The dining room wasn't open until 9:00 AM, yet that wasn't clearly posted, just a small, wordy sign explaining why. If you're going to inconvenience customers while prices keep rising, at least be clear. The food sealed it: a wet, soggy Egg McMuffin and biscuit, with Chick-fil-A open right next door. Are hair nets not required anymore? I recently visited McDonald's and couldn't help but notice employees scratching their hair while working. It's honestly really concerning, especially when they're handling food. I thought hygiene standards would be stricter, but this made me question the cleanliness of everything being served. Hair nets -- or at least better hygiene practices -- should absolutely be enforced. It's not a good look for a brand as big as McDonald's. read more

Friend payed for a meal and mcdonalds NEVER has a receipt printed out at the self order ones, maybe that should be checked. We waited there for 15-20 minutes or so, nothing. So we told them about our situation and how we haven't received anything so far and that maybe a couple of teens before us, blocking the way took the order. They stood and looked at my friend, saying you should've been here when I called your number, what do you want me to do about it? My friend even pulled up their transaction, still, refused to give service. Until the manager who positively and politely served us. Always check your order at this location. They're very busy so it's not uncommon for them to forget your items. Also, their spite (diet and non diet) is really nasty. They need to fix/clean the machine. It's carbonated water with a hint of old sprite. read more

This place is horrible! I went through the drive thru last night (8/3/19) at 12:30 am and placed an order. Waited in line that took forever! A couple cars even drove off. When I finally had to pay they didn't have my order which was strange because I did talk to someone through the intercom. He still had my card and ran to the back which made me feel like he was taking down my card info. Really sketchy so I've been keeping a close eye on my account. So of course the food took forever. It seemed like he was the only person working. He also forgot to add a #3 meal to our order so we had to pay again and wait again! I tried to get McDonald's to pick up for an order I forgot to grab but they never responded and it angered my brother and others. Either the phone number is old and doesn't work or the employees are ignorant of the calls. That said I am not ordering from this McDonald's if it's going to not take calls that may be important to the customer. My son and I came through this location yesterday 3/2/22 around 3pm. The cashier informed me they no longer offer a Target Corporate discount. We received our food, but the four sandwiches and fries were old. I'd say hours old. I ate one sandwich but not the other. My son took a bite out of each of his and we trashed the rest. This is the closest McDonalds to us so we really want this place to be a good place but almost every time we come here, there is always issues. Slow service even when it's not busy. Rude service by the female manager even when it's clearly the cashier who messed up the order. Never an apology for the error. She always has a .. I don't care attitude. The only saving grace is that the male manager, when on duty, is quick to clear up any issues should it arise. We try not to go there unless we have to. read more

I'm a bit of a hot mustard fanatic, so I was happy to have a McD's close to my work that has hot mustard sauce. (2 of 3 in my neighborhood DON'T have hot mustard sauce) However, 4 times I've been through the drive thru at the BP McD's and clearly stated,"I'd like 2 extra hot mustard sauces and I'm willing to pay for them." I've never gotten my 2 extra sauces, THANKFULLY I haven't been charged for them, but still frustrated. I'm just asking for 2 extra sauces that I'm willing to pay for. No special cooking instructions, no specialized burgers, just 2 darn extra sauces. They need to slow down and listen to their customers. read more

Service when the first opened the location was horrible. It was the worst fast food place I had visited in years. Months later the service is much better and the food is always good. I had one incident where a customer dropped a whole chocolate shake right outside the front door. I told the person at the register and she nodded in agreement. Thinking that they would get someone to clean it up, but it was still there after we got done eating 20 minutes later. Stopped in during a slow time and the semi unloading food so maybe that's why the manager wasn't behind the counter. Working there was all black teenage girls. Nothing wrong with that except they all are chattering, listening to hiphop, and not waiting on customers. I order two bacon-egg-chess biscuits. Cashier says she'll bring it out to me. I go to get a pop and there are no napkins. The only male teen there is cleaning up the condiment area but he's too blind to see there are no napkins. I wait 10 minutes for my food. Finally after seeing all the people behind me get their orders I go up with my delivery number to get my food that was supposed to be brought to me table. Again all the girls are laughing and dancing and talking ghetto. I point to my number to the girl who took my order. She says "burrito?". Nope. I point to my number. She looks all around behind the counter until she sees my order off by itself. Gives it to me like I'm bothering her for a dollar. I go to eat it and and its all soggy. Please note, I love Mcdonalds and their food. This location which is near to my house has disappointed me for the last time. It has always made me angry that the design of the drive through makes you drive around the building. in the mean time people drive a short distance on a "one way" outlet and go directly to the drive through. Stopped today drove around the building and 2 cars behind me made their way up the "one way" and magically were in front of me. Having spoken to a manager in the past I know this will never change. So once in que, i give my order and watch as the driver in lane 2 places order and proceeds in front of me. Same person comes on and asks for my order again, which I give her. Once again, driver in other lane gives order and proceeds in front of me. Same woman comes on to take my order. For the third time, which I pointed out I gave her my order. Once again driver in other lane gives order and proceeds forward. Finally move forward and pay. Bring home food which was bun and fish on one side 3/4 slice of cheese and other bun on other side.
