The service is always amazing and quick! This place aggravates the bejesus out of me. When we eat it, we inevitable have to have my brother's sandwich remade because they don't read the order and there is cheese, often ketchup and mustard, on it. He does not eat American cheese and doesn't use those condiments on a burger. When we get it curbside, it's always missing items. Today, it was the two apple pies. Last time, it was the bag of ice. It would be easier to reconcile if they were rude. But they are polite. I am frustrated. read more

This location is incompitent. I paid for my order in the drive thru. The first lady did not hand me a receipt. I asked at the 2nd window and this lady informed me I could not get the receipt. Today, I ordered 3 hot fudge sundaes with extra hot fudge. They gave it to me and it looked like there was no extra hot fudge because it was all on the very top. Normally there's some on top and some on bottom. They've done this at every McDonald's I've ever gone to. Manager came over and said they put four pumps of fudge on the very top and I looked at her and point blank said to her that it's going to spill because some of it should be on the bottom. The hot fudge was above where the top cap of the cup meets the bottom of the cup. I explained to her it's going to spill, and she absolutely refused to redo it and just kind of shrugged. She paid me no attention whatsoever. And now I have a massive stain on the seat of my car, because not only did it spill, like I said it would. the cap wasn't even put on the cup to begin with on one of them. So who do I talk to to find out who's going to pay for the cleaning of the stain? If you're looking for great customer service, look elsewhere. I placed an order through the mobile app today. When I arrived the employees seemed irritated with me for asking for sauces that I ordered but did not receive. So I offered to go inside with them to get the sauces so they did not have to run them back outside. When they handed me the bbq sauce it was already opened and spilled all over me and they also handed me some of the wrong sauces as well. At this point I was annoyed that I was covered in bbq sauce so I asked for a new one and they ignored me for a full few minutes before helping me again. I left and started driving home. On my way home I looked in the bag and realized we were missing a whole large fry as well. while waiting for a new home to be finished, i have been using McD and Sbux as my mobile office. my usual morning meal has been egg white delight and large coffee. its always been perfect. nothing to complain. the restaurants are always clean, the staff are (long timer) well trained. here and there, we will get new ones lost somewhere but glad that mcD is giving opportunity to untrainable (?) people. People always pooh-pooh McDonald's and other fast food chains, but this is my favorite. LOVE LOVE LOVE their Diet Coke. And the food is so reasonably priced (sure, it's not great quality, but for the price you pay I like that it's a consistent taste). I also like that they have such a variety of options - you can get a salad (I really enjoy the southwestern one) or a wrap if you're trying to go lighter, or get a burger and fries (one of my favorite French fries!). It's great to be able to bring my kids here for lunch, pay only $10-15, and then let them play awhile to burn off some energy while I catch up on some work at a comfy table with free wifi. The workers here were really nice and our order came out pretty quickly. According to my kiddos (currently 9 & 6), this is the best McD's play area we've been to so far in CO. The play structure is very large and the slide is "exciting". It's clean and doesn't have any unpleasant odors, as some others have had. The kids music playing overheard is only mildly annoying. There's also a Redbox inside, which is handy. We'll definitely be back! read more

Saw those enticing ads for the resurgence of the Big Mac on TV, and decided to give it a try after so many years. Hit up the McDonald's closest to our house, the one on South Parker Road. Suffice it to say, our Big Macs did NOT resemble those gorgeous sandwiches on the ads. Burned, dried, cold patties--they had to be previously cooked and sitting there for awhile. Bread was dry and nasty. Then, the guy was going to give us the old fries, and we had to say, "No way, can we please get some fresh ones?" The poor guy couldn't multi-task while waiting for someone else to come to the counter, but was standing there when he should have put some fries cooking, or making some fresh sandwiches. Don't know if it's just McD's or this specific location, but overall, an utter disappointment. Yes, they maybe had people call in sick or something, but we will rethink this location before we make that mistake again. I suggest the same from our neighbors who might frequent this spot. read more

A simple order - 2 big breakfasts. I went thru the drive-thru because I had my grandkids (toddler & infant) in the car. Upon arriving home ( and making two trips to get the kids and all of their accessories into the house) I found that I had only received half of my order. I called the store to inform them of their error and was told that if I came back they would give me my missing meal. And that's all they would do. No sincere apology, no gift card... Nothing to acknowledge their failure to provide convenience which is why I went there in the first place. This is extremely poor customer service.
