Just stopped by on the way to work. Luckily, I was able to breeze through the drive-through because there was no line. I got my food relatively quickly after ordering and paying. Unfortunately, I forgot to check my bag before leaving to ensure my order was correct. I was missing one of my 5 items. I got all 4 sandwiches but missed the fries. This is my neighborhood McDonald's so I come here at least once a week as I have a vice and that vice is fast food. This afternoon, I came through the drive-thru and had a really easy breezy customer experience: I ordered a Big Mac with extra sauce, small fry, and a large diet coke. What I got was the impeccable fast food experience we pray for complete with fresh, piping hot fries and a picture perfect burger. This has only happened a handful of times in my lifetime, and never at this location, but when it happens it's like an angel gets it's wings (or in this case passes through the Golden Arches). This said, as a regular at this particular McDonalds, I'm willing to admit this experience may have been an outlier compared to most customer experiences at this location, but I've never had a nightmare scenario described by some of the other reviews posted to this. With that in mind, I don't know what some people expect from an average experience at a fast food place, but if they manage to do at least the bare minimum, that's a 3 star experience in my book. And even when they're doing the bare minimum here, it's still historically been better than other locations I've gone to. McDonald's is not fine dining, but after reading some of these reviews, it appears some Yelpers expect it to be. read more

I've been coming to this McDonald's since 1997. Its service and quality have gone down over the years, but today was a rude awakening as to how bad this McDonald's sucks. I bought breakfast for my family only to open my Egg McMuffin and find it to be moldy. I had to drive back to the location (after calling), and all they did was say sorry and replace my sandwich. I don't always eat McDonald's I admit. But when I'm in need of some "comfort" food, this is my place for a much needed cheat meal. The staff is very nice and helpful. The service is fast and for what it is, the food works just fine. I mean, who doesn't like a Big Mac right?! I'd like to point out that nothing gets on my nerves more than people giving McDonald's bad reviews because the food isn't super healthy or whatever. Look, when I hit up McDonald's I'm not looking to eat healthy. I want the worst for me food they've got. Sorry but that's the truth. Worst McDonald's ever! Both Manger's was very rude and inconsiderate after their system messed up. If I could even it a zero star I would.

Ok so I know this is McDonald's. My problem was I walked in, not drive thru and the manager was working the register. I go ahead and order when he proceeds to tell me that they don't serve an item that is clearly on the menu. He speaks for a minute but I didn't understand a word that was coming out his mouth( language barrier). I then try to make him look at the menu where it was clearly stated it was served now, but he refused to give me my damn hash brown. Then I also ordered a 3 hot cakes with sausage when I didn't realize until after the person was putting 3 orders of hotcakes and sausage in a bag. Finally after being there for 15 minutes for a 5 minute order the person upfront putting the bags together was working with an injure and couldn't perform her job, which I wasn't mad about. I commend her for still coming into work. The person to fix these issues are the same manager that comes to wreak you day then Disappear. read more

This morning I went through the drive thru for breakfast and coffee. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel, medium coffee sugar and cream. Got to Ritchie Hwy, took out the sandwich and it was cold, barely chewable bagel, hard cheese so it was not melted and to top it off, No Cream & Sugar. The sticker is right on the cup. Probably one of the worst McDonald's anyone could possibly go to at one of the newest McDonald's in the area had to wait 30 minutes for two cheeseburgers and a large drink other customers were demanding their money back because management has no clue how to Prioritize people's orders the cooks we're making nothing but double quarter pounder's when all I needed was my two McDoubles. They claim to be open (4am) early in the morning but they are so lazy no employees are thee until after 7:00am. I would rather go somewhere else. Gross food, lazy employees. How hard is it to get a grilled order right? Every single time I order here, something is wrong with my order. This time, my grill slip didn't even match what was in the wrapper. The grill slip was even wrong, meaning the order taker and kitchen both screwed up the same order. I used to manage a McDonald's.
