Where to start... this is such a bad spot. I just got done telling someone on yelp to make their burgers at home, but wow, I tried going to this McDonald's and get why the reviews are so bad for this location. The burger tasted old and disgusting. I gave some to my girl and she agreed it definitely is not up to standard. The guy that took my order gave me a flat fountain drink! I ordered a sprite and found out he gave me the scraps, it didn't taste right at all. Definitely not a good atmosphere and just overall never going back again. I go to this McDonald's today and I order an unsweetened tea with just a little bit of sweet tea, and 2 burgers. Well the guy enters it as half and half unsweetened tea. I tell him not half and half just a little bit of sweet like a splash or two so he changes it to special request. So after I pay I go to the next window and the girl is wearing a heavy lipstick and doesn't smile doesn't say a word and just hands me the iced tea. I ask her, "is it unsweetened with just a little bit of sweet" and she nods her head yes, then hands me my burgers and only one napkin. I taste the tea and there is no sweet at all so she takes my cup and remakes it. After she hands it to me I I'm drive away and noticed she poured all the ice out and gave me like half sweet this time. I'm not happy I need ice driving in this heat today and I have to watch my sugar, so I park my car and go inside to get some ice and fix it. I tell the manager in the white shirt that the girl didn't give me any ice in my iced tea and she's rude didn't even greet me or say you're welcome. So he handed me a cup to go get ice and said maybe they wrote it as no ice. That's ridiculous why would I say that. It's on the ticket unsweetened special request. Then after I fixed my iced tea and got some ice, I saw the manager standing by the registers again and I also mentioned that "the girl was not nice and only gave me one napkin what's wrong with her" I said. He didn't say a word just has a stare with his mouth half open. There was a very tall black worker a man who heard me tell him about the napkins and he turns around and grabs a bunch of napkins from behind him on a rack and hands them to me, I told him thank you that's very nice of you. He went out of his way to help me. I don't understand this place sometimes everything is ok, sometimes not! The girl at the pick up window should at least smile if she's not going to greet you or be friendly. What's all that heavy dark pink lipstick for if shes not even going to smile. She had a bored mad look. I always learned not to wear heavy makeup and to cover your hair when working in the food industry. Maybe I'm old fashioned but they can at least be polite and smile!!! read more

Been to this location a few times during "busy" hours and they park all the cars from the drive thru in the parking pick up spots which I would not mind however they have no organization on whose order is for which number. The workers go to each car and hand them the food and then the person after touching inside the back hands it to the employees who then go to the next car and repeat until they find who's food it is! So not only is your food getting cold but multiple people are putting their hands on your food!! Disgusting McDonald's! Figure out a system or have people wait in line! read more

I never post about McDonald's... ever, but this location is different. I find the staff friendly and welcoming. My husband and I don't usually eat out but, every so often we will. I DO NOT recommend this establishment. Horrible customer service, old food. This morning at drive thru we had to repeat our order 3 times and they still got it wrong. Went back received or food and as we are eating at home my husband found what looked like drywall. He spit out his food and I wasn't able to get a photo of the white object . This building either needs new management and staff or it needs to be shut down ASAP by Health Department. How they are passing their audits with OCEA or ECOLAB is beyond me. We've also had horrible experience at the new Popeyes as well. With the staff not knowing a word of English and giving the wrong order over and over. I recommend just making your own food and growing your own veggies. read more

