#THANKYOUTHURSDAY while some of the reviews could be a little sketchy here I have had good and bad but the last few times I've rolled up through here it's been quite well even through Covid times. this one is 24 hours still drive through and the walk up you do have access to the can if you need it. dining areas closed because it's just a McDonald's thing there's other places across the street there where you can walk in and sit down cuz Tennessee's not on full dining lockdown. I came in I was greeted promptly I had a regular original egg with muffin and a cup of coffee and it was nice and fresh and tasted really good. about few weeks ago I came in when I went up to John Deere in Greenville to pick up a load and it was pretty much the same kind of thing it was quite fine the fish sandwich was done nice and fresh and the fries had no salt on them. they do a good job of maintaining the coveted standards here the floors were clean the bathroom was looking good. all in all a decent McDonald's for the most part I'm sure probably out of every three out of five visits there will be good there may be a couple of bad but it is what it is. I was glad to have a nice breakfast early in the morning so worked out really good and the egg McMuffin tasted fine egg was nice and fluffy the Canadian bacon was good. and for my truck and friends they do have truck parking there too. read more

(Passing thru town) Went to restroom before ordering, 3 stalls, only 1 working. No OUT OF ORDER signs on other doors at all. Ordered food waited 15 min on it. Food was decent. McDonald's do better..........was not short staffed. Seemed chaotic at the time. read more

Food is as expected. You have to remind them to add extras or you will need to go in and get it replaced. Service, depends on the time you go. Normally mornings are better then evening. read more

Ordered a new big mac chicken with one patty.(online) Picked it up,got home & opened box.No chicken what so ever, just sauce cheese &lettuce. Saturday order 4 breakfasts(left off 2 pumpkin pies.) Great service with a smile. The staff was friendly and worked quickly to get us our meal. The restaurant and restrooms were clean.

This has to be the worst McDonalds in history. They will never get a order correct. I have called the manager twice in the past month over them screwing up my order . They want me to waste my gas coming to the store because they messed up. I wish Burger King would open a store near Bulls Gap. I'm going to contact the corporate office. Be careful visiting this establishment... female employee came into bathroom without mask and when asked where her mask was... she stated, "I just got off work, a mask won't save you!" Usually have pretty good interactions at this McDonalds except for visits as of recent. My boyfriend and I go to get our 99c Iced Caramel coffee every morning and there hadn't been an issue up until about a week or so ago where the coffee was made incorrectly, now normally this is not an issue, just roll back around and they'll remake it. Okay but this time the lady at the 2nd window or whatever was rude as hell and tried to say that the coffee was made correctly and that "She knows she put full pumps of caramel" when BOTH of our coffees had no caramel whatsoever and tasted disgusting. We both know what this coffee should look and taste like and that was just not it. Hope she either corrects her ways or gets put somewhere else. read more

Just left there and brought our breakfast back to the hotel across the street, opened the bag and everything was wrong in the order, but we are not going back because the place is in chaos. Nobody behind the counter was wearing a mask during peak COVID and one worker was coughing profusely. Sections of seating were roped off as required but they used some kind up outdoor livestock webbing that was clearly a trip hazard for anyone walking past. What kind of manager runs this place! All the customers before us had problems with their orders and people from drive thru were also coming in with mistakes in their orders. This morning, I entered the drive through at 5:50 a.m. I got to the pickup window at 6:20 a.m. Lots of folks behind me pulled out and left. Seriously, 30 minutes to get through a drive through! I ordered a gravy biscuit with an extra side of gravy and 2 small hot mochas. They didn't have anything hot...only iced coffee and frappe...so I got nothing to drink. When I checked my bag later, I saw that I only had a gravy biscuit. No side of gravy. If you have eaten here, you know that they are very skimpy on the gravy so if you don't want to wind up with a dry biscuit, you need to order an extra side. I would have gone up the road to Wendys, but they don't open until 6:30. Maybe next time, I will just wait up there. read more

Not only do my fiancé and I travel due to his job and frequent McDonald's, I was also a former McDonald's employee. I can honestly say this is THE worst restaurant I have ever been to. Fast food, diner, steakhouse, you name it and this place has them all beat. I stood at the cash register for a solid ten minutes before anyone acknowledged me(when many passed). Finally, when the young cashier came up to take my order she had to first remove the headphone out of her left ear(no not head piece for drive through, headphone from listening to music), then after asking what I would like she put it back in! I start telling her I simply want a Mcdouble with no pickle or mustard, a young man walks up behind me and slides her a phone across the counter. She completely disregarded everything I just said, looks at him and says "are you leavin'? Alright see ya later" then looks at me and said "sorry what about a McChicken?" After patiently repeating everything I had just said I paid and sat down. Then waited twenty two minutes ! For a mcdouble!!! While all of this transpired the manager was standing next to her restocking coffee so clearly hearing everything plus looking up and over while she was talking to the guy who came up behind me!! This was by far the nastiest Mc Donald's I have ever been to. For starters when you walk through the door flys attack you, floors look like they have never been swept, table and counters were nasty and don't get me started on the bathroom. The food is awful. The service was horrible. Ordered a cheeseburger and a cone. Ten minutes later, they're still handing out orders to people who walked in after me. Asked the cashier for a refund, who had to ask two different managers while I stood there and waited as they debated whether to refund my money and why.
