I love that this is the closest Mac Donald's to me and whenever I go to breakfast here I always get the same thing which is the bagel egg and bacon. It is pretty standard in terms of what I'm getting but I would say the place could use some cleaning as it can be messy at times. Guy at the first window was a bit of a dick. He told me the total, I tapped my card, and he shut the window. I waited about 10 seconds because I got no confirmation that everything went through right. He re opened the window and started mumbling the next persons order (without even looking at me) as if they drove up and I left. This restaurant is consistently bad - the drive through lines are always long and the food is always cold. The sandwiches are so messy like someone was angry when they assembled them. We have to reconstruct our sandwiches. Add in our order is usually incorrect and we are done coming here. Its such a convenient location for us, but never again. read more

This McD has put in a new ordering system, with kiosks and number plaques. You're supposed to enter your order, take a plaque and sit down. Then someone will bring your tray out. It hasn't worked that way in the times I've tried it. They leave your tray on the counter by the register and call out the customer number, not the plaque number, so that if you mislay your slip, as I did, there's no telling whose order it is. They need to figure a way that they can fill orders with this new system. read more

this one is the worst. Always something forgotten, and just rude to boot. Every other Mickey's has NO problem making my food to order. These guys will lie straight up and send you home with old disgusting greasy food. The customer service I received was not the best. I wish I would've gone to a different restaurant. The teenagers who were running the restaurant did not seem like they had their act together and forgot my drink during the order process. Upon ordering I was told that this does not have all day breakfast and was left with quite short remarks from the lady who is running the drive-through. Overall not a great experience. read more

I never give reviews but I had to for this McDonalds. upon Pulling into the drive though I was treated with the theme song of McDonalds and I could not stop laughing. Everyone was friendly and my order was perfect and fast. I pulled over to eat my chicken sandwiches and got to listen to him do the theme song and watch peoples faces light up, got to watch people laugh and taken by suprise. I have lived in this neighborhood for 26 years and frequent this location often. Over all those years I have only had ONE mistake on my order...got somebody elses order. Yeah...it sucked but wasn't the end of the world like some people act like. Go back and they actually FIX it.....It's true! Plus you get to keep the wrong food. They will fix the error if notified. Staff is rude always!! The larger Latino man that is always dressed in black and wears a gold chain is the rudest of them all. They get your order wrong and you bring it to their attention and they act like it's your fault. The man I mentioned before will be rude and sarcastic to you. They all speak Spanish to each other when you are right in front of them with a problem. They lie and say it's the customers fault. I speak Spanish and know exactly what they are saying, clearly they don't think I can understand them. I don't look Latino or like I would Speak and understand Spanish. After several disgusting meals over the past 6 months, I have to say something. We tried our local McDonald's again tonight for a quick meal. The fries were brown, soaking wet with grease--so much so that puddles of oil were on the outside of the container and the grease from the fries soaked through a thick stack of napkins. The quarter pounder meat tasted 'off' and the cheese on it was old, dry, and dark along the edges. My husband asked the manager why the fries were brown and soggy--he said it was because their "oil was old." We won't eat here again until something changes. New management would be good, and fresh oil. read more

I would say that this location is a below average McDonald's. I think that it is due to the management. The manager here is very rude and needs to learn customer service. The one thing that this McDonald's excels at is the low lever workers. On my most recent trip here, a young man working here really made the the trip worth it. I ordered fries and he easily could have just given me the old stale fries but he chose to make me some fresh wonderful McDonald's fries. Overall, I would come here if you were in a pinch for food but if you have the time I would recommend finding somewhere else to eat. read more

I have visited this McDonald's many times as it is located about 1 mile from my home. I normally go into the restaurant but today I visited the drive-through and ordered a southwest salad and Sr Decaf with two creams and two equals. My standard order. The person on the speaker could not understand my coffee order and got it wrong three times. I am a native English speaker and speak clearly. However, the person could not get the order correct. Then I gave a $20.00 to the cashier at the first drive up window for a $7.22 order and was only given $2.78 in change. I was obviously short-changed and brought this to his attention telling him that he owed me another $10.00. He then went into Spanish and apparently called his supervisor and they continued to talk in Spanish. At no point was I told what to do, where to drive or how the matter was to be handled. No one spoke to me at all. I then drove to the next window and picked up my salad and was told to drive around the corner and wait while they counted all the money in the drawer. I waited about ten minutes and then Marcela the manager came out and told me 'no mistake and gave me my change." There is no question in my mind that I gave this man a $20.00 bill as I only had $20.00 bills and ones in my wallet. I sent an email to McDonald's headquarters with my concerns. Very disappointing and the fact that no one made any effort to explain to me in English what was going on. Salad was good as was the coffee but not worth this type of hassle. read more

I used to work at the Arden Hills McDonalds. Positives- ~Nice Interior & Exterior Architecture ~Nice eco-friendly bathrooms. ~Free unlimited wi-fi ~Great service (If you have a bad attitude as a customer, you probably won't enjoy the upbeat service you receive.) ~Amazing Supervisor--Linda and Amazing owners. ~Very accommodating, and courteous. ~Tasty food (Which I haven't eaten for over 6 months) Negatives (more of being an employee)- ~Many of the male employees degrade the women. ~Co-worker personal relationships interfere with work place. (couples will argue, and it makes it awkward for others.) ~Some chefs do NOT wear gloves or wash their hands as many times as they need to. ~They do need more vegan/vegetarian choices for other customers (even though it IS a burger joint.) ~Spanish employees will say inappropriate things, not even thinking that SOME people (like myself) can understand them. ~Many managers are very rude. This location had hired a male with down-syndrome...and a manager treated him very unfairly. It was after lent and many filets were being made and the male was making many filets and wasn't fast enough for this one manager...the manager said to other employees that he's about to hit him or somebody. ~When the owner(s) or supervisor(s) aren't there. People break rules and are careless. I am a rule follower and miss working dearly, but couldn't handle what was happening behind the scenes and the men that were harrassing me. If you are scared that your food will not be fresh, you can request for right out of the fryer fresh. Or right off the grill. They will gladly do it. They need to do it more anyways. read more

I wouldn't even give this place one star. From the moment I pulled up to the speaker to place my order. The order taker answered in a manner like he didn't want to be there he was very short with me and seemed irritated that we were there. We only want two twenty piece chicken nuggets and that was waaaayyy too much to ask for. I just left with out my order and told him he was rude and went to another McDonald's. I stopped eating at McDonald's for many years because of how invaluable the customer is to them and only started going back for convenience - I work in fast food so understand and empathize with people who work there BUT customers matter!!
