This place is horrible. 25 minute wait in the drive thru. Food was cold. I'll pass next time.

Worst Place ever food cold! Took forever! Lady at the window lazy and lack of professionalism (but then again its McDonald's) and the managers couldn't speak english clear ( not racist just couldn't understand her) always some type of issues with certain crews it seems but the best crew I seen there is the African American young lady with green/hazel eyes great customer service always and a Latino women round face orange skin (best I got at describing her lol) anyways there great but hey once again its McDonald's. So I came in with my daughter and mother to order breakfast. And when we ordered they told us they stopped serving the breakfast meals but yet the lady next to the person serving us let the family order from the breakfast meal menu. So it was unfair for us. So we left and came to Burger King since it was on the same block. Next time maybe the employees should acknowledge what time is it and change the menu accordingly. Very disappointed. read more

When I ask for my order to be fresh , its always fresh Just some shifts are slower than others.

Fries always seem skimpy, drive thru gets served quicker than dine in at lunch. Giving 4 because the indoor play place is nice and has touch screens with games for all ages. My 2 year old enjoys it. read more

When I was a kid, we went to this McDonalds all the time. Much like the location on Bailey, this place has gone seriously down hill. They remodeled, they hired a bunch of people, and the service is worse than it's ever been. Two drive through lanes - but they rarely answer the one on the left. I've gone inside (to circumvent the poorly run drive through) and been told to wait by the cashier because she was having a conversation . . . not because there was a line (because there wasn't) no, but because she was talking to some jack off. All in all, this place has gone so far down the crapper that it's probably not salvageable anymore. Whoever bought this place, please tear it down. read more

This is an updated review on the newly remodeled McDonalds. Love the inside, very modern. Liked that the play place is now indoors. Free wifi :) and split drive- thru which saves you time from the big suv with the huge order when you can quickly order your single meal and cut them off to the window. Food is made better, fries definitely taste better but I have to say you can tell when you get a newbie on the fries when there is just TOO MUCH salt on them. More workers= food prep time is shorter. I'm glad they opened sooner then expected. Only down fall is it's pretty crowded, looks to me a lot of loiterers and young teens that skip school. But its drive thru for me. Wanted to go through the drive through but they had a car parallel parked blocking the entrance to the drive through. I called them while in the parking lot and they told me they have it blocked for a couple of hours and that I would have to come in and order. The whole purpose of the drive through is so that I didnt have to go inside, right? read more

Would be negative stars if was allowed worse service ever messed up our order called it in some guy tried to act like he was the manager didn't offer to fix order they messed up on told me you might want to look at your receipt An make sure I told him I did I got charged for stuff that's not even here in top of being my daughters fries only had like 5 French fries in it so called manager tried to say well kids fries only come with 7 French fries told him I have never seen that wen I order fries for my daughter he still tried to make excuses I told him what's the Corprate number this is ridiculous he said look on your receipt An hung up. Worst customer service. I bought a meal after work I was so hungry by drive-through when I went open my meal in the parking lot the fries were cold and hard and the chicken sandwich taste horrible as if it was there for long. I couldn't get back to them because they was a big line in the drive-through and its after 10.30pm door is closed so I end up eating that food that's the worst experience ever. This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I've been to maybe ever. It's newly remodeled but the inside is disgusting. Flies everywhere, went to get some soda it's ants all over the counter of the soda machines as well as ketchup and other crumbs and drinks residues. The ants are crawling all over the walls towards the registers. I alerted the staff immediately they sent one of their staff to clean it meanwhile I went to grab a table for me and my daughter in the play area and ask the person who walked our food over if they could clean the table because it was dirty so he sent the same guy who was cleaning up the ants to clean my table. The guy came over with that same dirty towel never rinsing it with ants all over it thinking he was going to clean my table. I told him that was disgusting and sent him away. I cleaned my own table with the Sami wipes they have. The play area is absolutely disgusting you can tell they're not sanitizing the equipment at all. It's so much food and dust all over and under the equipment it's ridiculous. Yea I'll never patronize this location again read more

I've been to this McDonald's a couple of times and man they suck. Many years ago I worked fast food and I know it can be crazy, and a bit challenging because there's always people buying food during all hours of the day. The building is real nice, but the staff that they have running the place should wake up and smell the roses. About a month ago I worked a 12 hour shift and was ready to go home and I stopped at this location and bought two sausage McMuffins, "I ordered two of them because one is never enough". The person that took my order was nice and spoke clear English! I paid for my food checked my bag to make sure that I had what I paid for, and then I was gone . Upon arriving home to my surprise when I opened my food I had two sausage McMuffins without sausage and cheese with only the bread buns. What the heck! at this point I was already home and was not willing to drive back to McDonald's to complain, but I did have my bread buns and I ate them with some nice homemade jelly so not a total lost. Like others have said this McDonald's screws up your orders and every now and then you get someone Else's order. McDonald's is not a fancy restaurant, " Hence Fast Food" I love McDonald's burgers , and they have the best French Fries! But come on! Get with the game. read more

