Visiting this McDonald's was such a bad experience. The respect for customers is unacceptable and the female manager on night shifts almost gave us a headache. She was so disrespectful and didn't want to help us out. When we asked for condiments and other stuff, she almost ignored us. When I asked for ketchup and Hot Picante packets, she grabbed them and smacked them in my hand so disrespectfully. I was appalled by these actions. There was also a roach in the lobby. It wasn't a small one, but the biggest one i've ever seen in my life. I would have taken a picture of it, but I ran way because I thought that it was a small rodent because of its size! I felt so trapped here and the ambiance of this place was so unwelcoming. The lobby stank and it was supposedly "cleaned." There was this one nice employee but the manager was what made the visit worse. This was our Dine-In visit. Our experience using UberEats was even worse. I can't believe we even ordered twice from this place knowing about the inexperienced mess that they gave us. When we ordered from UberEats, we specifically told them to not include American cheese, nor pickles, nor mustard. But guess what they did? They included EVERYTHING that you could possibly put on the burger, including mayonnaise (which is supposed to be payed for?) They didn't even put it in the way they were supposed to, they just SPLAT it into the burger. It was leaking everywhere when we opened the wrap of the hamburger. We also ordered 2 more hamburgers, but they still messed them up. Also included in our order was a basket of fries. When we got them, it seemed as if they got small fries and put them in the basket of the basket of fries. The fries were so soggy and cold when we got them, even though we live an average distance away from the McDonald's. They also had the audacity to not include ketchup or any other sauces or napkins (even though it is mandatory!) We also ordered 2 frappes, one caramel and one mocha. We received them but it seemed as if the whipped cream was splattered on there, plus they were more melted than an ice cream in boiling temperatures. There wasn't even any straws to go with our frappes. We had to take the lids off and drink them though the cup because of this. We suffered so much from this. The area this McDonalds is located at also feels unsafe. There are almost no exterior lights to light up the place at night. There are also a bunch of people sleeping in the couch inside the lobby. In conclusion, we do NOT recommend this place! We recommend you to drive the extra 3 miles to go to a better McDonald's than have to sit through this. Thank you for reading our review. read more

We were ordered to order on the kiosk. My friend of 74, good and strong guy for his age, struggles with technology. He ask for help and was giving attitude and lady spoke Spanish to him pretty sure it wasn't positive because she helped him with attitude. We waited for 30 mins for our food as we watched every other person walk In claiming their food was wrong which then they corrected. Finally we received our food. My macchiato was watered down and not even filled to the top of my cup as the usual. Then they tell my co worker there's no coffee and had to wait 2 mins. 4 minutes passed by and he asked for his coffee which then the manager tells her coworker In Spanish something and my coworker receives an orange juice and they laugh as he ask for coffee to be ignored once again as he walk with an orange juice. The Manager really needs to be reevaluated. At this point the attitude was also rubbing off her employees. This was the morning, would not like to be there at lunch time. 3/14/16 Super nasty!!! Truck stop atmosphere! Served water down "Tang consistency" OJ (dumped it & got soft drinks with out permission) Slow slow service. No enthusiasm to greet you. Went through the drive through and ordered an ice coffee. Took them TWENTY MINUTES to tell me the machine was cleaning itself and they couldn't make it.
