Drive thru is supposed to be open 24/7... and it's not. I work third shift hours and usually get near my place between 12am-1am. The times I've tried to get food here are more than a few so I know it's not a fluke. Often enough the drive thru crew will literally put a cone in the center of the drive thru and that's it. Other times they use the excuse that they are only filling DoorDash orders and regular drive thru is closed. Another time I pulled up and literally thought "finally!" Only to have them straight up say,"ay... we closed". I hope someone from cooperate reads this because I know the people working there are just doing wtf they want because no one gives a damn to do anything about it. read more

Got there 2 hours after opening and it's a ghost town? Sat in line for about 3-4 minutes and drove around and did not see anyone in the kitchen/front/anywhere. Don't know where the employees were. read more

I went inside and stood at the front counter for five minutes. There were several people in the kitchen area but no one acknowledged me. Finally a guy came up, punched something into the cash register and then just looked at me. No greeting or "How can I help you?" I told him never mind and I left. I won't be back to this location. read more

Came really late but worth it, went through the drive thru and amber was so nice by the speaker and when we ordered and pulled to the window she received us with a smile, got our meals super fast and left, the food was so delicious, I ordered two tacos and chicken strips, super good! Really nice and attentive customer service and great food... Obviously coming back! read more

I come back here every once in a while and 50% of the time they ruin my order or get it completely wrong. I don't really like any other place and this is my 6th time giving it a shot bc there's no where else I enjoy and i constantly pay for messed up food or the complete wrong order. The service was terrible i ordered threw the Jack in the Box Mobile app got there 5min after the order was supposed to be ready mind you it took me about 15min to get there as it was. I tell them i placed a mobile order then they tell me they don't have something I ordered and to request a refund on the app. Which i looked to see if i could and couldn't and they asked me if i wanted to substitute it with a desert i asked if it was an even exchange they said yes and i agreed but then they told me to pull around front and wait for my food which should have already been done. I waited 5min and still nothing. I got curious and went back in the mobile app to confirm it was an even exchange which it was not they LIED to my face. So now I'm mad now its been 10min so i go inside with my toddler who was sleeping and had to wake up. Mind you they have no customers inside or outside!! I go in they're just all walking around!!! Partial of my food just sitting there!!! They aren't even working on the food!! I don't know wtf they're doing!! I proceed to tell the employee that the exchange was not even and would like my refund instead of the dessert. As i don't wish to over pay for something i didn't even want in the first place. Then the manager goes and tells the guy "go over there ill handle it" and shrugged and then say "ugh this guy". Like lady you are the MANAGER!! This is YOUR problem you LIED to ME not him. Then i tell her i want a refund for the item and she gave me an attitude. And took out the money out of the register didn't ring it up or anything. Then I'm still waiting there for another 10min now its been about 50min. It's stores like this one that bring the company down 5 employees on the clock doing nothing!! Just there to collect a check. Ive been to other locations where i pull up and my food is done when i place it on the mobile app and the fact that i had to get my food after an hr of placing it is ridiculous. I only had 2 meals! Worst Jack in the Box ever! Placed my order at the drive-thru then waited a good 35-40 minutes in line for my order. On top of that, the woman working the window was rude and didn't even offer an apology for the wait, I mean people go through a drive-thru for a reason, THEY ARE IN A HURRY. I had a breakfast sandwich and hash brown. My egg was half hanging off of my sandwich and the hash brown tasted and felt like it had been laying there soaking in grease. Gross! Honestly the workers working the Night Shift caught me by surprised. We just moved to Baytown a few days ago and have been non stop unpacking at our new home. In the middle of the night we were hungry and decided that jack in the box would be fine and we ordered a few dollars worth of tacos. When we picked up our food not only did we get out tacos but a bunch more extra food out of the kindness of the Night Shift staff. If I'm ever needing a late night meal I know Jack in the box will come in clutch. read more

When i went to the i ordered 3 separate items which was a #1 burger, a #4 meal and a munchie meal but when i got home there was the #1 and #4 but not the burger that came with the munchie meal and also 1 taco and a empty taco bag. read more

Walked in, three women behind the counter doing nothing, just stared at me and ignored me, didn't even say hi or ask to take my order. It was completely empty inside so there's no excuse for that. I was getting frustrated then finally one of them came up to me and said "did I get u get" that's it. I said nope nvm and walked out. Unfortunately, first time i went there to eat in the doors were locked, but we could see a worker at the counter. So we went through the drive through and ordered 2 chicken clubs with a coupon. When we got home, we had two chicken clucks, that were a shriveled up looking piece of chicken with 2 pickles on it. I understand that club can sounds like clucks, but the coupon said "club". My mother and I stopped by on Christmas Eve to grab some food for our family. The women working were rude and unprofessional. We could here them cussing, laughing, and talking inappropriately the entire time we were in line. After leaving with our order we went to check that all of our items were there and we were missing a sandwich. After going back through the drive thru, we were told at the window that the sand which had already been given out to us, so another wouldn't be made. We were a little shocked that someone cared enough about a $2 sandwich to question a customer but we explained that there was in fact no sandwich handed over. We asked if she wanted to review the bags and she said yes. Then she and her manager WITHOUT GLOVES ON proceeded to rifle through the bags and OPEN each individual sandwich to make sure it wasn't the sandwich in question. After going through our food with a fine tooth comb without gloves, the manager rudely told them to remake the sandwich and walked away. Our food was given to us in crumbled bags with wrappers still unwrapped from their inspection and the food was remade. The entire time the staff was cussing, whooping, and wholly unprofessional. I refused to eat my food because I saw the woman at the window touch money, the counter, and then the sandwiches. However, all the food was sloppily made and looked as though it was made with eyes closed and without a care. read more

One of the better Jack in a Boxs in the area. Food was hot and fresh, the waitstaff inside were polite, food was made quickly. My only complaint was that every table seemed to have crumbs on it from the last diners. A quicker wipe-down would have been appreciated especially in an area that the majority of the customers are dirty (muddy and dusty) contractors. Nothing wrong with that, just a lil more cleanup is needed. All in all, Ill go back when Im in the area and feel like Jack in the Box. read more

Stay away from this restaurant. There employees are rude and they can never get a simple order right. The food is under cooked, tastes like it has been sitting under a lamp for hours. I will never ever go back here to eat again. I had the exact same problem with the Baytown location also. I also contacted the customer relations at corporate and they NEVER responded back. No matter what they say they don't care about customer relationships at all. All they want is your money. Not mine ever again!! read more

Plenty of other places to stop... pass this place up. You won't be missing anything. McDonalds was better than this!!

I've been here twice. Pretty sure it's the slowest Jack in the Box known to mankind. Then my order was incorrect both times. The last time I went through the drive thru, it took AT LEAST 20 minutes. read more
