Starbucks may be my all time daily fave, but when I'm craving something hot and sweet I look no further than Second Cup in Bedford. The staff is friendly and efficient. This location is usually steady, but not crazy. The seating area is small, but never over crowded. A great place to grab a drink and curl up with a book. I only ever stop in for one beverage, but it's rare that anything ever goes wrong or that I'm unhappy with my one off from Starbucks.. ;)

Tody when I came to this Starbucks in an intense rainstorm, as I opened the front door, the wind just yanked the door open taking my hand with it and crushing it... so I ended up with a nasty looking burst vein with swelling and bruising. The staff were immediately kind enough to offer me ice and as I sat down, the very friendly and personable manager came over to make sure it was all documented etc. I got offered some more coffee and the manager asked me if I wanted it made with the Clover. What's a "Clover"? I asked.. Since I recently moved here from Seattle (Starbucks' hometown), I thought I knew pretty much all the new stuff up Starbucks' sleeve. Well it seems the Clover is a one of a kind coffee machine which works like a reverse french press, extracting much more flavor from coffee beans than regular brewing....and this Starbucks location as the only one in town!(since only 200 or so a year are manufactured). I must admit the flavor the Clover produces is really amazing, and Iwas surprised that it wasn't advertised more prominently as an option. It is, after all, only 30c extra to have your coffee brewed using this awesome machine. I think the best testimony to the Clover is how passionate all the staff are about it!

Mid using the washroom one of the staff members, an older lady with brown hair, begans banging on the door yelling that if we do not open the door, she'll open it herself. We open the door as I am trying to cover myself and she begans yelling at us to get out. I ask her very nicely to close the door and allow me to finish using the washroom, but she refuses. Not only was this a violation of my privacy, but there were several men outside the washroom who could see me. After I have to pull my pants up in-front of her and the people outside the washroom, she then screams in our faces and follows us out of the building. We understand that these are single stalls, but we had no intent of vaping in this washroom, it was only to use it and for them to help me with my clothing. She did not even attempt to meet us with any understanding and had zero care that I was exposed. I will never return to this establishment after feeling extremely disrespected. We are teenage girls and to have a grown women scream in our faces the way she did, doesn't sit with me well.

The coffee is always great (I have been told as a non-coffee drinker), the donuts always seem more fresh, and the staff seems to strive to do their job better. I felt scammed after purchasing a meal from this particular Subway location. It's not really a big…read moredeal but feeling scammed is what makes it a big deal to me. The My Subway rewards app issues free chips every Friday for the all star ranking when you spend enough per year at Subway. The customer facing display at the till showed free chips after I scanned my app. we did it twice and it displayed twice but the lady was persistent in saying I didn't have the coupon for it even though I even pointed out that the display even said free chips right on it; So I left after a couple of attempts. Again, I know a bag of chips isn't a huge deal but it was more principle in the end. On top of that the washroom was out of order when I was wanting to use that after I finished my order. So just aggravating.

Steak sub should taste like steak , right? If they can't use s fresh grilled steak with flavour , then why bother to sell that for 10 bucks. Also our Caesar chicken was the worst , it tasted like rubber and awful sauce. So we felt like we just spent 20 dollars on bread. If we just spend 5 dollars more we could of eaten real food at any restaurant , or a real A&W burger or a small steak meal at any steak house.
