Today, 11/16/25, the young lady that was attempting to take the order, evidently her headset wasn't working correctly, she couldn't hear me and she was breaking up so bad, I couldn't understand her, she cut me off before I finished the order. I pushed the button again and got a man, his head set was working perfectly. I know she was frustrated, However, you would think she would have helped herself and got a better headset. I had the worst experience at this Sonic location, and I am beyond frustrated. From the moment I placed my order, Madison, the worker taking it, rushed me to the point where even my children noticed and asked why she was being rude. I had to tell her, "I'll let you know when I'm done," because she wouldn't even give me the chance to finish speaking. Once I received my food, I realized they only gave me one marinara and one ranch--despite the fact that I ordered 12 mozzarella sticks. That is completely unreasonable. When I had to get out of my car and ask for more, I went up to the door and knocked, but they ignored me. After being completely disregarded, I had to bang on the window where I saw two male staff members standing inside, and only then did they finally acknowledge me. The lack of customer service was unbelievable. What truly disgusted me was seeing the same employees delivering food and then immediately going back inside to make food with their bare hands. While I did notice them using tongs at times for the fried food, the lack of proper food-handling hygiene is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the entire crew looked sloppy and unprofessional. Madison had an attitude, and when I finally got through after waiting 10-12 minutes on hold, my button got disconnected. I had to press it again, and instead of apologizing, Madison said, "I'm only one person," as if that excused the terrible service. I typically give great reviews for great service, but this was beyond disappointing--it was the worst experience I've ever had at a Sonic. This is exactly why places like Chick-fil-A dominate in customer service, because they understand how to treat their customers with respect. Rarely do TV ads get my attention, but the Sonic ad for a quarter pound double cheeseburger did. Last Friday, I decided to indulge in a couple. Service was very good. Food, not so much. Super greasy. Fairly tasteless. And the worst was that it obviously had been microwaved--the bun was just short of mushy. I will start off by saying these guys know how to make Sonic ice cream the right way. I went there and got a Hot Fudge Sundae, and it was perfect! I admit, I am rating based on the fast food scale, but the ice cream here really is good. It had a solid, cold texture, and is not melty. There was a good amount of hot fudge, and the cup was not messy like I have experienced at other Sonics. I came here another time and tried their tater tots; another Sonic mainstay. The tater tots were hot and crunchy, as they should be. And they were clean. You know how food at some places just tastes grimy and dirty? Not the case here. This Sonic keeps their kitchen clean by all indications. My only complaint is that there was not enough salt on the tots. Other than that, this place has impressed me so far. I will update as I try out more things here. HOWEVER... there is something wrong with their soda machine. I got a soda here once that tasted like an old basement. They really need to change the filters and clean their machines more often. read more

We don't drink soda, so every now and again we will get a frozen treat that even still comes out wrong. Not to be a negative person, but if you love Sonic, might want to go to another location. I don't know why we bother with this Sonic. The accuracy level for orders here is less than 10%. A bacon cheeseburger should come with bacon-- however it is for some reason missing. Easy ice means go easy on the ice. No onions means no onions and to expand on that, if when taking the order you tell someone there are no onions on that burger, then no onions should come on the burger. I imagine this could be a decent sonic if they just change up the workers. Or maybe it's on the manager, but from my perspective, it was some of the workers that kept messing it up. -They failed our orders 3 times. -Despite our efforts to tell the responder what they got wrong on the digital receipt thru the drive-in screen, they didn't change it, even though we reiterated the same point 3 times. -They'd forgotten a burger in our initial order. -I had to go into the store to tell them they had my order wrong. It was an awkward 7 minutes as I stood there. The manager I talked to seemed to get the order right, but this short man came up to me, with no mask on at all, presumably working there, to ask me what order I needed. 3 burgers were mixed up in the transit. Despite asking for no cheese along with other condiments, they opted to give me cheese and mayonnaise. -At one point, the waiter had to come out of the store in order to get our request for a refill. Maybe the order machine wasn't working, but we were never given that information, and only after our initial order she came out to talk to us. -The inside of the store, it seemed as if nobody was wearing gloves while they were making food. This concerned me most, due to the current pandemic. I'm fairly sure I saw some cloth masks as well (faulty), and unmasked waiters. If you have a choice between this and some other restaurants, definitely opt for the other fast food chains. Come for the desserts, not the food. Maybe it's just me, but every time I order food at this location, it tastes dry. The onion rings were dry, toast-dry, salad=bland, and after numerous requests for ketchup, I still didn't get any in my bag. What keeps me coming back are the desserts. The cherry limeaids are just as good as the old fashioned drugstore kind. This summer they have numerous flavors of iced tea. I recommend trying the green mint tea! So good! Also, this summer they have half-price malts after 8 pm! The ice cream is so good and fresh! I've never been inside this location, so I cannot comment on the kitchen. The drive-thru is usually clean. Sometimes you'll see the stray hamburger wrapper, but the staff is quick to sweep it up. But, like I said, everyone's opinion of their food maybe different. Another reviewer may love their food, and never had a problem. This is just my opinion. But, I think everyone can agree, this place is perfect for hot summer nights when you want a good ice cream. read more

I waited 55 minutes for a scheduled pick up order. 11/07. They lost my order, brought out the wrong one, and then offered a refund. I was never refunded. poor service. update: it took a week and a half, two calls to Sonic questioning the discrepancy in what i was told to the actions taken, an additional thirty minute phone call arguing with a manager that was CLEARLY just bored and wanted to pick a fight, a drive to revisit the store because he was just dancing in circles trying to place blame on ME for his employees mistakes, and to worsen the situation, he was still extremely combative on arrival.
