Ok 1st off it was extremely busy. We patiently waited, what was uncalled for was the attitude we got from Grayson a server at the window. He/she did not like my daughter who was driving and paying.he/ She snatched the card out of my daughters hand and threw it back to her, he/she slammed the window and very rudely gave us are food and drinks. 0 for 2 when it comes to this location, actually 3. This location is less than 2 miles away making it very convenient. I always use touch screen when placing orders, it's easier and no one but myself to punch it in wrong. First visit the order was correct, but it took FOREVER. I forgot something, so I had to go back, my fault, but going back also took forever. I saw them cheating the system. As soon as an order came it, they marked it done in the system, then put it off to the side and filled it whenever. I watch as orders got messed up and multiple times food for one order got put in another's bag, some might've been the same items but not getting the food out in a orderly way at all. It created visible chaos for the people doing it but it seemed like one person was pushing for it to be done that way. And lots of stuff was missed, just in my first visit probably 5 people came up missing something or having the wrong item. I also witnessed multiple people, clearly friends of staff, come in, place an order, and immediately get it. I was watching the bagging and a sandwich from my order went to this kid who ordered 15+ minutes after me. This makes their numbers look great for cooperate but gives customer very bad experiences. Fast forward a couple months and I go back. As much as I was pissed the first visits, it could've been a bad day (although doubtful looking at yelp). Went in, ordered at the kiosk, it was a slow time so food came out fairly quick, but multiple items were wrong. As far as the restaurant goes. Why does this one star not surprise you ? I hate mcdonalds in areas where it either looks abandoned or its in the hood part of the area. This has to be the second most worst mcdonalds i have ate in. First, they all look stunned to see a young lady full of tattoos (culture shock) second, im not white. Third, you can most definitely tell im out of town. After they get over the stare they kinda smile and take my order. I dont know it seems a little like Spenceport is like a lil redneck city but dont quote me Im not from around there. It seems as if the only thing that adds life to this town is the Brockport College located a few minutes from there. There's this new sandwich called the air,sea and land burger.. this is not a burger already made . they give you a big Mac, plain fish , and a chicken, seperate boxes..basically? 6 of us went for a quick dinner. Service was instant it was 6 at night. I ordered a chicken ranch from the dollar menu it was gross. A McChicken with bad hot sauce. I also ordered a large fry. The fries were cold not fresh. We also had 5 other orders of fries. Nobody liked them. Overall it was McDonald's with cold old fries. Next time ask for fries with no salt then you know they have to cook new ones. read more
