Where to begin. We can start with my first impression while walking in. I order a basic super nachos and two bean burritos and tater rounds. While waiting for my food I went and grabbed my ketchup and hot sauce. The ketchup packs were all sticky and just nasty. You had to physically pull them apart due to the stickiness. This was not just one but the whole container. They need to clean that and change out the packs. The food took about 10 minutes. Kinda slow but was willing to let that slide as long as it was good. The crew while making the food was too distracted having conversations about random things than providing service to the customers. I understand chit chat but when it is loud enough for customers. The manager was barking random orders at her crew which did not make them work any more efficient. Enough on that topic now for the food. Two burritos had stale tortillas and were cold. The beans were also cold and lacking beans. It looked like we are in the Great Depression and had to ration. It is hard to mess up beans in a tortilla but they were able to do it. Did I mention my feet sticky to the floor? Seems to be a theme of stickiness in the restaurant. Now super nachos. Not super and barley nachos.