Very stingy with their drink carriers, even with four large drinks. And any reason at all to send you to a parking spot to wait forever even when there's nobody in drive-through. Went in there to get a coffee, an apple pie and a strawberry milkshake, ordered on the Kiosk as no one at the counter. Got the coffee and the pie, and then the guy told me "On the milkshake, we're cleaning the machine. Would you like a Frappe instead?" Told him no, he then said "sorry" and walked away. The food is TERRIBLE greasy hamburgers too much ketchup and Alan the Manager is rude. I ordered the filet fish sandwich but it was a little undone and slightly pink. It needed to be cooked a little longer. I have been getting these for years and know how good they are when they are cooked just right. This is the second time this has happened to me at this Mcdonalds and I really cant stand the taste of it raw and soft. So they made me another one which was totally the same. I guess they thought i wasn't going to notice. When I complained and told them it still wasn't done right the older male Mexican manager, Alan, the manager came out this time and said the fish is frozen and precooked if we cook it any longer it will be darker. I said its fine as long as its flaky and not partially raw. So I waited a longer time this time and i was thinking they are cooking it too long. I was right they brought me out a fish sandwich with the filet like a dried up cracker and dried up dark brown inside. I think the manager did this on purpose. I did not accept it and the manager game me my money back. The young black kid at the register was the only nice worker here. Also their iced tea tasted bad like medicine or the pot was not cleaned prior to making it. This place is a joke and the manager purposely gave me a bad sandwich or thought he could show me that the sandwich could not be cooked any better. All he had to do was make a slight change but he didn't want to do it and didn't let me take a picture of the trash he served me. He quickly threw it away it away. This location has an operational problem. I placed a dine in order at 9:50am, waited, waited, and waited some more. The order was finally delivered at 10:29. This location will "sell"/deliver the order in their system EARLY, then deliver the food late, or forget about you all together. They are primarily kiosk-driven, which means no one cares about you. There's one person to address customers in the store - and they are too busy working curbside and drive thru. If you're in a hurry, don't come to this location. Management needs to hire someone to address customer concerns at the store. They need to hire someone to answer the phone. Even on a bad day, McDonalds still makes money. But I'm going to turn this location into an Arby's, or a Wendy's, or somewhere else where the customer is taken care of. Because this is bullshit. read more

This has to be by far one of the most terrible business ran! I put in a pick up order and was told when I got there it's not ready yet! I waited 30 mins outside and finally walked in to ask about it. When I walked in the place not one employee greeted me and people were to busy playing on their phones! My food was and the fries were old too. It seems the managers start shutting down an hour before the restaurant is suppose to close. I've tried to get a shake and apple four days in a row at 9:45 to 11:30. Each time I've been told that it's too late to purchase. Also at that time they only take cash. After waiting 3-5 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive thru, I end up driving to the window and knock on the window to get service. Week after week, month after month this has to be the worst ran McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff are mostly young people who act like they don't care if you stop there or not. They can't enunciate their words, they don't look you in the eye and listen to you when you order. Then, your order is incorrect because no one read it back to you or checked it at the pick up window. I'm appalled at my food from this establishment. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I ordered a Filet-O-Fish with extra american cheese meal and 10 spicy chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. Not only did I not receive my sweet and sour sauce but the Filet-O-Fish came out dry as ever and instead of american cheese, I got bacon! Who would put bacon on a Filet-O-Fish.. and my chicken nuggets were dry. Went for a few items (5 in total). Asked for a receipt and was told the machine isn't working. I asked if it could be printed up front and was told yes. I asked at the next window and was told by that individual that the machine for all of them are broken. So I asked if it meant every single receipt machine was broken and she responded yes. A manger came over (I did not ask for one but it was a nice gesture) and said that just the one in the back is broken and she just found out about it. I asked if they could print it up front as the clerk in the back said and finally they were able to print it. It isn't normally a big deal but I wanted my receipt. I've lived in Anna now for three years. And every time i come here it has been bad. They have one person working both drive-through lanes and there is absolutely no direction after that. I had a curbside pick up order a while ago and when I received it the fries were stone cold and the chicken nuggets were also cold and they gave me the wrong item after that. And I was not about to wait another 15 minutes to receive my order so when I head home and just ate what what was right. The very most recent time I came here was for my daughter and the first window girl I should say looks stoned out of her mind and I can smell what she had smoked coming out of the payment window.
