THIS KFC/Taco Bell is still a disappointment when the Drive-Thru serves. We ordered 2 Chicken strip combos. We were told they included cookies, and biscuits with gravy. We drove up to the window, paid, and left for home. We got NO biscuits, NO cookies, and NO gravy which we expected since the woman said they were all included. We have not been inside since February, 2020. We loved it back THEN. The chicken was good. The Cole slaw was good. The box was half full with several missing components. Very disappointing. Placed an order using the app. on 10.19.22. I drove over to pick up the order and there were signs saying they were CLOSED. It did not matter if you already paid online-you were not getting a refund or your food! It was just after lunch and I could see food thru the drive-thru window-but no one was visible. Ordered a dozen Cinnabon bites with other food. I noticed at the window that I only got 2. When I asked the cashier about it she was very rude. Said she only charged me for 2. Ok but I want a dozen! Man don't trust all these one-star reviews. They are old and this place has changed seeing how it's mixed with KFC now let me tell you the food comes out great and fast! They are by far the worse known to man. They messed up an order completely and the order cost $30. They only wanted to replace the 2 soft tacos and claim that I wasn't detailed on the order when I was. I told them that there will be 3 different orders (which means you bag them separately). I even told them to bag them separately. They forgot my 2 extra orders of nacho fries and I sat there and asked if they got everything and they replied with a yes we got everything. So I pulled up and not only did they NOT bag it separately, the food was pretty much cold, and the food looked morbid when I got home with it. I called to complain and they kept hanging up on me and then decided to not know a bit of English. Don't come here and go else where... I repeat; DO NOT come here and take your business elsewhere. If I could give no stars, I would. After ordering our food and pulling up to the window the lady that took our order actually pulled off the headset and handed it off and said "I can't take orders, take this". After receiving our food there was multiple food items that we paid for that we didn't receive and paid for sour cream on multiple burritos that wasn't added. Absolute worst KFC / Taco Bell combo you could ever go to. 9 times out of 10 your order will be wrong. Unfortunately for me I live right down the street so I am stupid and lazy enough to go back for multiple wrong orders.
