Came in and noticed there was nobody at the register so I made my way to the kiosk. entered my order but was paying with cash. went to the register and stood there for 10 minutes. manager saw me, didnt care. fat black woman getting off work made her own food and walked out the door. worst service in my life. ended up leaving and going next door to subway. sad thing is, they weren't that busy. will never return to this store. read more

Ok I have to say going through the drive thru was so frustrating. I was in one lane and the other lane seemed to be moving twice as face. Finally I was so frustrated I got out of line and went in. I give the drive thru a 1. I went inside and had a much better experience. I ordered at the touch screen and was in and out and cars in front of me while in the drive thru were stIll waiting. Stopped in here on my way to Jackson,MS. Customer service was good in the drive thru window but pulled off and back to the interstate and took a sip of my iced coffee and swallowed a ton of coffee grounds. The flavor was off and extremely weak and watered down. Barely had any coffee flavor. Too far down the highway and on a schedule though so I feel like I've wasted $2. Oh well I will remember next time not to get coffee here. read more

Didn't get my order right! I asked for a double with NO cheese which is what my ticket said! Got down the road and realized they messed up my order! Crappy looking burger. You can tell they don't care! Really ~ how hard is it to read the ticket. Those kids seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else, so no wonder it's wrong. No hello, have a good day? Nothing! Stopped here last night and watched the two employees play grab ass while customers waited and waited. I've never experienced racism due to being white but I got a little bit of it here tonight. I ordered. Then moments later a young kid ordered and then another man after him. We all ordered quarter pounders. After waiting ten minutes and rename we were the only three in the store or drive thru. No one else. The place was dead. So. They give the second kid his order. We had the same order. I wait some more and they hand the last guy his order and then they stand around wrestling by the fryer. Finally one of them makes my burger and brings it to me. She doesn't smile. She doesn't say one word. Just slides the bag across the counter. I smiled thinking maybe I'd get one back. No. I said that I ordered first and was served last. She says. The menu says "All Day Breakfast"? I wanted breakfast. I was told that their no longer serving breakfast. WTF?

This place is terrible, My burger was raw and the other things on the burger tasted awful, and smelled awful, the onions tasted disgusting and the ketchup and other sauces tasted abnormal.I might get food poisoning from eating that thing, I would NOT recommend to go there at all they are a health risk and should not be feeding people raw meet and rotten food, it's disgusting and I'm disappointed. And on top of that the workers there were busy doing other things and not doing the best they could do,I'm probably not going there never again maybe to only get breakfast. People are in the store, and McDonald's workers out side smoking but can't take a drive through order. They say drive through opens 24 hours but yet @ 12:30 I can't get anyone to take my order at all. But they just gave a car infront of me food and was socializing with them... Hmmm.. This entire McDonalds smells like Marijuana SO bad. The manager that took our order (6/13 @ 10:30pm) smell like Marijuana and she was so stoned you could just tell. She was talking slow, eyes beat red, and couldn't even answer simple questions, it was sad really. Surprisingly enough, our order came out wrong. Doubles were supposed to be only ketchup, and had everything on them. I will NEVER eat here again. Go somewhere else unless you're looking for drugs then this is your place. read more
