I've never expected to give McDonalds a five star but with the great people who work there it makes you wonder if you're at a nice restaurant or really at a McDonalds. We stopped here on our way from OKC to Six Flags in Arlington and I was blown away. It was the best McDonalds I have ever been to. First of all, the lady working drive thru rushed us through our order. Interrupted my husband during ordering and gave him the total and he had to tell her he wasn't done ordering. She sounded very rude and annoyed saying 'kay after every item we ordered. They gave us a diet coke instead of a regular coke. Chicken nuggets were unbelievably old. read more

I don't eat their food but I live their caramel frappuccino's. Omg they are so amazing. I would get one like 3 times a week and then realized how many calories just one has in it. Now I drink one once a month. I look forward to it. So damn good!!! read more

Honestly, corporate just needs to stomp in this place and get their managers that run THIS fast food establishment into any kind of gear, would be better than where it's at right now. The food sucked! this was at 10:30pm . The fries smelled bad horrible nobody in the whole place look professional their was a guy outside laying on the floor Who at first I thought was a junkie but was the cook in all reality. I placed a mobile order nd I get to the drive thru line Nd it not only took like an hour to get to the window but their ice cream machine is out. these ppl r rude af like ik it's not y'all fault for the ice cream machine to be broken but I wasn't rude in anyway so they could be rude with me.. The dirtiest McDonalds in the history of the franchise. Filthy floors littered with food and other trash. Tables not wiped off. Windows not washed in months. All trash containers overflowing inside and out. Toilets out of toilet paper. No straws. We needed a quick stop. Ordered a salad to avoid eating anything prepared there. read more

Don't ever eat at McDonalds for this one reason. They use hydrochloric acid on rancid meat so they can keep prices low.

Stopped here on our way to a baseball tournament for breakfast. They were out of orange juice, burritos, and parfee's basically everything that we asked for. Avoid McDonalds Exit 32 off I35 Ardmore OK. One person ordered before me. 10 min later neither of had our order. Now 2 more waiting behind me. Manager was angry with another customer about making special coffee. Loudly said I will make 2 different coffees and pour them together. After 14 min my order came out. It was in sack (only 2 sandwiches) and I started to take it. He asked if this was to go order and I said no but before I could Say that was fine he took out sandwiches and THREW them in tray. Had others not waiting I would have asked for my money back and keep the food. After reading other reviews this seems to be continuous bad service. read more

This is the slowest, most unorganized McDonald's I have ever been to. Not once, twice, or three times... But multiple occasions after work my husband & I stop for iced coffees to get us home from work. Every single time nobody seems to know how to make the iced coffees. 2 drinks & they ALWAYS tell us to pull up & they will bring it out to us. Not exaggerating at all. Every time we will wait behind van loads of people who never get asked to pull forward, but to get our coffees we have to pull forward & wait. We will wait for about 5 minutes, after drive through line is empty & go inside to get ourselves. It is absolutely ridiculous. Than when we get our coffees, they are made wrong. We keep going back, thinking maybe our experience will be better. New employees, that know what they are doing, or something... But NO! Same thing every time. If your in a hurry, than I advise you not to go to this facility. If you like coffee, go to Starbucks. read more
