The worker said they're made fresh daily, which does add some comfort, but I still prefer them made to order. Anyway, I received my drink and gave it a taste. The matcha itself was very good--nicely blended and refreshing. I could taste the blueberry nicely. I believe the oat milk enhances the flavor and gives it more depth. It's very cool that they roast their beans in-house, and although I'm no coffee connoisseur, I thought the quality of the espresso was great.
