However, after watching my companions nosh on their mid-morning snacks, I did sort of kick myself for not ordering a bacon egg and cheddar biscuit breakfast sandwich. Yesterday when i stopped by the restaurant, there was a young man (employee) standing outside in 92 degree weather just to tell people just arriving that they needed to pay at the 2nd window because the monitor at the 1st window was broken. NINETY TWO DEGREES no shade or anything. When i asked the manager why the order taker couldn't tell the people to pay at the 2nd window, she said because an operations manager told her to have someone standing out there JUST to tell people to pay at the 2nd window. they already HAD a sign on the 1st window to tell people to pay at the next window. Always, always check your bag contents before driving away from the drive-thru window. The staff will forget items. Today they forgot a 10 piece McNuggets. I'm almost 20 minutes away so it's really inconvenient to have to go back for them. I always end up regretting the times I don't do a thorough check and those somehow seem to be the times they forget something. Frustrating! read more

Constantly forgetting items in orders. The other day they forgot my socks in the grinch meal. Today they forgot my fries.

This McDonald's is conveniently located near my house. They offer large drinks for $1.39 but beyond that, I can't say much good about them. I just went through drive-through and ordered a fillet of fish meal. There was so much tartar sauce on the fish that it was in edible. The fries were completely cold. There wasn't a warm one in the bunch, and they failed to give me napkins. Napkins. That's some thing you kind of need when you're eating in your car. Maybe they should charge extra so that you could ensure that you receive them, sort of like the catch-up that I asked for that they also failed to give me. You used to be able to count on McDonald's for consistency. Now the only thing that is consistent is their inconsistency. McDonald's. You should be good at this. And you're not. read more

Out of the experiences here I can recall of, this McDonalds is not that great. Let's starts with the pros: Pros- When I do in fact get my nuggets from here they are Hot and fresh. And they offer affordable food for when you need a quick pick me up. They have a front counter person to help which is nice cause their dumb machines aren't people and they don't leave options to take something off like taking off cheese of a burrito or burger or adding anything. That's all the nice things I have to say about this place really. When I would get iced coffee in the morning, I had to pull forward for almost 10 minutes until someone gave me my iced caramel macchiato, which tasted like cheap chemicals (last time I'm getting coffee from them). And I have to pull forward when I order nuggets for a ridiculous amount of time. 10 minutes again for 1 ten count and 1 fry! They are very slow here. And I don't recommend. read more

I made a order before breakfast was over for a curbside pickup, and I get there and park and it tells me my order was canceled. Beyond annoyed, I walked there to figure it out and they were no help at all and told me "they were out of the food" when breakfast was over like 10 min ago. The two people taking orders (at each speaker) were yelling at each other and giggling instead of taking orders. The person at the second window immediately told us to pull forward with no explanation (in a rude tone) and slammed the window on us. I'm disappointed in how far this McDonalds has gone downhill in the last few weeks. They got our order completely wrong and I had no time to sit and wait. This was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. I ordered my food through the app for curbside pickup. After waiting almost 20 minutes, I went inside to inquire about my order. The server asked me what my order was to he could find it. After searching for a little bit, he found my order half filled sitting in the corner. He then handed me empty cups for me to go get my drinks. While they got my coffee. I said this is unacceptable, why am didn't my order get filled and brought to my vehicle? Why am I getting my own drinks? I was very upset and was ready to ask for a refund and take my business somewhere else. Despite the fact that this Mickey D's is about a mile from where I stay. I enjoy the fact that their service is always prompt and the "kids" that work there, actually seem to do their job rather well and have a good attitude about being there. That's good management.