I honestly started not to do a review about what happened on November 24th 2017 around 5 a.m. it bothered me so much so I had to write a review .this is my first review ever. me and my best friend went through the drive-thru window to order some food. Lorena come on the speakerbox and immediately said in a very rude voice that they're not serving lunch they're only serving breakfast. so she asked us what we want to order in a very rude way. So I proceeded to tell her the breakfast ordered, which was a sausage McMuffin, a sausage McMuffin with egg, with a McGriddle. Soon as I said McGriddle she told us the total ( rushing us) and we was never done ordering our food. So I also told her that we wanted a orange juice and a caramel frappe and once again she gave me the total immediately after and my best friend wanted a hash brown so once again she's rushing us.So at this point I'm a little irritated because I'm thinking to myself she must not want to work today or she doesn't like her job because she's apparently being so rude and unprofessional. I can understand if it was a line or it was really busy but honestly it was me and a car behind me that's it so I don't see why she was rushing and I don't see why she was so rude so I pulled up to the window and it was a nice young man that was very very polite he took the money and I proceeded to go to the next window and it was Lorena. She gave us our drinks didn't say hi didn't say anything or like oh I'll be right back with your food nothing so she gives us our food and I asked her do you like your job she said yes and I told her apparently you do not because you didn't have to be very rude so now I set there and I talk to her 4 minute and. She left her shoulders like she didnt care,I'm not going to lie I told her that I will waste her time since she wasted mines once again like I said I never write reviews but i had to one this one. They Suck. Drive through got our entire order wrong. As the old saying goes You always get screwed through the drive thru. Should have sat in car and made everyone behind me wait. But I'm not that mean. But should have cause the dining room was closed. Got home to only find out like I said You get screwed through the drive through. Tried calling the # receipt no answer. Drove back they were closed but employees were still there. Manager on shift wouldn't and refused to talk to me through the window . She didn't have to open the window to hear me all she could do is make a Stupid face and wave her hand. So in the end all I can say is I'll never return to this place again. And will file a complaint to their Corporate Office. read more

I know, I know. Fast food is Fast food and nobody should have to high expectations on the staff or the food. However, this place is managing to underperform even low standards. Not only is the staff much slower and more rude, but even the food is worse than the other McDonald locations. The food is not cooked well at all and is either cooked too long or still a bit raw. You can actually taste that the food tastes different than the other Mcdonald locations. The soda is not connected correctly or simply watered down. I wonder if this has something to do with the location and that it is located in a low income area ? I noticed that the McDonalds in Brentwood for instance tastes so different and so much better. I pulled into this McDonalds at 4:45 PM Sep 4. Went through the "Drive Through" which splits to handle two customers at a time. Both were occupied, so I waited behind the outside vehicle. Both vehicles pulled through, so I pulled up to place my order...........and waited. Another vehicle pulled into the unoccupied side and was waited on immediately. I guess someone woke up and realized I was there, and I placed an order for two Big Macks. I was asked what I wanted on them. I had never been asked that question before. I thought a Big Mack was standard with all the regular fixings, just as it had always been. I said just add whatever is supposed to come on it. I got in line and picked up my order and drove home. When I opened my Big Macks, I was really disappointed. I got buns, meat, and cheese. That was it!! You think that rates more than one star?? Not by me!! You lost a customer, and McDonalds was one of my favorites........... for 50 years! read more

The worst McDonald's ever, they can never get the orders right the people are rude they never have certain things the simplest stuff like peanuts for there sundae, just a bad place go somewhere else unless you want to get mad and receive half your order,there is this one guy that worked taking the orders at the drive in and he was nice he smiled made small talk with me he was really cool and nice the one good person there, the food isn't even good it is just the closes to my house and my mom really likes there fries, I can't even remember the last time I actually ate there the last time I went I got my family stuff I didn't even want to eat there it's just a waste of money, so overall if you are going to go go late at night and hope you get that one guy he is the best person there the worst is a women there won't go into to much detail about her but she is by far the worst, so good luck hope you get the nice guy and hope you get all your food read more

I've eaten breakfast here for years, the drive thru has never been great. This is the third time in two weeks that I've driven through the drive thru without being able to place an order. At 5:30 in the morning it's not that busy. There are two lanes and once the car in front of me moved forward I went into the left lane. While I sat waiting a car drove up to the other side and put in an order and while I still sat there another car drove up and placed an order. I'm still waiting, nothing. I drove on through. If they cannot handle having 2 lanes open, then they should close one. Monday I sat for 5 minutes and no one even asked for an order. I drove through, there was someone inside just not taking orders I guess. It also happened last week. I will not return to MacDonald's as there are two Jack in the Box restaurants on my way to work and a Burger King as soon as you turn on to Mahogany Way. read more

i work near this place and go to the drive thru normally. unfortunately the line was long so i decided to go inside. a young african amarican girl took my order. she did not seem happy to begin with, but i did not pay attention to it. i ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes. she poured the ice cream but told me they were out of fudge and i would have to wait after she took the order of the guests that were behind me. i stood there for close to 10 min while i watched my ice cream melt, wondering if someone would complete my order. i finally had to flag someone behind the counter to explain my order. she finally re filled the hot fudge machine and was putting it on my ice cream. i asked her if i can get 2 fresh ones because the 2 that were poured were sitting and melting. her reaction was like i was asking for her liver. very negative. she did it anyway but nothing was said to me. the girl that took my order did not even look my way. if i had not said anything, who knows how long i would have been left standing there waiting for someone to finally help me. horrible customer service. read more
