This one is open 24/7! So clutch. In a city where everything closes by 2am -- and food options even earlier, you can count on this McDonald's. I grew up going to this one and almost every McDonalds has done this by now, but they redid this one and it's super modern-looking inside. I love the way McDonald's used to look but this one is very clean and updated, with lots of seating. We had a large order and got our food within a reasonable time. Shoutout to this one for also having "Get well soon Jayson Tatum" on the street-facing sign out front for a couple months. You love to see it. read more

" Always a good day , for McDonalds ice cream " I remember being a child and going with my best friend from childhood Jill , to McDonalds . We would jump in the car and be so excited . Besides chicken nuggets or a happy meal . Our " golden ticket " in our childhood eyes was also the ice cream either on a cone our favorite ; or in a cup as a sundae we were thrilled . Make sure to check your order, they miss items you paid for happened 3 times straight. They order screen shows different then what they prefered to serve, ordered online breakfast, when i reach to the restaurant they said they stop serving even there boards were still had breakfast on. read more

Been living in area for over 10 years so I use to go buy coffee everyday and so I would sit and drink my coffee and scroll my messages, email etc . So like after 3weeks I went in and asked for coffee and they told me there was none and I just passed people in the park drinking coffee so I went back like that afternoon and they said that they had no coffee. So I went back the next day morning and noon and same thing no coffee, next day same thing no coffee. I guess they thought I was homeless and vagrant so they cut me off. The manager is a Spanish lady named Maria, nasty nasty attitude and demeanor... That was like a year ago. So I go in this morning and I order a small coffee same nasty manager she orders a medium so I paid for it and just walked out because I felt a the nastiness of her attitude spewing out $2.50 down the drain some people are just so miserable.... Life is fickle and fleeting, people please treat people with dignity no matter their station in life because just because you have a job, money or are doing okay in these hard times. You never know what is around the corner. read more

Just ordered a crispy chicken sandwich & the outside bites were cooked, but once I bit into it further..it was undercooked! Hard, chewy, bad texture, not edible. And the middle was SO raw! Crazy thing is, I debated on ordering the chicken sandwich or a Big Mac b/c this has happened before, but I assumed it would be cooked, so I ordered a chicken sandwich. I finally learned my lesson, from this location! How hard is it to cook chicken by the directions that McD's gives you? Fool me once, shame on you, undercook my chicken twice, shame on me! The night shift mcemployees are lazy and ghetto. I had the manager (big lgbtq Latino dude) literally say "shut the fk up" under his breath to me at the drive thru window while I was trying to explain to them how they messed up my order . I wanted to go full Karen but there were like 50 cars behind me and I already waited about half an hr. Listen it's food service it's not that hard and there's no need to act that way. I worked for Chick-fil-A where the drive thrus were wrapped around the store and I never got this stressed or rude to the guests especially if they're not being rude. read more

LOVELY SERVICE! I went on Thursday October 19th at night and was happily surprised at how nice the manager and employees were. I had ordered a bucket of the cookies which caused us to wait 30 minutes however the manager sincerely apologized and made up for it with some extra food which was not necessary but happily accepted! I honestly compare my service at other places with this experience because it was a five star service. The food was as expected: good, warm, and yummy. The bathroom was clean as well. read more

Oh my I have NEVER seen an employee with that kind of audacity. I pull up to the speaker and no one says anything. Seeing the amount of ppl in the line I figured they are just catching up. During this time I'm on my phone trying to get the app to work but it kept buffering. So after 5 mins I decide "forget the app, just order" so I say hello the employee responds "heLlO" with so much attitude, like when you wake someone up from deep sleep. So at the very moment my app suddenly starts working so I wanted to now check it out so I asked her to give me one second she replied yelling and with so much contempt "stupid bi*** why would you say hello and you ain't even ready" I was in such shock I asked her why she was yelling and was trying to talk to her calmly she kept yelling obscene things. So I go to the window another car was at the window and I was on the other side of that car trying to see what the problem was and she was just rolling her eyes saying things under her breath. I don't know what she was going through but I know I'm not the one that put her through it and she should have checked it at the door. I will never, ever, ever go to this McDonalds again. It could be the last one standing. I would give up eating Quarter pds w/ cheese & Mac sauce. read more

