Okay I like McDonald's but everything overall is terrible! My daughters went inside so they could pick up their meals and they yelled at them saying " we already gave your food to your mom "! read more

Everything was great! For exactly what I ordered nice & hot! I got delivery and packaging was perfect.

So, we went in there to order food in the first red flag right off the bat was you had to order off of the big tablet thing even though I did not want to. You were pressured into it and I even asked if I could just order up front because I had only cash in hand and the woman said no, she could just help me at the kiosk. The second thing was, the staff was very unfriendly. read more

Okay I'm not the most normal guy but I come here a lot and I have since I was a kid but I ran in to buy a large water and use the restroom and one of the male employees left his stall and didn't wash his hands and when I calmly told the manager about it he talked to me like I was stupid and gaslit me as if I didn't witness it. Zero stars gross read more

Waited a long time for my food even though I ordered ahead through the app. I figured it was a bunch of inexperienced teens, but when I went in I saw that I was wrong. Instead I saw a bunch of adults acting like kids talking and on their phones while there was a long line forming. read more

Visiting this McDonald's was such a bad experience. The respect for customers is unacceptable and the female manager on night shifts almost gave us a headache. She was so disrespectful and didn't want to help us out. When we asked for condiments and other stuff, she almost ignored us. When I asked for ketchup and Hot Picante packets, she grabbed them and smacked them in my hand so disrespectfully. I was appalled by these actions. There was also a roach in the lobby. It wasn't a small one, but the biggest one i've ever seen in my life. I would have taken a picture of it, but I ran way because I thought that it was a small rodent because of its size! I felt so trapped here and the ambiance of this place was so unwelcoming. The lobby stank and it was supposedly "cleaned." There was this one nice employee but the manager was what made the visit worse. This was our Dine-In visit. Our experience using UberEats was even worse. I can't believe we even ordered twice from this place knowing about the inexperienced mess that they gave us. When we ordered from UberEats, we specifically told them to not include American cheese, nor pickles, nor mustard. But guess what they did? They included EVERYTHING that you could possibly put on the burger, including mayonnaise (which is supposed to be payed for?) They didn't even put it in the way they were supposed to, they just SPLAT it into the burger. It was leaking everywhere when we opened the wrap of the hamburger. We also ordered 2 more hamburgers, but they still messed them up. Also included in our order was a basket of fries. When we got them, it seemed as if they got small fries and put them in the basket of the basket of fries. The fries were so soggy and cold when we got them, even though we live an average distance away from the McDonald's. They also had the audacity to not include ketchup or any other sauces or napkins (even though it is mandatory!) We also ordered 2 frappes, one caramel and one mocha. We received them but it seemed as if the whipped cream was splattered on there, plus they were more melted than an ice cream in boiling temperatures. There wasn't even any straws to go with our frappes. We had to take the lids off and drink them though the cup because of this. We suffered so much from this. The area this McDonalds is located at also feels unsafe. There are almost no exterior lights to light up the place at night. There are also a bunch of people sleeping in the couch inside the lobby. In conclusion, we do NOT recommend this place! We recommend you to drive the extra 3 miles to go to a better McDonald's than have to sit through this. Thank you for reading our review. read more

I always have to repeat my order and hope they get it right, but nope they NEVER do. How hard is it to make a vanilla iced coffee with caramel drizzle? I guess the caramel drizzle confused them. I also noticed they never say thank you or you're welcome. This place is a joke. read more

Trash. Absolute trash. I was doing a DoorDash order and waited 20 minutes for someone to bag up the food. The employees just stared at me like an idiot while I waited. I could see their order screen and there was only one other order besides mine. Absolute trash. So unprofessional. read more

I'm giving it 1 star bc let me just say Customer Service skills are just poor...who ever was taking the order was a ghetto dude ... who should be trained better ... who ever the manager is needs to be considered for a new position bc they allow that type of behavior in the drive thru line .. smh... I go to take my order... I repeated myself several times .. I ask for the number 2 an kid me not this fool ask me "what's a number 2?" Woooowwwww not "what drink would u like?" ... not " what did u say?"... he literally asked me "what was a number 2" ... An then u can hear him giggle bc by then my attitude became sarcastic An he knew it. Straight unprofessional. This place gives me the idea that they will spit in your food, if u tried to argue. I just drove off... I couldn't risk that! read more

We were ordered to order on the kiosk. My friend of 74, good and strong guy for his age, struggles with technology. He ask for help and was giving attitude and lady spoke Spanish to him pretty sure it wasn't positive because she helped him with attitude. We waited for 30 mins for our food as we watched every other person walk In claiming their food was wrong which then they corrected. Finally we received our food. My macchiato was watered down and not even filled to the top of my cup as the usual. Then they tell my co worker there's no coffee and had to wait 2 mins. 4 minutes passed by and he asked for his coffee which then the manager tells her coworker In Spanish something and my coworker receives an orange juice and they laugh as he ask for coffee to be ignored once again as he walk with an orange juice. The Manager really needs to be reevaluated. At this point the attitude was also rubbing off her employees. This was the morning, would not like to be there at lunch time. Again 30 mins standing there and never asked us are we ok nor our order will be coming out soon. read more

I do not eat McDonalds anymore after my last few encounters with this place ... you will NOT get what you order and even if you get the item, it will NOT be correct. You will NOT get sauce for nuggets, even if you ask 3 times. This food is just gross, even for McDonalds! The employees are very rude and so inconvenienced by a customers presence while the rest do not even speak english. read more

They are forcing you to order on a big computer screen instead of taking your order in person. I won't be coming back!

Tables were dirty floor was wet everywhere somebody was going to fall no ketchup in the dispenser floor filthy no tables clean

3/14/16 Super nasty!!! Truck stop atmosphere! Served water down "Tang consistency" OJ (dumped it & got soft drinks with out permission) Slow slow service. No enthusiasm to greet you. Gave me breakfast in bag to go ....even though I said "for here. "Breakfast sandwich was reheated & old ( hard bread, rubbery sausage) and this was 8 AM in the morning!! . Dirty tables. No syrup for hot cakes...had to go ask & guy took 2 minutes to get it. Should of went to Cracker Barrel like we planned. read more

I would give this less than one star if I could. The customer service here is terrible. I had 4 different orders and all of them were wrong. They had no ketchup for customers inside, they only had some in drive through. The employees were rude. I ordered two large fries one of them was halfway ready and the other where old and soggy. Never coming back read more

why must have came at the right time I rolled in just before lunch hour at 10 to 12 ordered up the crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich and surprisingly it was cooked nice and fresh and the fries were fresh to although I did notice that some of the employees were a little aloof some didn't seem to care but I got what I needed and got the hell out cuz I had to go pick up a load down the road but it worked out all right for me I was pretty content so it is what it is I could see the reviews and I can definitely see they call inside as this.. is like skid row and parts of it between the lousy waffle house across the street with all the tweakers that come over late at night from the motel 6 and the tweakers at wake up and come over from the motel 6 for the free Wi-Fi at the McDonald's...so basically if you want good hot fresh food come just before the lunch time I would say 11 to 1 and then stay away cuz it's still the reviews are pretty much right on the money that you see they're going to be below mind they're pretty much accurate read more

Went through the drive through and ordered an ice coffee. Took them TWENTY MINUTES to tell me the machine was cleaning itself and they couldn't make it. They offered me a shake and I said no I want my money back I paid with cash. They said pull forward to reserve spot 1 and we will bring it out to you. Wtf? Just give it to me now right? So then we pull around and wait another TEN MINUTES to get our 4 dollars back. DO NOT COME HERE!!! read more
