an iced coffee like I asked while he tried the machine. He fixed the machine, blended my drink, whipped it, drizzled it with chocolate and capped it faster than she should pour coffee over ice. He gave us the iced coffee for free. So two stars for the coffee but other than that it was one star. Food took forever and was made wrong. Not recommended. read more

First off it is always dirty. I have gone there maybe a half dozen times since I moved here 15 years ago. Once I asked for the Steak and egg bagel sandwich on an english muffin and they said they couldn't do it. They don't have the 4 piece nugget on their dollar menu which is aggravating. Insanely slow service. Sat in line in the Drive-Thru for over 15 minutes before I even got to order my food and it took another 10 minutes to get it the food which wasn't even hot. read more

Why does this particular McDonald's always have to be a bad experience that I have to complain about? I went inside for take out and I was the only customer inside. I ordered a fish filet meal not only is it expensive, but I received it cold and the fries were way over done and gross. I waited a long time to receive my food. The cashier was rude and when I asked for ketchup packets she threw them at me missing my bag and when I asked for tarter sauce I was told it would be a few minutes. They were serving the drive thru and the girl working the fries only did a fry order enough for one drive thru customer and not inside. They should of made more fries instead I had to wait longer which is uncalled for. I use to work for McDonald's and protocol is the Inside patrons get served first and I had to wait longer for my fries which in return were horrible. The customer service at this particular McDonald's needs a lot of work. You would think people would have compassion for each other at a time like this. They are rude and they need to be trained on having customer service skills. The caring for their customers is literally out the drive thru window! read more

My girlfriend who had been sick had been craving a McChicken so we went there at 11:52 and then we waited for three minutes in the Drive-Thru no one answered and this was still seven minutes before they close so we drove up to the window knocked on the window and the lady who open the window said they were closed I said so you close 5 minutes early she said yes I said can I speak with a manager. The manager also told us they were closed and I said you can't just make one McChicken he said sorry we're closed I said so you guys close 10 minutes early and he said yes we do. Employees are supposed to work up until the time they're scheduled and then clock out after they're done with their last meals not try to shut down their restaurant or early over something as little as a McChicken. I've worked at McDonald's it takes 4 minutes if you need to cook a chicken in the fryer later and I had over 5 minutes to get it done but they didn't want to help us so I give them a horrible review I don't think I'll ever go back there cuz I've went there for a shake three different times this week and they are shake machine has been down or broken which is just starting to become an excuse read more

I went thru drive thru and I got a triple cheeseburger and a basket of fries and when I got home I opened up my sandwich it was a complete mess I bit into my sandwich and the first bit I took there was a huge piece of plastic in it read more

I always go there on my way down to the east Falmouth all i can say is we ever put it there on 6 right before the bridge awesome! I always stop there this way if i get stuck on the bridge at least I can get the little one something to eat while we wait for the summer traffic getting on. Now the crew is amazing they are one of a kind, always so happy and friendly they take the time to talk to my daughter and when she chances her mind for the 4th time they don't mind at all ( she always gets the same thing). The food is always hot and the the tv is helpful for keeping her seated when we are waiting for the food to come out. read more

Can I give this 0 stars? This place is the worst fast food joint in Wareham besides Burger King and Wendy's. anytime I go there they can't get the order right, a simple double cheeseburger with no pickle, then when you open it there seems to be extra pickle. A Big Mac with a single patty loaded with lettuce or a chicken sandwich thats always drowning in mayo. To boot, the service is just as bad as the food. All i can say is if you need a fast meal and dont have much option then yea, it will do but if you have the time I'd drive to the next town for anything because you can even get a good pizza in this town either. read more

I had to go there twice to get my coffee first time they forgot to give it to me! Also my chicken Sandwich was awful couldn't tell if it was under cooked or overcooked! I guess that's my fault for ordering a grilled chicken at McDonald's lol! read more

I don't usually write about chain places but couldn't resist(and I haven't been to any new joints in awhile, so I'm really scraping the barrel). I just went in the drivethru to get the 2mcmuffins for $3 as its a decent,cheap belly filler when I'm out running errands. I sat at the squawk box for at least 2 minutes with no one responding. I was just going to drive away figuring it was broken when the bored girl asked what I wanted. I ordered by cholesterol sandwiches and drove up to pay her and found out why there was such a delay. "Tiffany" was on her cell chatting with someone between taking orders. Then when I pull up to the 2nd window, I was handed a coffee(that I didn't order or pay for) and had to wait another 3-4 minutes as they had messed up and gave me the wrong order. I was finally on my way. I gave this 2 starts instead of one as they let me keep the coffee and the boy at the order window had a really nice bum. read more

After we got frozen out of the sandwich place next door, we headed here (only because we could walk from the neighboring parking lot). Only 2 customers ahead of us, but the guy in front of us left after waiting too long. I'm not sure if the people in front of or behind the counter were inbred (perhaps both)- but we ended up driving to Kentucky refried beans across the street. read more

I missed dinner last Wednesday and decided to pick up a chicken sandwich at this McDonalds. It was about 8pm. I got the WORST sandwich I have ever had...the Artisan Chicken Sandwich. There was nothing artisan about it. The chicken patty was dried out, the lettuce was quite wilted and there was no tomato slice which I think there was supposed to be. I was on the road, so I ate about half of it (starvation makes you do weird things) and then threw the rest out the window and prayed I wouldn't get food poisoning. They are most expensive McDonald's that I have ever been to. The coke is $1 and their Senior coke is .99. All other McDonald's sell their Senior coke for .79. Outside of that, the prices are about $1 more than other McDonald's. I go there only as a last resort. read more

Went inside the other day to place a big order because it's just common courtesy to not hold up the drive thru especially when it takes so long in general. Anyway, there was a young girl at the register and definitely looked like she was going through some things, like she hated life because her parents were getting divorced or something. My boyfriend is way more friendly than I am but I was pretty nice for what it could've been... he asked for meals and she kept rolling her eyes and sighing and kept putting in single items and he would correct her and say "no the meal please". And she said, "you didn't say meal." I don't know about her but I DEFINITELY HEARD MEAL. Whatever, She gave us 3 cups and when I asked for the 4th she seems so distraught to be bothered. I love McDonald's more than anybody but this McDonald's is trash and so aren't most of the staff. Will gladly drive an extra 20-30 minutes to go to another location. Also still mad about the one time my Big Mac had one dark dark dark green gross lettuce leaf and no Mac sauce, and the bun was ripped up. Get it together read more