I have many great memories at this McDonald's. I still remember staying up all night as a student at BC and coming here with friends early in the morning to get breakfast food. I can go on and on about the countless sausage burritos I consumed here as a broke single grad student BUT I am not here to talk about that. I am here to talk about... "The Voice." Yeah, that's right. Tonight after a heavy meal at a local Korean restaurant I decided I needed something sweet to balance all the spice and meat I had just consumed. So, of course we decided to get ice cream from McDonald's. As soon as we hit the drive-thru we were greeted with this AMAZING voice. Holy schnitzels this guy sounded like he belongs on the radio. He was friendly, polite and his voice was so smooth and soothing at the same time. I just froze in my tracks because I was so captivated by this baritone beast's melodic waves (euphemism for his voice). Anyway, we drove to the window and that dude, "The Voice" greeted us and he sounded just as amazing in person! I told him he should be on the radio and he said that this is what he is aspiring to. McDonald's, GIVE THIS DUDE A RAISE SO HE CAN QUIT THIS JOB AND GET HIS VOICE ON THE RADIO. THIS MAN'S VOICE NEEDS TO BE HEARD!!!!!!!!! I ended up getting an Oreo McFlurry (a fellow Asian guy made it). It was good. Refer to pictures. read more

I just got a cup of hot coffee from this Macdonald and went home. When I sit down and try to enjoy the coffee and realized the coffee is cold. It's only 5 min drive away. I'm sure it's come out as cold and I didn't pay much attention. I hope they treat both drive thru and dine in customers as same manner. read more

Don't ever go to this McDonald's. They never get your order right and when you try to let them know they blame YOU, the customer. I went there on Saturday at 5:30pm thru the drive thru and ordered $40 worth of food. When I got home 45mins later I realized more than HALF my order was missing. When I called to try and rectify the situation they told me "You should have checked your whole order before you left so we aren't going to do anything"... LoL that's not a problem! So to Yelp I go to put your unprofessionalism for every one to see! This is the most unprofessionally run McDonald's I've ever been too and will NEVER go back! read more

The worst customer service I have EVER had In my 41 years on this earth.I am a bartender who has been in the industry for over 20 years.Yelling at the guests,being blatantly disrespectful..I sat and waited 20 min before they even acknowledged me. With me being in the industry so long I would never post a yelp review, but the service attitude and overall experience was just that bad or actually post that my first yelp review and I know it's McDonald's and I don't expect much but I always go by the Golden rule you treat people how you want to be treated I only put one star because they make you if I could give it negative stars I would..... ZERO STARS, and I honestly believe both the two ladies working tonight should both be fired they are horrible horrible people read more

This McDonald's has the poorest service i have ever experienced. My friends and i came here around 1:20am, and the sign CLEARLY says it closes at 2am. However, the employees were already cleaning up and the doors were locked. We knocked on the entrance door, and the manager wouldn't even make eye contact with us. Terrible. Only giving 2 stars because i normally love McDonald's. read more

OMG... You are McDonalds, are you serious... When you decided to take a job here were you told that you would have to deal with Customers... So I am driving around the area wasting time before I had to pick up a friend & am in desperate need of a McDonalds (Baby - cookies or ice cream)... so I am in Newton & am directed TWICE to McD's that are no longer there (or were never there) so by the time I get here I am frustrated & spent... So I pull into the DriveThru normal so far, not a long wait, I order the Oreo Mcthingy & cookies (who knew they still sold cookies?!)... I get to the window & pay (with my card) and then he says Thanks & go to the next window... Now having been to several 2 window fast food locations I dont ask for my receipt because I know from prior experience that the next window usually gives it to me... So I get to the next window & the chick throws the Ice Cream & Cookies at me... I ask for a receipt & the Man (who I believe was the Mgr) looks at me puzzled and says "Ooh we dont have that capability, Next time if you want one you need to ask for one at that window & points"... i am LIVID... Are you kidding me, not only do you have the lack of sense to tell me you dont have that capability but then blame it on me for not asking.... Most restaurants have some thing like if we dont offer you a receipts its free... I was soo mad, I yelled back & then drove off & knew I would just come here & review it... Then I look at my Ice Cream & grant it they ARE McDonalds but I had what I thought was a McFlurry, but I got a scoop of Vanilla soft serve with a cup of cookies just thrown on top, not even remotely mixed together... Will NEVER stop at this location again, I would rather drive 10 miles out of the way, they totally pissed me off! read more

