Only reason they get 2 stars the guy was entertaining. Their system was down but they couldn't even take an order. After the first 2 items the girl in the drive thru was completely lost. Didn't even wait to finish our order we were sitting there for like 10 minutes trying to order before we left. Who dat! read more

Was waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes maybe more and no answer even tho it was more than an hour before closing and no one ever answered and when we drove by I saw workers on their phone and gossiping DO NOT GO HERE read more

First of all, the lady working drive thru rushed us through our order. Interrupted my husband during ordering and gave him the total and he had to tell her he wasn't done ordering. She sounded very rude and annoyed saying 'kay after every item we ordered. They gave us a diet coke instead of a regular coke. Chicken nuggets were unbelievably old. read more

Absolute worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. Received order over 30 minutes after placing order. So much for fast food. 0 stars. read more

I just came through during my road trip a whole mess. These people were sweet and really made my day so much better. Didn't catch her name but the beautiful blonde lady with blue eyes was a doll and made my service perfect. read more

I don't eat their food but I live their caramel frappuccino's. Omg they are so amazing. I would get one like 3 times a week and then realized how many calories just one has in it. Now I drink one once a month. I look forward to it. So damn good!!! read more

Honestly, corporate just needs to stomp in this place and get their managers that run THIS fast food establishment into any kind of gear, would be better than where it's at right now. The food was horrible, soggy fries, cold cheese, the wrapping on the burger was a wreck. I shouldn't even have to continue. Not going to complain on the long line, because that's understandable, but at least get the food right, let along your employee's attitudes. read more

The food sucked! this was at 10:30pm . The fries smelled bad horrible nobody in the whole place look professional their was a guy outside laying on the floor Who at first I thought was a junkie but was the cook in all reality. The appearance of the staff automatically tells you not to go in there. and if you asked me the employees there have no work skills and try to compensate by pleasing their superior manager supervisor with unpredictable behavior The things they're doing to please them Says a lot about them. i'm still debating on whether to call the cops on them for tampering. i'm almost 100% sure somebody could just walk in there and convince the whole staff too smoke crack or do something dumb. read more

I placed a mobile order nd I get to the drive thru line Nd it not only took like an hour to get to the window but their ice cream machine is out. these ppl r rude af like ik it's not y'all fault for the ice cream machine to be broken but I wasn't rude in anyway so they could be rude with me.. I'm not from the area but now I know not to come here again .. if I could give this store zero stars I would .. I hate the fact that the manager didn't even try to speak to me she was just slamming my refund receipts on the counter so the other worker could give it to me ‍ndddd when I got the second window... this girl was on her phone like if it was OKAY. read more

The dirtiest McDonalds in the history of the franchise. Filthy floors littered with food and other trash. Tables not wiped off. Windows not washed in months. All trash containers overflowing inside and out. Toilets out of toilet paper. No straws. We needed a quick stop. Ordered a salad to avoid eating anything prepared there. read more

Just wanted a couple coffees. Drive thru service was horrible. Waited 10 minutes just to get coffees. Apparently they don't know how to handle a drive thru full of cars and their orders. read more

On my trip back home from a wedding my family and I stopped by to get some food from McDonalds. The service was terrible! We only ordered 2 burgers and fries and it took them 25 minutes to get our food. 11/10 would not come back here again. read more

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. It took 20 minutes to get our food and the entire restaurant was absolutely filthy. Horrible!

Don't ever eat at McDonalds for this one reason. They use hydrochloric acid on rancid meat so they can keep prices low.

Worst experience at a McDonald's ever. Gave my order 6 times to 2 different people in the drive through . After 20 minutes they still get the order wrong. Smh 40 minutes later finally have my order. read more

Stopped here on our way to a baseball tournament for breakfast. They were out of orange juice, burritos, and parfee's basically everything that we asked for. We asked jokingly is this a joke, well can we get a list of what you're not out of. The girl stopped talking to us, so we left. Save yourself the trouble go to braums! They are slow but they are never out of food. read more

Avoid McDonalds Exit 32 off I35 Ardmore OK. One person ordered before me. 10 min later neither of had our order. Now 2 more waiting behind me. Manager was angry with another customer about making special coffee. Loudly said I will make 2 different coffees and pour them together. After 14 min my order came out. It was in sack (only 2 sandwiches) and I started to take it. He asked if this was to go order and I said no but before I could Say that was fine he took out sandwiches and THREW them in tray. Had others not waiting I would have asked for my money back and keep the food. After reading other reviews this seems to be continuous bad service. read more

Great people work here who will brighten up your day. Yeah - I know - five stars for McDonald's - but I have stopped at this a few times driving through Oklahoma and the people there are five star people - always friend, smiling and energetic - they certainly brighten any day! read more

This is the slowest, most unorganized McDonald's I have ever been to. Not once, twice, or three times... But multiple occasions after work my husband & I stop for iced coffees to get us home from work. Every single time nobody seems to know how to make the iced coffees. 2 drinks & they ALWAYS tell us to pull up & they will bring it out to us. Not exaggerating at all. Every time we will wait behind van loads of people who never get asked to pull forward, but to get our coffees we have to pull forward & wait. We will wait for about 5 minutes, after drive through line is empty & go inside to get ourselves. It is absolutely ridiculous. Than when we get our coffees, they are made wrong. We keep going back, thinking maybe our experience will be better. New employees, that know what they are doing, or something... But NO! Same thing every time. If your in a hurry, than I advise you not to go to this facility. If you like coffee, go to Starbucks. read more
