Chalking up my initial bad experience to them just opening. Slow! Went in for a take out order. Exactly 25 minutes from time of order to getting food, with two others waiting on orders and no one in line. Food was slightly below average for a Zaxby's. Maybe that are still getting going, it is a new store. Will give them one more chance in the future before I make my final judgement.

Even when I finally receive my order, it's often wrong, with items missing or cold. Don't bother with curbside pickup because they're unwilling to walk it out to you. You'll end up sitting there for 30 minutes, waiting for someone to come and get your food. They seem to follow the McDonald method of "I don't want to make a milkshake for you," so there's always an "issue" with the machine. If the machine does work, they'll give you the milkshake but make you wait so you can deliver it home by the time you can bring it back. And when you're waiting in line and forget you moved forward, they'll use the excuse "it's being made" without checking after multiple cars behind you got their food. You ordered 20 minutes before them! I'll definitely be going to another location in the opposite direction. At least there, they'll be polite and make sure I get what I ordered.

I backed up and waited a couple minutes and she waved me forward, put sauces in the bag and handed me the bag haphazardly and went back to whatever she was doing before I disturbed her. I figured since it took a couple of minutes to get the food together it was gonna be well prepared. It was not... I ordered two Doritos locos tacos for my son and he was excited to try it. Opened it up and I thought it was just a shell. Had to open both of the tacos up to find a thin line of meat at the bottom of the shell. I ordered a Mexican pizza and pizza hardly had cheese on it or even the beans and tomatoes. Because of the way the bag was handled when giving it to me, what little toppings and cheese there was, got stuck to the lid of the box. Absolutely the worst fast food experience. I just prefer a thin, wood fired type crust. Personal opinion only with that matter since my husband liked it. A little heavy on the flour on the undercarriage of the pizza. The sauce lacked flavor.
