I think this place does a great job. I mostly use the app in the restaurant or for the drive-thru. If I have a special request, I will pop in and speak to someone because the app does have some restrictions. The restaurant is always clean, including the ladies bathroom. Pretty standard McDonalds! Location is a little sketchy but it's not really their fault. It was about 7 am for my visit and pretty slow, I ordered at the kiosk and grabbed a table marker. I guess at some point they called my number and stopped cause I was sitting very close to the counter! Any way by the time I went to check in my food it was cold! How lazy can these employees be! It was supposed to be brought to my table my table marker was in the bag and receipt! Any way how much can you expect from employees making $20 hr! Just went here about half an hour ago on November 30th. I ordered a hamburger, (emphasis on no cheese, as that would he a cheeseburger). When I got my food I checked it of course. Lo and behold there was cheese. I pointed it out to the drive handout, and as they were taking it back, he said to the other associates "I told you they would notice the cheese". Are you serious? I accidentally ordered two, iced lattes. There was a discount. So, the total was low. We are super thankful for this McDonald's! It was clean, service was great, and the food was exactly what you'd expect from a McDonald's. We particularly appreciated the Playplace that allowed our kids to stretch their legs! This is a review after going to this McDonald's location for years, mostly cause it's the closest one to me. They've always been consistently average with their food, some good highs and some drastic lows. Worst case was when I got food poisoning from this location, genuinely the worst case I've ever had. For me it earns a two just for consistency and for the fact that it's great if you need a quick bite to eat and are hungry. That said, it is noticably not as updated compared to other McDonald's that are, it is smaller than most, and in the end it is still McDonald's food so you're not going to be blown away. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I absolutely would. Went there today with my family and we all purchased some food. We get home and notice that a Big Mac that my sister had ordered had a long brown hair wrapped throughout the inside of the burger. The WORST customer service!!!! We were told we can't do separate orders in drive thru which we never had a problem with before. We told the automated system yes we have an app code so we can get a buy one get one deal get to window go to pay and tell them we have a code. They ran our card and said sorry they cannot accept app codes because their system will crash we asked them to cancel the order and the guy completely ignored us laughing with a co worker then we said please cancel the order he said he did and his co worker had to point out that he didn't. We had to give the card back while hearing him laugh and complain we said they need to tell people in line at drive thru about app codes not working and they said they have which is a total lie. It's one thing to be inconvenienced with them not accepting the app but to have a disrespectful attitude is even worse. Ordered 3 Mushroom Swiss burgers. They're supposed to come with fried onion strings but when we pulled over in to the parking lot and began eating them we realized none of them had any onion strings. Well, apparently they were out of stock but the employee who took our order forgot and took our order anyway and forgot to mention it to us so naturally I thought the manager helping us would've apologized and would have offered us a partial refund or small credit or something since we've been sitting there with our burgers in our hands and clearly have an upset look on our face but nope!