This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been to( I've been to quite a few) so tonight, we ordered in the drive thru. JUST ORDERINH TOOK 20 minutes because the cashier was incompetent. Telling us that we hadn't ordered thing we did, and just flat out rude. Had to say our order about 6 times. We got our food, got home .. and my boyfriend bit his McDouble and I shit you not flossed his damn damn with a crusty ass weave. This is beyond disgusting. Convenient but busy location in Brighton. Confusing menu needs to be trimmed down. Has old fashion soda dispensers instead of newer soda combo dispenser. Prices aren't as affordable any more. Wifi doesn't work. Relatively friendly cashier/staff, needs to smile. Place is clean. read more

McDonald's always strikes me as one of those places that you'd only review if you've had a negative experience, because if you've had one Big Mac you've pretty much had them all. But this place has never really done me wrong. Decent, friendly, quick service. I don't eat McD's regularly, but this one is right down the street from my work and if I need something quick before my show starts it's very convenient. read more

One of the best McDonald's in my opinion. The restaurant itself is always kept clean, modern, and safe for children. I have been coming to this chain for a very long time, and I have never had a bad experience here. Customer service is always up to par and the quality of food is always consistent for a fast food chain. They are even offering McLobster so I highly recommend going here NOW! before they take it off the menu! read more

Such a white lie! I bought 2 happy meals and they gave me the same toy (talkingbob minions). Since I saw a kid nearby has the talkingkevin so I told them I would like to exchange 1 of the toy given, but they said it was the last one, only the talkingbob minion. And just 10 minutes later, another kid came in and got the happymeal with talkingkevin. So magical. If you wanna tell a lie to your customer, be sure they're not around before you show your face. Or at least don't make me become a liar to my kids. read more

I get to the drive through window and ask for barbecue sauce. The short guy comes back and says "ok 10 piece chicken nugget" and checked the bag and handed it to me. I shook my head no and was about to say "that's not mine" until he raised his voice "why are you saying no 10 piece chicken nugget didn't you get that?!!?" And I said "no I didn't." With attitude he asked what I got and handed me the bag without sauce or an apology for being rude. read more

I did a McDonald's run for Thanksgiving a large order drive thru and when I got home missing a chicken sandwich. Look at the receipt and I did pay for it gave them a call. Hi I was there and you forgot to give me a sandwich. The person on the other line said yeah and? Please let me talk to the manager then he in turn said I am the manager and I told him what kind of service is this? Your in the service industry. He then tells me ok what you want a refund or something no I want to come and get my sandwich. As I returned the person working at the register ask me how can I help you? I said to him can I speak to the manager and in Spanish he tells his coworkers he wants to speak to Lucho and I speak fluent Spanish. Lucho then tells a female worker to talk to me as she was the acting manager I said no your not the manager. I told her that Lucho just told you that and when he came to the register as you can see everyone in this picture was in shock that I caught him in a lie. He goes a rant on me telling me I can't do that what do you want I I said my sandwich that is all. If he only said I am sorry for the inconvenience I would have been fine but to go and hide by his employees McDonald's needs to retrain this manger. read more

I am basically only giving this McDonalds 3 stars because I come here often so I'd be a hypocrite if I said it was nasty and terrible lol. I looove the hot and spicy McChicken I'm not gonna lie, and it's cheap. But they seem to not pay much attention when they make it, the food always seems haphazardly slapped together, but still tastes ok. The wait is sometimes really long both inside and outside but they can't help being busy I guess. My main complaints are that my food orders have been screwed up or wrong a few times in the drivethrough and I didn't realize til I got the food home! Everyone knows how much that sucks, but now I always check before I pull away. Another thing I hope they work on is the attitude of some of their employees. I'm not asking you to sing and dance for me but at least smile and act like you don't hate your life pleeease! But thanks for being so convenient (mostly)! read more

The fast food here is always fresh (meaning just cooked - I'm not deluded into thinking it is healthy) but I suppose that's because they are always super packed! The drive thru is horrendous and the lines are always long and crawling. Maybe they need a larger location or more staff. Either way, I still go here when I have time and I am craving greasy fast food because despite the wait, I am never disappointed with my meal. Three stars because time is super precious! read more

I have never seen a group of such dysfunctional human beings. Every other hour there credit card system is down, they can help you after 0300am even though they advertise they're open 24 hours, they only accept cash from 0100-0500 because of "daily system updates".
